About innovation， what comes to your mind firstly ? As for me, most innovation shines our lives in the long process of humanhistory. Just imagine ten million years ago, what are our ancestors’ lifestyles? They must hunt animals or pick the roots and leaves for food laboriously with simple tools ; They have to roar with each other to communicate in a long distance; Their transportation basically rely on walking. In short, their lives are hard, simple, even a little boring. However, taking a look at our lives today! We can order KFC at home , our food is more easily and diversifiedly to be acquired; we can get in touch with our friends anywhere at anytime by telephone , E-mail andWeChat! Our vehicles include buses ,cars, planes and so on, it becames so easy to reach the destination. So how did these happen? Those changes are all owing to the countless innovation. It makes our lives become more convenient, comfortable and colorful. But in today’s modern life , don’t we need to innovate? No no, let’s have a look at the problems we are facing: air pollution, traffic jam, waste of resources. Those are related to our survival. Maybe we can make a huge machine to filter the polluted , or invent a car which not only can drive along the road, but also can fly in the sky; or one day we synthesis super energy materials, we would never relay on traditional resources any more. Are those ideas too exaggerated? Who knows? Just as hundreds years ago, nobody can imagine we can fly by plane. Time will tell you the truth .As Edward, a famous psychologists, said: Without innovation, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns. Therefore, innovation is an eternal topic for people, countries and societies! That’s all, thank u !

Thomas Edison had a dream.He dreamed of a lamp that could be operated by electricity,began where he stood to put his dream into action,and despite more than ten thousand failures,he stood by that dream until he made it a physical reality!And today,his dream lights up the world at night.
Walt Disney had a dream.This,in itself,wasn't unusual -- he was always dreaming.He dreamed of making the first animated feature film,and of building an amusement park that parents could enjoy right along with their kids.Walt Disney empowered his dream and today,Disneyland,Disney world and Disney theme parks attract around the world thrill millions of visitors each and every year.
John F.kennedy had a dream.He wanted to land a man on the moon and return him safely to earth so as to restore faith in the American way of life.John F.kennedy empowered his dream and 8 years later Neil Armstrong stepped on the face of the moon.The moon landing certainly gave Americans new found confidence.

Good morning / afternoon / evening! My name is Liu zi yuan. The title of my speech is the relationship between creativity and imagination.
There is no creativity without imagination. With the development of the society, creativity becomes more and more important. People could not satisfy with ordinary life. So we need creativity to meet their requirements. We can see significance of the creativity from an example. The smart phone―iphone spread all over the world. That was the creativity of The Apple Inc. It is obvious that it will produce a bigger profit than common manufacturing. But, hao can we acquire creativity?
I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image. Use all the things and information around us to think and then go to achieve it. Without the imagination of the Wright brothers , human could not complete the flying dreams. Without the imagination of the Alexander Graham Bell, we could not hear the voice from a distance. If the creativity can make the human progress, imagination will be the road to success. Where the imagination come from? Knowledge ? Experience ? practice? I consider that all of them are indispensable. It is often said that knowledge is power. So we should empower ourselves with knowledge. After that we need to obtain experience form. practice. These are the basis, and we must strengthen them to extend our imagination.
As contemporary college students, we must shoulder the responsibility of the future of our motherland. What we need is not only the knowledge of the past, but also is the innovation of a new field. Our thought can not be bound by the old things. We should understand that an excellent nation is always full of creativity. So we must promote our imagination. There is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. With solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. This is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.

首先是树立和落实科学发展观。
顾名思义，科学发展观就是坚持一切从实际出发，这就要求我们既要积极进取，又要量力而行，必须通过科技创新实现可持续发展。电厂是在国计民生中具有极其重要地位的经济组织，在电厂工作的我们责任重大，要做到实事求是，坚持科学发展观，既要立足当前，又要着眼长远，在工作中做好每一件事情，不断提高自身素质，为实现电厂的科学可持续发展做出自己的贡献。
其次是注重创新能力的培养。
所谓创新，就是用新的思维方式、创造性的工作思路去指导我们的日常工作。具体到我们的工作中就是要树立与知识经济时代相适应的思维观念，具有追求真理和探索未来的决心和勇气。紧跟时代的步伐，根据自身的发展需要，不断改进和完善知识结构，增强自主创新能力。尤其是在节能和环保方面，我们要进一步地研究与探讨，不仅要为国家提供源源不断的清洁能源，促进地方经济的快速发展，同时还要进一步增强我们内蒙古的科技实力!
再次我们需要树立正确的价值观。
在电厂工作的我们，自身的发展与电厂的发展紧密相联，电厂的未来就是我们的未来。因此，我们不能只是简单地追求个人政治与经济地位，更重要的是要在奉献中寻找自我的价值，目光应该更加长远，与电厂同发展、共命运。我们必须认识到人生的价值不仅仅体现在收入多少、地位高低和名气大小，更要有健康的人格、深厚的文化修养、良好的心理素质、自主豁达的生活态度。特别是对企业、对社会要有责任感。我们要实现这些人生目标，就必须把自身的发展要求与国家、社会、民族的发展目标有机地统一起来，这样才能够真正实现人生的价值。
对于我们在具体工作岗位工作的员工，我们要有责任感与使命感。这不是一句空话，这需要我们在实践中去脚踏实地的做，一步一个脚印的去履职尽责。总之，做为电厂一名普通员工，我们应该加强社会责任感，在工作中学习科学知识、弘扬科学精神，推广和使用科学技术。成为实现科技创新、科学发展的实践者、参加者。最后，我想和大家分享一个小故事，是它激励我投身于电力事业中。
相信大家大部分人都听说过日本日立公司吧，它在北海道有一家专门制造电扇的工厂,但是由于产品单调,销路不好,一直都处于亏损的地位，当时该工厂的经理偶然发现在这里很多农民靠塑料大棚种植农作物,而大棚需要换气用的风扇,于是就自作主张生产换气扇，为此得到了当地农民的欢迎，产品销量大大提高。
某一日,日立的总裁来到这里考察,看见此“不务正业”的现象,就问是怎么回事,经理很巧妙地答道:这是创新后的电扇啊。总裁觉得很有意思.于是大力注入资金大力生产这种电扇，结果若干年过去了,该工厂一跃成为日本唯一一家专营各类工业用风扇的厂家!
其实，日立公司的成功就是一种创新，他们在创新中得到发展，他们扬长避短，在小事中发现机遇，对电扇进行改革创新，最终取得了成功。同样我们在工作中如果学会创新的话，学会发现，另辟蹊径，就能取得更大的成功。

“创业、立异、创强，构筑新吴兴”，吴兴区委解放思维大评论辩论活动让我们每个关心、存眷吴兴成长的工钱之奋发。
本日我所演讲的题目是“给本身的生命多点色采”。
创业、立异、创强，创设新事迹，对此，每个人都有差别的明白，在我看来它的意思已经从这几个字中表达的很直接、很明白了。大略的说便是不管你是一名工人、一名技巧人员大略是一名带领决议计划者，不要对你已获得的成绩感触满足，只有连续的进步、连续的创设，才有更美好的将来。这对与个人来讲是如许的，对付一个企业也一样如此。
大家想象一下如果我们离首创设如今的社会会是怎样一种情况！大略出门不是坐车，而是骑驴骑马，如许倒也悠然得意，还可以观赏美景，只是速度却让人不敢阿谀。如果赶上象前些天那样酷热的气候，我想不出有甚么好的方法办理，也只能一天到晚待在水里避暑了。而如今我们呢？出门固然是车来车往，更远的处所一样是可以旋即到达，日行千里已不是白痴说梦话；如赶上高温气候还是可以在家里抱着被子温和地做着好梦。信息收集期间的到来让我们只要坐在办公室里便可以明白全国，纵览全国大事，真正做到运筹帷幄，决胜于千里以外。
我们之所以能够如此便利和安逸的享福着一切，这都是因为进步们创设并荫及。站在古人的肩膀上，我们理应站的更高,看的.更远。我想各位不会甘心甘心于做刘阿斗那样的“安定王”，只是弄个“乐而忘返”的笑柄而留给后人作为饭后谈笑取乐的话资。
可是创造就必要付出艰苦，我们如今所享用的一切文明，都是几千年来，几百代人不懈竭力的积淀，如果可以掰开看看的话，内里凝集的是汗，是血，乃至是生命。多少伟工钱了这一崇奉，为了给本身的生命多一点色采，他们付出了本身的扫数，比拟他们，如今我们所要付出的艰苦和奉献是显的如此的惨白和微不敷道。是以我们异国不劳而获的原因，更不能让一代代留下来的东西被我们华侈光，相背有的倒是更富裕的原因去创设，因为如今我们所面对的全国，已经为我们创设了从未有过的大好场面，机遇就在我们的面前目今，可是机遇又是刚正的，它只会留给有筹办的人。
在我们《金洲报》上就报导过很多的进步人物。他们便是那些有筹办的人，他们在本身平凡的岗亭上为了百年金洲这一高大奇迹奉献着本身的气力、伶俐和芳华。

尊敬的各位领导、评委，亲爱的老师，同学们：大家好!
我叫虞澜，很高兴和各位交流，刚刚看到同学们慷慨陈辞、侃侃而谈，我也倍受鼓舞。
是啊，科技给人类带来的冲击实在是太大了，科技所涉及到的方方面面实在是太广了，那么今天我仅就时下最时髦的一个话题——创新，来谈谈我对科技走进生活的感受。
朋友，你还记得人类历史上第一台电子计算机吗?那可是美国的宾西法尼亚大学创造的人类一大奇迹啊!可是它的机身太笨重，有好几间房子那么大，而且内存少、速度慢，于是聪明的人类对其创新改造，于是电脑便一代比一代好，一代比一代强，直到今天，笔记本电脑应运而生。
目前，最具有创新代表性的则要数移动式奔4处理器，它的机身更薄、更轻，就像一个手提式的公文包，上班族随时随地的工作，无论是在户外还是在户内，都毫无差别;这大大地提高了工作效率。我曾经问过中国计算机科学研究所所长李国杰院士电脑的发展趋势，李院士说：“电脑的发展趋势是，你就不知道你家里有多少电脑，并且用起来很方便，让你忘记电脑的存在。”电脑的发展，经历了一个不断创新，不断改造的过程。
人类得益于科技，科技得益于创新。其实人类得益于创新又岂止在电脑一方面。现代无论是街头巷尾，还是茶余饭后，人们总也少不了聊上几句“基因技术”，这基因技术中蕴含着大量的科学技术!从前，我们的祖辈们面朝黄土背朝天，用辛勤的劳作去换取那五谷丰登。而今，几倍体小黑麦和杂交水稻诞生了，粒大籽饱，一年一熟，还抗旱呢!还有我们吃的西瓜，以前，我总是埋怨西瓜子太多，吃起来一点儿也不过瘾，有时我在想，要是西瓜能没有籽该有多好啊!现在这已不成问题了，三倍体无籽西瓜，早已走进了千家万户!个大瓤甜，老少皆宜!这些转基因作物的闪亮登场，无疑为我们的生活注入了鲜活的空气。如果把科技比作一棵参天大树，那么创新是根，科技是叶，成果是果。只有根深才能叶茂、花繁、果硕。只有创新才能令科技之树常青!?
今年四月初，我拜访了中国工程院院士陆元九老先生。这位科学家的眼中闪耀着智慧的灵光。在谈到“引进技术”这一点时，陆老语重心长地说：“同学们，我们仅仅知道引进别人的技术就得永远在别人后面爬行，霸权主义者的确喜欢卖给我们技术，可那些技术都是比我们将要研究出来的略好一点的技术啊。因为他们就是在用技术欺负我们，侵略我们。所以我们别无选择，只有自己做出来，用我们自己的创新赶上他们，超过他们!你们这一代要创新啊!”陆老的一席话令在场所有的人都留下了酸酸的泪水。是啊!回顾历史，他八国联军把圆明园的宝物洗劫一空，把我们的万园之园毁于一旦，不就是欺负咱们.科学就在强烈的创新意识啊!创新是科技的灵魂!?
那么，怎样才能培养创新意识呢?此时此刻，我的耳边回想起中国工程院院士地震预测专家许绍燮老先生的话，他曾动情地说：“创新有大小、深浅之分，可就其创新点而言，都是世界第一。一个人早期的创新为其以后更新更深刻的创新提供了信心。创新并不是高不可攀，而是一点点培养起来的。从我们做学生时有答案不看，非要自己做出来培养起。当然，创新有其偶然的存在，而归根到底，是对客观事实的切实把握，相关现象的充沛占有，综合现象的反复推敲，思维模型的不断完善。我国的地震记录我们已经做到世界先进水平，但地震预测别人都不敢做，我们一直在做，我要一直做下去……我要做到我的最后一刻……”?
朋友，多么深刻的总结啊!作为二十一世纪的大学生，我们不但要有强烈的主人翁意识，还要有超前的创新精神。让我们赶快加紧步伐，不，是跑起来，飞起来!让我们插上科技的翅膀，迎着科学的春天，飞起来!为了中华民族的伟大复兴，为了祖国的繁荣昌盛，为了人民的幸福安康，让我们大胆地创新吧，让我们脚踏实地的创新吧!

创新和创造基本相同却又略有区别，创新是技术进步加市场，而技术进步不是同一个概念。不能转化为生产力的，不能叫技术创新。我们搞创新，不能只搞技术进步。搞创新的主体是企业家，不是技术人员，这句话报纸上也常讲。这表明必须从技术出发，回到市场，转化为生产力，才能叫创新。
不知道大家注意到没有，中关村出怪事。联想将工程院院士倪光南炒了，香港方正也要将董事长、三院院士王选炒了。这就是技术创新和与技术进步之争。为什么联想要炒倪光南?倪光南是工程师，主要成就就是联想汉卡，获得了巨大成功。柳传志曾经说过：“倪光南说了算，倪光南说的就是对的。”这句话不对，市场才能说了算，市场说是才是对的，倪光南能跟市场比吗?倪光南是工程师，关注于技术领域，并不擅长经营管理。倪光南给联想带来了近千万元的损失，炒掉可不可以?当然可以，要保证技术转化为生产力，除了基础科学可以不管市场之外，应用理论都要搞“贸”字当头。王选是三院院士，香港方正为什么要炒?做董事长不称职。王选刚上任时，方正在香港的股票价格高于联想、四通，但当了一阵之后股票价格反而低于联想、四通了。当然，方正最后并没有炒王选，他还打算再继续干，到底怎么样时间会检验一切。
创新必须是正向的，即有利于社会发展的，而创造可以是正向的，也可以是负向的。电脑病毒可是创造，只要是前所未有的，就是创造，但这绝不是创新。创造可以是对原有事物的彻底否定，而创新只能是原有事物的辩证的否定，螺旋的上升，不是彻底的否定。创造可以是个人行为，也可以是集体行为，而创新必然是群体行动、系统工程，一个人搞不行。技术创新、制度创新，一个人是做不到的，一个人不可能拥有市场需要的全部优势，但团体可以。
市场经济的本质是什么?是创新。知识经济的灵魂是什么?创新。创业的核心是什么?创新。有人说，我有学历，我就是人才。学历不是坏事情，但有文凭不等于是人才。人才需要发现，而在座的学历都不低，要是有文凭就是人才了，人才还那么难找吗?人才必须有创新精神、能力，做出创新成果，这才叫人才。孔乙己和黄道婆，哪个是人才?孔乙己有文凭，秀才，但他甚至无法在社会上生存下去，这能叫人才吗?黄道婆是童养媳，没有学历，没有文凭，但她是人才。三百六十行，行行出状元，不一定都要有文凭、学历、只要有创新，就是人才，学历不是坏事情，说明你有知识，但恐怕是书本知识多，实践知识少。科学定必须跟企业家联合。企业家是创新专家，能够超常规地带领企业在竞争中成功。靠什么?靠创新。创新对于企业来说，是系统工程，三个系统，经营、管理、技术。三个系统，三个创新，只有搞好企业系统工程，企业才能成功。
很多人问我，创业成功有没有捷径?会创新、善于创新，这就是捷径。现在是新经济、电脑、网络很热，现在学校的学生创业也主要瞄准网络行业，但失败的居多。为什么?片面追求网络业，结果变成没有特色。你搞我搞大家搞。但没有技术含量，纯属低水平重复建设。西方有句格言：没有特色不开店。最聪明的竞争就是不竞争，要走别人不走的，有市场前景的路。创新才是创业的捷径。

大家好!
非常高兴今天能够站在这里，与大家共同探讨实践科学发展观、推动XX发展的话题。今天，我演讲的题目是“开拓进取、大胆创新，推动XX又好又快发展”。
首先，我想给大家讲这么一个真实的故事。这个故事发生在浙江省临安市。临安市是浙江省山核桃的主产地，山核桃年产量占了全国的70%。但是在前几年，他们的销售情况却并不乐观。这是为什么呢?原来呀，很多消费者都觉得这个山核桃好吃，但是核桃壳却很难咬开。如何才能打破这个制约销售的瓶颈呢?经过一番思考，临安市想出了一妙招。这个妙招说来其实很简单，就是在山核桃深加工的基础上，把它稍稍砸碎，在吃的时候用手轻轻一掰就可食用，非常方便。这种山核桃一上市，立即受到了大家欢迎。就是这么一个小小的妙招，让临安市当年就增收了3000多万元。

践行科学发展观第一要义是发展，而创新是保持平稳较快发展的重要支撑。那么，何谓创新创新就是站在上升、前进、发展的立场上，破除思想僵化、墨守成规、安于现状的旧观念，促进新事物的成长和壮大，实现事物的发展。创新要求敢于提出新问题、敢于解决新问题。
大家都知道，我们XX区距离泸州市主城区有12公里，是典型的边缘区，区域经济总量小。选择什么样的发展路子才能尽快扩张区域经济总量呢?，区委、区政府创新提出“1234”发展战略，给全区经济科学发展指明了道路。经过两年的努力，区域经济总量开始扩张。数据显示，20，我区新增规模以上工业企业12家、其中亿元企业就有4家。
泸州市超强机械公司是我区的一家重点企业。该公司在改制前，是一家濒临破产的乡镇企业。如何拯救公司于水生火热中呢?公司一班人大力实施体制改革，大胆创新管理制度，不断培养技术人才，不断开发新产品。新管理、新技术、新产品让公司在市场上站稳了脚跟，得以绝路逢生。所以，公司能够走向发展，能够走向壮大，能够成功应对金融危机带来的影响。有消息传来，目前公司已跃升为四川省500强企业。
在这里，我还有一件喜事儿要和大家分享。今年，我区创新征地工作机制和奖励机制，强力推进重点项目建设。在省重点项目“XX”的建设中，实现了和谐征地稳定拆迁，得到市委、市政府的高度肯定，某某某书记和某某某市长亲自签批：XX在重点项目建设中，主动创新方法，效果很好，值得推广。
XX发展创新的道路再次告诉我们：开拓进取、大胆创新是生存之道、是发展之基。那么，如何才能实现创新呢?我认为，关键是要聚好“三股”势。一要聚好善谋实干之势。
创新需要脚踏实地的落实。追求创新，不能停留在意识层面。创新是学习与工作的结合，是智慧与经验的升华，是理论联系实际的结晶。有了创新的意识，我们就应该在工作中大胆的实践，多听、多看、多思考。二要聚好诚实守信之势。我们无论在哪个岗位，都要对得起自己的神圣职责，要有强烈的责任心和使命感。XX经济社会发展任重道远，作为一名干部，我们更应当以饱满的热情，投身到实践工作中去，恪尽职守，诚实守信。三要聚好开拓进取之势。小平同志曾经指出：“干革命、搞建设，要有一批勇于思考、勇于探索、勇于创新的闯将。”因循守旧，得过且过，安于现状，是没有事业追求、没有理想抱负的表现。我们要争做攻坚解难的闯将，要敢想、敢说、敢干，要敢为天下先，不去抱残守缺，不去随波逐流。在工作中，努力做到分析问题有新视野，研究情况有新见解，部署工作有新思路，解决问题有新办法。
作为二十一世纪的干部，作为人民的公仆，我们有责任立足现在的岗位，开拓进取，大胆创新，务求实干，创造佳绩。为了推动XX又好又快发展，你将如何创新自己的工作呢?

创新必须基于务实的基础之上，才会是有效的创新。德鲁克先生在书中告诉我们：“创新是有目的性的，是一门学科。”对于我们企业，我们创新的目的就是要帮助客户体现更大的价值，获得更多的市场份额。书中德鲁克先生还告诫我们：创新是否成功不在于它是否新颖、巧妙或具有科学内涵，而在于它是否能够赢得市场。这就说明企业所倡导的创新应该是实用型的创新，对于我们企业，我们的创新必须是“聚焦客户的信息化的创新”，这就决定了我们在创新的过程中必须立足客户的需求，立足企业的实际情况，遵循市场发展的规律，只有这样我们的创新成果才会对企业发展有意义和价值，才是真正有效果。
要想让我们的创新真正做到是基于“实事求是”基础的创新，我想首先要明确什么是创新。德鲁克先生在书中谈到，对于“创新”的误解，主要有这么几种，一是把“创新”与聪明的创意或发明混为一谈；二是一提到它就想到科学性的创造发明；三是很多人认为凡开创一项新生意或者新事业就是创新。事实上，创新对于企业来说，主要是看能否为客户创造出新的价值，提供新的服务。
创新必须是主观意愿而不是偶然的机遇。书中德鲁克先生告诉我们，创新的机会处处都有，创新的行为人人都可以做到，更为重要的是创新是可以学习、可以训练的。这就是说，创新并不是偶然遇到的机遇，不是不可控制的，创新的思维、行为是只要我们有这样的主观意愿就可以学习得会，掌握得了，实践得下去的。因此，面对创新的要求，我们必须养成正确的心态。
