那么怎样才能做到“教学生一天，想学生一生”呢？首先，我希望我的学生不仅有求知的热情，更要具备自律的意识。记得那是我入职第一个学期的期末考试前，同学们进入了紧张的复习阶段。初为人师的我激情满满、干劲十足，准备带着我的学生全力以赴、大干一场。可是事与愿违，酷冷的冰冻天气影响了同学们的学习热情。随着班上的几个学生生病感冒，我也很快地加入到他们的行列，班上的学习氛围也随之受到影响。那天实在扛不住了，晚饭后匆忙到校医处挂了瓶盐水，想到晚自习的秩序肯定是乱七八糟的，浑身酸痛的我强忍着向教室走去，准备去“突袭”抓几个捣蛋分子。然而当我从走廊来到教室的窗户边，却看到另一幅光景：在学科班长的`组织下，同学们个个端坐在座位上正聚精会神、安安静静地学习，一整个晚自习的效果都是那么好！学科班长告诉我，同学们知道我病了，便组织召开了全班会议，安排好轮流值班管理，用他们自觉的行动来减轻老师的劳累。我被孩子们感动了，原来，不仅只是我想到不能因为生病而耽误同学们的学习，同学们同时也想到了不想让老师带病上课，不希望老师因为他们不守纪律而烦心。此刻，我在为孩子明理懂事而欣喜的同时，也深深地体验到了“身教重于言教”这句话的内涵。
