1.、是正反方一辩陈诉观点
2、攻辩，由正反二辩，开始依次
3、自由辩论阶段
4、总结陈词，在正规的辩论赛，还有一个观众提问环节因为是比赛，必须有时间限制，如正反反陈诉一般在3分钟左右，其他攻辩时间控制在2分钟，每次发言包括答题和提问
