去年暑假，天气特别热，路边的小狗热的都吐出了舌头。爸爸下班回家疲惫地说：“这么热的天我们去游泳吧！”我欣然同意了。饭后半小时我就和爸爸来到杰仕健身游泳馆。我学过蛙泳，教练夸我游的不错，于是自以为自己已经游的.很好了。一到游泳池边我没有做热身运动，直接在岸上一蹦就蹦到了深水区。“一下水区就呛两大口水，”咳咳咳“我难受的直咳嗽，瞬间脑子一场空白，不知道自己在哪里了。这时候我已经完全失控，手脚不协调地在水里直打水！”爸爸，爸爸救我“我紧张地大声叫道。爸爸看我落魄的样子，立马一把把我从水里抓起。我为自己的逞强假装生气地说：”游泳太难学了，之前我蛙泳都游的很好的！“爸爸耐心地对我说：”小哲，遇到困难要勇敢去面对，逃避困难只是胆小的，强者永远把困难踩在脚下。“学习更重要的是要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印！”很显然爸爸看出了我的心思。“之后爸爸带着我做了热身。我和爸爸再次大胆的去深水区游泳。我想着爸爸的话，放轻松，慢慢用脚打水面，这次我是真的在游泳！

以后每当我遇到困难的时候，都会想起爸爸的教诲，从游泳中爸爸让我学到了很多知识，世上无难事，只怕有心人；做任何事情都要脚踏实地，不显摆。这些游泳的启示，让终身难忘，受益无穷，它们为我将来的生活指引方向！

篇19：成功与失败

俗话说得好：“成功乃失败之母”我对这句话十分认同。

失败后的成功，有史上最著名的一个例子。就是爱迪生发明晚上的“太阳”一电灯。爱迪生和他的助手将灯罩发明出来后，却找不到合适的灯芯。在爱迪生发明灯泡的时候他失败了很多次，当他用到一千多种材料做灯丝的时候，助手对他说：“你已经失败了一千多次了，成功已经变得渺茫，还是放弃吧!”但爱迪生却说：“到现在我的收获还不错，起码我发现有一千多种材料不能做灯丝。”最后，他经过六千多次的实验终于成功了。我可以试想，如果爱迪生在助手劝他停止实验的时候放弃了，我们现在会怎么样呢?可能我们还要点只有豆粒般大小的油灯在夜里照明。由此可见，成功需要失败。

伟大的科学家爱因斯坦曾说过成功等于百分之一的天赋和百分之九十九的汗水。天赋虽然重要但那百分之九十九的汗水又岂能少?一个人，如果只有天赋，却没有付出努力和汗水，那他仍然是一个傻瓜。汗水有时也等于成功的。一个人，即使天赋很低，只要付出努力，付出汗水，也会成功。

没有努力就没有成功。如那句古话说：“没有耕耘就没有收获。”自己没有劳动却想要成功，这是不可能的。难道天上会掉馅饼?当然，也有守株待兔的，更大的几。率是掉进去就无可自拔。所以，没有劳动就没有收获，没有成功!只有通过自己的努力获得成功。

成功需要什么?失败?汗水?还是努力?我想三种因素都缺一不可.

篇20：成功与失败

大家都知道，没有人不喜欢成功，没有人不讨厌失败。这，就引起了失败的不满。失败与成功就这样吵了起来……

失败说：“凭什么？凭什么你会受到欢迎，而我要面对人们的冷落？”

成功听了，洋洋自得地说：“哼，就凭你的出现让大家失望。所以，你是这么的让人讨厌！”

失败听了，火冒三丈地说：“你别忘了，失败乃是成功之母。没有我，你不可能生存在这个世界上。”

成功听了，愤怒地反驳道：“没有我，你也不可能生存在这个世界。你可知道，失败是成功的由来。况且你是这么的让人沮丧和失望，我是这么的让人喜爱。从这，就可以得知人们把我比你看得重要。自然，人们也就更离不开我了，你就会渐渐被遗忘”。

失败听了，被狠狠地打击了，它内心对成功的仇恨也就更深了。它面红耳赤地说：“少臭美，你算什么？人们谁没有经历过我，没有经历过我的人不可能与你相遇，也不可能弃我而去，我才是人们最重要的。虽然我令人讨厌，但是，在人们开创自己新的人生时，他们之前所遇到的是我，不是你。”

它们就这样你一言我一语互不相让地争吵着。

这时，在旁边看着的自信站了出来，它语重心长地说：“其实，你们俩说的都没错，都有道理，人们谁也离不开你们，你们应该和睦相处。”成功与失败听了，觉得自信说得没错，很惭愧。成功说：“失败，对不起，是我错了，我不应该这样对你。”失败也和成功道歉了，他们和好了。

从此以后，人们就像成功与失败说的那样，每个人的生活都经历过了它们。

篇21：成功与失败

失败和成功，这是一对反义词，但在我看来，它们一样的美。

在各种比赛中，总是有胜利者和失败者，不管在面试中、考试中、篮球比赛中……胜利者总是那么光鲜亮丽，可以得到各种荣誉和称赞;失败者却总是那么落魄，一副灰溜溜的样子。

胜利就是那样美好，失败就是那么难看呀?

但反过来一想，失败和成功，也是一样的美，一样的有用。

失败，虽不及胜利那么光鲜亮丽，却一直给我们敲警钟，让我们在骄傲、幸福中幡然然醒悟，不在胜利的荣耀中沉浸下去。

吴王夫差胜利的姿态固然美，但是越王勾践失败后的发奋也美。

再比如说曹操追吕布那个故事：曹操在十八诸侯对峙董卓大军时，大败吕布，吕布落荒而逃，却料定曹操必然来追。曹操得胜后，见吕布逃脱，心里不免骄傲了起来，率军乘胜追击，却不料进了吕布的圈套中。果然曹操中了吕布的埋伏，被打得溃不成军，最后还是在兄弟的帮助下逃脱。吕布在此中并没有因失败而弃甲而逃，反而冷静分析出曹操会骄傲轻敌。所以说，失败会把人们从胜利的喜悦中拉回现实，让我们认清现实，不会被现实逼至绝境，如果没有失败，我们会一直骄傲自满，直到我们被逼至失败。

失败和成功是一样美的，成功让我们自信，失败则像一个警钟，时刻提醒我们不要一直沉浸在荣耀中，要认清现实，奋发图强，一定有成功的胜利。

篇22：成功与失败

每个人都会充满着希望的去做某件事情，而做完事情后只有两种结果，成功或是失败，成功的喜悦我们总是可以很容易的接受，可是失败之后呢？除了失望，难过你是否想过其他？

我了解每件事情我们都是付出很多努力，一旦失败就会觉得失望，这是再所难免的，因为付出得不到回报是怎么一件难受的事情啊，可是你要明白，不是所有的付出就会得到你所要的回报的。爱情也一样，有人付出了真情，不一定能得到同等的回报的！而这个时候，你会怎么想呢？

当你全心全意的去做某件事情的时候，不如想想假如失败你会如何承受，不要寄希望给周围的人，比如父母，朋友。不要觉得失败离你很遥远，后果可以不必自己承担，我们都会渐渐走向成熟的，没有一个人天生可以不怕任何失败，那都是经历很多后才磨练成的，就象长跑，你在跑，别人也在跑，你没有停下你就没有输，就算最后你没有拿冠军，你还是赢的。假如你半途跌倒，你爬起来了，你也是赢者，所以我们面对所谓的失败，我们要问自己，有没有赢自己呢？假如你输给了自己，那你才是真的输了。

勇敢的面对挫折与失败，要懂得自己调剂，不要给予自己任何压力，那只会让自己更痛苦失望，站不起来，相信我们会把每一次失败当作磨练意志的过程，不论是赛场还是生活我们都勇敢的面对，不要怕输给别人，重要的是自己付出过也努力过，相信自己，敢于面对所谓的失败，这才是生活。

篇23：成功与失败

坦然面对失败，才能赢得成功！熬过了暴风雨那鲜花怒放的日子还会远吗？挺过了失败的苦楚，成功还会远吗？题记坦然面对失败，才能赢得成功！人生的道路并非一帆风顺。有时，我们只差了那抹一点点，就与失败失之交臂。那么，我们要用什么样的心态来面对失败呢？有位智者曾说过：失败乃成功之母。告诉我们：失败不是件坏事，有了失败，离成功就有近了一步。而我的经验告诉我：弹人面对失败，才能赢得成功。去年，学校要从级部选拔出3名同学代表学校参加全市的英语演讲比赛。我被老师提名。我当时高兴的要命！向窗外望去，天空的朵朵白云，也在为我喝彩似的，绽放开来！因为爸爸妈妈从小培养我的英语能力，对这种锻炼的机会视之如命，所以对我的工作大力支持。那天我高高兴兴地走进英语办公室，等待老师告诉我被选中的好消息。可是，事与愿违，我于成功失之交臂：我落选了。原因不是口语不好，而是表情不丰富，感情不充沛。自此，我的天空再也没有那绽开的朵朵白云。整天乌云密布，天色阴沉。我懊恼极了。整天萎蔫不振，认为自己就是不行。赶不上别人。后来，我落选的消息被爸爸知道了。他没有责备我。没有骂我。更没有说什么。我以为爸爸不再关心我，在意我。所以我选没选上都无所谓。直到有一天

“不经风雨，怎见彩虹？”人一出生就有许多艰难险阻等待你去克服。只有知道取得成功时的艰难，才会为自己取得的成功而喜悦。俗话说：“凡事无绝对。”只要自己有信心，有获取成功的信念，那么总有柳暗花明之时。

每当我看见雨滴从天空中落下，它们用柔软的身躯去撞击地面时，我不禁感到它们力量的渺小。这些雨滴是为什么？但是雨后的河水总是涨高了许多，我陷入了沉思。假如没有雨滴们的奋勇，怎样形成江河百川呢？只有奋勇向前，雨滴们才可以溶入地球的怀抱。不然它们只能在天空中漫无目的地飘荡。相信任何事物，只有奋勇向前，总会有柳暗花明之时。

记得初一一次数学期末考试，教室里的同学还在认真做题，考试时间是90分钟，我用了不到一半的时间就把大部分题目做好了。只剩下占有半页试卷的最后一题了。我一看题目就知道这题不简单，单看文字就密密麻麻，再加上下面的好几个几何图形，一时间把我搞糊涂了。我开始沉下心，认真地读题目，可是读着读着，我就发现这道题好像曾经做过的，似曾相识，却就是想不起来。时间一分一秒地过去了，当监考老师提醒我们还剩十分钟时，我的心开始怦怦直跳，急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，毕竟这道题占据了十分之多。但是我还是没有放弃希望，再一次重新读题，重新思考。这时，我发现这题有了一个切入口，然后我拿起笔开始解题，伴随着铃声，我长呼了一口气，放下笔，交上了满意的试卷。

从这件事上，我知道了只要不轻言放弃，勇往直前，毕竟“一切皆有可能”，凡事总有柳暗花明之时。

篇25：成功与失败

成功，是一面高墙，一面总是堆满失败的高墙，必须经过失败的累积，才能走向成功。失败，是一道山崖，努力忍耐，忍受无数的挫折，才是走向成功。失败，是一粒种子，经过风风雨雨，才会得到成功。

孙中山先生了革命了十一次，有十次是失败的……从古至今，哪一个人才不是从失败中爬起，然后走向成功?俗话说：“失败为成功之母”成功的路上总是堆上了失败的'纪录，失败不能灰心才能有成功，成功不能骄傲才不会走回失败。成功的人都有同一个特质，那就是他们懂得要从失败中站起，而不是躺下，这才是真正的成功。

生活中也不可能什么事都成功。像希特勒出生的并不富有，也曾经成功过，最后却输在自己骄傲的个性;中国的项羽也是一个失败的例子，那些失败的人并不是不能成功，而是因为成功后傲慢的个性逼迫他们再度走回失败，而不再站起，永远活在阴暗的角落，不再试着爬起来，只是躺下来听天由命。

成功像是冬天的太阳，给了花草树木力量;给了人们希望。失败后无尽的眼泪，像雨天时的闪电，给了人们绝望。爬起来的次数才是成功的关键，摔得越深，爬起来就越难，但离成功也越近。成功后，就做好自己，迎接成功的果实吧!

人生如同一场戏，人生总必须起起落落，不追求完美平静的生活我觉得这就是生命的真谛。全球最受崇拜的总理曼德拉曾说过，人生中较大的荣誉并不是绝不摔倒，只是跌至后常常站立起来！

在我非常崇拜的商业服务知名人士史玉柱，以前光辉过，也衰落过，可是这种失败从来没有阻拦过他的前行，在欠了2.4亿，他還是矗立在我国的商坛，像一只恶虎一般的重新迈进，马云爸爸也曾说过较大的失败便是舍弃，不管今日无数实业家，立在五彩缤纷的灯光效果下，大家仅仅羡慕嫉妒她们的財富，支配权，可是我则是更为崇拜这些失败过的实业家或是是生意人，最少她们拼搏过，她们即便是失败，也是奋不顾身！

时至今日，八佰伴的工作是多么的光辉，从一家小小蔬菜水果店铺发展趋势变成了年销量做到5000亿日柱的国际性商品流通集团公司八佰伴企业，连锁店遍及世界各国。但如今，这一经历了几辈的工作早已倒闭了，一个时期的神话传说早已毁灭，因为过多扩大，再再加金融危机的危害，一瞬间，公司老总和田一夫从一位有着四百家海外百货商店和商场集团公司的首席总裁，变成了靠借宿过日。尽管无上光荣早已变成以往，但和田一夫并不气馁，由于他准备在七十岁自主创业，从头开始。

而大家今日界定取得成功又是啥，钱财，名与利，奢侈品包包？当跨海沉浮之后，剩余的仅仅一片云雾，如同朴树唱的那首《平凡之路》：曾经的我迷失心寒，失去全部方位，直至看到黎明曙光才算是唯一的回答！从心寒中找寻期待，在失落中找寻方位！
