在这一学期的英语教学中,我感到804班中有许多学生有厌学情绪,尤其是女生。这其实也不能完全埋怨学生,有很大一部分的责任在于我自身。由于这学期我把绝大部分时间和精力花在食堂。在平时的教学中,没有足够的时间和精力关心学生的学习和生活,特别对于那些学习有困难的学生不是细心的辅导,而是在他们犯错后大声的喝斥。有的时候甚至对他们大打出手。但是对于他们学习中的点滴进步却不能及时的发现并加以表扬,而是把眼光过多的集中在那些优等生身上,久而久之,那些学困生对学习英语失去兴趣,抱着种破罐破摔的态度,因而学习成绩总是搞不上去。
