一、遵纪守法，安全驾驶
在日常工作中，我认为，要想开好安全车，首先要牢固地树立安全第一的思想，一定要学习并遵守政府及有关部门的一切法令法规，服从交通管理人员的指挥，真正做到“马达一响，集中思想！车轮一动，想到群众”。他重视交通安全学习，他深刻地认识到：安全行车并不是纸上谈兵，它是成千上万人民群众用鲜血和生命换来的。他一直认为：对待交通事故，一定要“三不放过”（原因不明不放过，整改措施不落实不放过，处罚不到位不放过），只有这样，才能教育驾驶员，才能分析事故原因，找出根源，牢记教训，杜绝事故！
二、认真保养车辆，不开“带病车”
俗话说：“磨刀不误砍柴工。”近几年来，他十分注重保养车辆，严格要求自己随时保持车况良好，发现问题，及时解决。认真做好车子的.换季保养工作，准确、及时地换机油，备足防冻器材，适应季节变化。由于工区负责地区线路，共1100公里，每月的巡视的工作量大，如果没有好的车辆作为保障，那工区的工作将无法正常开展。所以他在日常工作中对工区的车辆摸清底数，整理车辆档案，对每个车辆都建立了保养档案，并包车到人，不得乱开、乱架。
三、严格管理，杜绝事故
他作为工区的车班班长，负责工区安全行车的管理工作。在工作中，首先认真抓好安全教育、技术培训和职业道德教育，加强本部门司机的敬业精神和责任感，组织本部门司机进行安全学习。其次，狠抓“一个加强，三个坚持”，即加强“日三检”工作的力度，坚持安全日活动，坚持专业技术培训，坚持考核制度。做到勤、严、细、效。勤：勤管、勤奋；严：严格检查，不讲情面；细：检查仔细，一丝不苟；效：注重实效。在他细心的管理下，工区在交通安全工作中，20XX年全年未发生任何考核事故。

由于我刚开始学习驾驶，不懂得相关知识或是不熟练，往往有许多方面的问题，不加以注意的话，很容易造成大问题。双手紧握方向盘身体几乎趴在方向盘上开车。这样紧张的状态很容易使身体僵直，既影响方向盘的转动，也影响脚部控制油门离合与刹车的变换，更容易在紧急刹车时头部撞上风挡而受伤。正面的交通安全教育一再告诫我们“十次事故九次快”，这当然是有科学依据的，教科书也常常例举一些数据，多大速度下刹车距离需要多长、什么速度下驾驶员反应所需要的时间变得迟钝等等。我必须要具备有很强的克服能力，才可以度过这一关。
