介绍信通常有两种形式：
（一）普通介绍信。用公文纸书写：
1.在公文纸正中的地方写“介绍信”三个字，字要比正文大些。
2.个人的称呼。
3.被介绍人的姓名
4.接洽事项和向接洽单位或个人提出的希望。最后可写上“请接洽“请予协助“此致敬礼”等语。
5.本单位名称和写信日期，
在写自荐信过程中应注意几个问题：
（1）要坚持实事求是的原则，优点要突出，缺点不避讳，最好是用成就和事实替代华而不实的修饰语，恰如其分地介绍自己。
（2）要态度诚恳，措词得当。用语应委婉而不隐晦，自信而不自大。
（3）篇幅不易过长，言简意赅，在有限的篇幅中突出重点，同时文字要顺畅，字迹要工整。
（4）要学会用多种文字求职，这样可表现你的语言水平。
2.个人简历。也叫自传，是对自己情况、经历的记载和陈述，一般是按时间顺序系统、全面地把个人身份、学历、成就、特长等充分表达出来。它一般作为自荐信的附件，呈送用人单位。
个人简历无固定格式，但应反映出自己的基本情况，一般主要内容应包括两部分：第一部分应列出自己的姓名、性别、年龄、；第二部分可简述自己的学习、包括所学主要课程及学习成绩、在学校和班级所担任的职务、在校期间所获得的各种奖励和荣誉、业余爱好和特长、。此外，写个人简历时要注意：让事实说话，避免自吹自擂；时序要衔接，表达要适度；格式上应便于阅读

很荣幸能向您自我介绍一下自己。我叫林依依，女，今年24岁，系xx学院中文系汉语言文学（师范）专业的应届毕业生，为人诚实守信、安静祥和，平时最爱看看书上上网听听音乐，我的同学都说我是最适合读中文的人。上大学时偏爱现当代文学，最爱看潘军的作品，特别是他的《手势与独白》三部曲；而张爱玲、张小娴、安妮宝贝等也是我偏爱的一些作家，她们的文集前前后后我倒也看得差不多了。因为专业关系与个性的偏好，另外一些现当代的名家我也是很关注的，像贾平凹、林语堂、格非、阿来、马原、王蒙、张洁等，具有良好的文学素养。

我也是爱读诗的，我的毕业论文设计的题目是《论“第三代”诗的创作追求》，通过近一年的阅读、收集资料与具体的写作，这让我在大学最后的时间里对现代先锋诗歌的认识更为全面了。另外，席慕容的诗我也看了不少，曾经就很为她的一首《一棵开花的树》着迷，甚至写下了读后感类的文章，惹得一男人感动了，不住地游说我，傻傻地说：你去当作家，好么？并坚信如果我能一直坚持写下去，终有一天能成为作家的。
