在众多的城市中,我选择了向往已久的武汉,太原到武汉乘坐高铁也需要六个多小时,我还是提前两天到达。武汉是座具有深厚文化底蕴的城市,登鹳雀楼眺望长江大桥,乘“知音号”轮船穿越30年代旧武汉感受人生百态,夜游长江赏两岸美景,骑单车游东湖绿道,在武汉大学的樱花大道漫步,江汉街楚河汉街也是此行的目的地,寻访美食吃上一碗热干面满足一下我的味蕾,幸福感油然而生。我想人们所向往的游学不过如此吧!
xx年月2日双向养育的旅程正式开启,三天的学习收获满满,且时时是惊喜。一切都超乎我的想象,一切都是那么的快乐和美好。发自内心的笑容荡漾在我的脸上,惊喜一个接着一个,让我慢慢道来。
别出心裁的签到仪式让我终身难忘,这是我外出学习或培训所受到的最高礼遇。当我走到会议室的门口,一位老师面带微笑地迎了上来,“欢迎你的到来!请站在这里。”我顺着老师手指的方向看去,一双大大的卡通脚印贴在地上,我站在上面接受老师的大大的拥抱,胸前佩戴上双向养育的徽章,可心的小礼物棒棒糖代表了主人的热情,甜蜜的祝福语收入我的心田,我郑重签下我的名字,似乎在告白我一定好好学习。我觉得我被关注和接纳了,之后我便成了主人,向老师迎接我一样的迎接下一位学员的到来。后来我感知到了,双向养育的实践教学是从此时此刻就开始了。为老师的精心设计点赞。
我找到空位坐下来,桌子上的摆设让我喜形于色,鲜花,彩色的画笔,玩具小汽车,布玩偶等等。我在疑惑这到底是一个什么样的课程呢?环视四周不由站了起来走动,墙上粘贴有各种用途的贴画,“鼓励墙”“问题墙”“收获树”“双向养育词汇表”“双向养育情绪图”等等的各种宣传画,仿佛之间这屋子是一个童话的世界,我的心门立即打开。
贾老师开讲了!在学习群里曾经听过贾老师的分享,只闻其声不见其人,大家风范的印象埋藏很深,却不想贾老师还是如此的年轻美丽。贾老师的自我介绍语速不紧不慢,行云流水般娓娓道来,既亲切又充满了睿智。贾老师为了让我们能够激发动机,体验建构,团队促进和思考探索,充分享受整个教学过程,让我们首先成立我们的团队。脑洞大开确立队名和队呼,且每个学员在团队中都有自己的'岗位和职责,真正体现“再小的个体,也有自己IP”。
而“课堂协议”充分体现了“规则”的重要性,用一种游戏的方法体现规则,感受到了老师对我们的尊重。在制定规则同时,也确定了小小的惩罚办法,用发红包作为惩戒。我认为我是一个守时遵守承诺的人,我不会成为发红包的人。结果第二天中午我就迟到了,我记错了上课的时间。我反思,第一,大人都会犯错误,何况是孩子呢?要用同理心来看待他人;第二,规则是给每个人制定的,你忽视规则就会得到惩罚。“自我介绍”环节也是在老师精心设计的游戏中完成的,动手制作“我的名片”。一张小小的即时贴容纳了个人的全部信息,欢声笑语中老师指引着我们,我们每个人都找到一两位不曾相识的人,看到即时贴我们彼此接近,微笑着拥抱,我们放下戒备,互相接纳成为朋友。这是一个很好的示范,在家里我们可以演示给我们的孩子看,相信孩子们也会在游戏中认识更多的朋友。
和孩子一起成长是双向养育关注的重点,在这次的学习中我们还认识了四位四五岁的小朋友,我看到孩子们在预设规则后,能懂得遵守,有妈妈陪伴和正确的引导,有小伙伴们一起玩耍游戏,他们是快乐的。“养育,是父母与孩子共同成长的人生旅程。”这话太有道理了。同时我还深深地感受到,和年轻的妈妈们在一起,我也学到了新的陪伴方法,就是在游戏中和孩子们一起感知规则和快乐。我们的这次学习还有两位爸爸一起来陪伴爱人,虽然他们的双人舞看着都让人笑破肚皮,但他们的幸福感不言而喻。在一个家庭中最大的幸福莫过于夫妻俩有共同的话题要谈,有共同的事业来分享,在育儿观念上也是相同的。夫妻携手共同成长,一幅多么美好的画卷。双向养育不但适合于改善亲子关系,同时适合于改善夫妻关系和同事关系。
在整个讲授过程中,贾老师俨然是一位实践家,不拘泥于形式,内容鲜活积,极向上。在老师的家庭里体现出这样一句话:“家庭是孩子学习各种技能的最佳场所”。老师的每一个案例,都让我深深地体会到,老师是他的孩子的最佳陪伴教练。老师是用她的养育方式,在很好的阐述,如何有效的与孩子沟通,如何成为孩子的陪伴者和支持者。贾老师既是亲子专家,还是美好爱情婚姻的追求者和践行着。在老师平凡朴实的生活中,既能看到老师对生活的热爱,也能看到老师对生命的珍惜和感恩。践行双向养育创造美好生活,不也是我们一直在追求的吗?
在老师的板书设计上,也能体现出她的智慧。用白纸作板,彩笔板书,每一张纸中包含一个重要内容,板书内容前后贯通,呼应,打开一个内容如同一个链接,真正便于回看和复盘。向优秀者学习优秀,此行不但学习了双向养育的知识体系的基本知识,还学到了课程以外的点点滴滴。如老师的生活态度----踏实积极向上,她的工作态度认真严谨专业。
学员是教学的重要部分,老师的教学有强烈的带入感,教学中学员们参与小组讨论,分享案例,扮演角。我们学员们由相互陌生到相互认识,再到相互熟悉,这一切都是在润物细无声中发生着变化。用一句话来概括就是:用自己的好来影响愿意改变的人。
“带导”环节,我是其中一个主角,被分配任务时有些不知所措。我的课题任务:带动大家做主课前的热身运动。活动名称是:我说你做。活动的目的是帮助学员理解别人更在意你是怎么做而不是怎么说。时间设定三分钟。我真的感到很紧张,中午没有休息,写了满满一张纸该怎么做,恐怕忘记哪一步。站在前面我能感觉得到我是笑的,但脸上的笑容是僵硬的。我的语速极其的慢,唯恐人们听不清我的指令,有好多话要讲但又不知道该说什么似的,本应是活跃课堂气氛的,却严肃有余而趣味不足。之后大家对我的“带导”发表感言,老师看出了我的紧张,却给与了肯定,学员们是如此的善良不惜赞美之词送给我。我非常感谢老师和学员们,就是指出我的不足也是以我能接受的方式送给我。我非诚感谢大家的真诚。台上三分钟台下十年功,在“有效学习的角度和方法”这个内容中,老师讲到采用被动的学习方法,最多能掌握吸收知识的30%,而采用主动的学习方法,特别是运用“转教别人/立即应用”的方法,则可以掌握90%的内容。“带导”体验使我深深的体会到这一点。我真正明白了什么叫“行大于言”。谢谢老师给我机会占用宝贵的三分钟时间来体验。我真的觉得我成长了。
每天的复盘环节是我最最喜欢的环节,贾老师用一张纸画成“九宫格”梳理当天的学习要点,图文并茂,演绎的如行云流水般清晰,一个个知识点在我的脑海里跳跃,撞击。有样学样,跟什么样的人在一起,你就会成为什么样的人。老师是我的榜样,我会努力。
要分享的内容太多太多,还有一点要总结。在自己的舒适圈里待的太久了,以至于没有了是非标准,失去了方向,没有目标感。回归初心,方得始终。自己学不如大家一起学,在家学不如在外学,井底之蛙看见的永远是一方天地。假如我们自己不接纳学习和改变,在遇到挫折和挑战时,就会无从下手,更无法看到自己的潜能,舒适圈自然也会越来越小。
