一般面试的老师都是该系外语比较牛的老师，象武大这样的重点大学，每个院系都有很多老师送去国外的大学当一到2年的交流学者，所以有不少老师外语都相当好，就算他们语音语调不好，至少也有非常强的用地道的英语来表达思想的能力，而且，听力都相当好，所以他能百分百分辨出你的口语能力如何。我们系去年面试的是2个从哈佛回来的年轻老师，一个西装革履正坐着，一个抽着烟翘二郎腿的半躺在我们面前提问。一个是标准的美国口语，一个稍微差一点，不过提的问题很雕琢。

一般自我介绍是必须要准备的，自己写好背好，大概500字左右，说2到3分钟。准备好的东西会说的很流利，这样能给他一个好的印象。一般包括这样的内容：名字，原来毕业院校，你平时的爱好兴趣等，现在所报考的专业，你为什么报考该专业，你对该专业怎样的感兴趣，
