博士生培养制度改革推向深入
郑州大学博士生导师岗位认定又出新规。11月28日从郑州大学了解到，两个看似普通的文件昭示着该校今后将不再按以往方式进行博士研究生指导教师资格遴选，博导终身制将全面打破。
这项改革在全国走在了前列，国务院学位办、教育部学位管理与研究生教育司在《学位与研究生教育工作简报》头条中进行报道，指出其对于择优遴选博士生、推进博士生培养制度改革有导向意义。
博导成为动态工作岗位
以往教师“熬”成博士生导师，往往就意味着终身有资格招收博士研究生。然而，郑州大学却对此果断说“不”。
刚刚出台的《郑州大学博士研究生指导教师招生资格认定办法》规定，从今年开始，对现已具备博士生导师资格的所有教师每年在招收博士生工作之前进行招生资格的重新认定，取得招生资格方可招收博士生，未取得招生资格的将不允许招生，推进博士生导师资格向博士生导师岗位转变。这一举措，进一步淡化了博士生导师的头衔和身份观念，增强博士生导师的岗位职责意识，真正体现了动态化管理。
郑州大学研究生院常务副院长关绍康说，动态的岗位管理机制打破了过去的导师终身制，能否指导博士生取决于是否具备指导博士生的能力和条件。
“破冰”从全额资助开始
事实上，打破导师终身制的博士生培养机制改革四年前就已启动。，郑州大学在全校推行全额资助博士生导师制度，在当时引起震动。当年共遴选了5个全额资助博士生的招生指标，申请获准的博士生导师需从自己的科研经费中一次性支付所招博士生四年的.全额奖学金。年仅38岁的副教授臧明玺，以她拥有一项国家“863计划”研究项目95万元的科研经费申请到了一名全额资助博士生的招生指标，成为郑州大学历史上第一位副教授职称的博士生导师。
“按照常规，别说副教授，很多教授也当不上博士生导师。”臧明玺坦言，她是这项改革的受益者，很多和她一样没有资历的年轻教师有了当博导的机会。
新出台的《郑州大学申请全额资助博士研究生招生资格管理办法》扩大了全额资助博士生导师岗位，全额资助博士生的招生指标由过去每年的5～10个扩大为30～50个，同时，对博士生导师也赋予了更多的权利。
“变革”背后的质量效益
今年6月，第一批全额资助的博士生中有4名毕业。记者从郑州大学了解到，这4名博士生科研水平均高于同届博士生的平均水平，其中有2人的博士学位论文已被评为校级优秀博士学位论文。数学系任景莉教授指导的基础数学专业的博士生程志波，读博期间发表的学术论文被SCI收录9篇。
郑州大学副校长王宗敏说：“改革就要有不忌毁誉的心理素质，从全额资助博士生导师制度，到博士生导师招生资格认定和动态上岗制度，郑州大学研究生培养机制改革在不断深化，对于提高博士生培养质量、创建高水平研究型大学具有积极的推动作用。”
“只有不拘一格选拔出拥有国家级重大科研项目的高水平的优秀导师，才能培养出高水平的优秀学生。”省教育厅相关负责人认为，郑州大学这一改革不仅能让优秀的青年教师脱颖而出，而且能够推动科教的有机结合，产出一批高质量的科研成果。
