回到家之后，我已经是气喘吁吁的样子。你妈妈在床上躺着，一边拿着虚弱的语气跟我说不要着急，一面拿着药，打算吃药。我没有照顾过病人，以前也没有这样的状况出现，这确实让我感到很无奈。虽然也在电视上看到过这种情节，但虚拟世界毕竟是虚拟世界，放在现实生活中来，我终究是乱了阵脚。
于是，妈妈忽然起身，我不知道她要干嘛，上前去问，妈妈却只说自己要上厕所。我又是一阵尴尬。于是我清楚的明白，我需要冷静下来。在处理任何事情的时候，冷静都是首要的，不然只会造成更糟糕的结果，或者无厘头的乱做一通。我不能指望别人来拯救我，妈妈现在是病人了，没有那么多思绪来考虑我，我只能自己来改变这个现状。
首先，因为妈妈病了，所以我要先解决一日三餐。我开始给自己做早饭，给妈妈煮白粥。虽然平时不怎么下厨房，但是简单的菜，我总是会做的，所以也是有一些料理技术的。我做的很顺利，此时此刻，我感谢我冷静了下来。
当我将白粥，端到妈妈的床头，妈妈似乎有些出乎意料。因为她就打算，让我下去买一点吃的，没想到我竟然自己做了起来。她少有的夸奖了我，我想大概是因为妈妈病了，没空数落我了。
紧接着我这一天都做着，妈妈平时做的活。我发现了两点，一是我这一天都很充实，基本没有空闲的时候。二是，我自己必要的事情，一点都没有耽误。这可以说明两点，妈妈平时真的很辛苦，而我，一直在做一些无关紧要的事情。我想，我需要反省一下了。
那天晚上，爸爸回来了，妈妈的感冒也好些了。换作是爸爸照顾妈妈了。我闲了下来，我没有一点想要上前帮忙的`意思，因为偶尔爸爸也需要像我一样，去明白妈妈平时的痛苦，和我们的舒服的生活，究竟是怎样来的。
