面试经验交流分享
为期五天的专题讲座结束了，下周还有两天实习就可以放假了，感觉有很多想要去做的事情，却又有些彷徨和不知所措……
这几天的讲座，涉及到了同性恋、反家暴、农民工、艾滋病防治、以及毕业生交流会的几个方面，在前四天的讲座里学校为我们请来了各领域具有代表性的组织带头人来为我们介绍面试经验，拓展视野。他们的那份执着与坚持、爱心与智慧让我非常敬佩，这些领域都是以弱势群体为工作对象，无私的帮助有困难的人们找到生存下去的信心，并与现实中各种残酷做着斗争。可以说每个工作坊或组织都是经历了许许多多艰辛与磨难才走到了今天，但是小树在风雨中成长生命力会更加地顽强，度过了艰难才会觉得彩虹越发地绚烂。
给我留下印象最深刻的还要数三位师哥师姐给我们做的分享交流，他们是04/05级的毕业生，已经在社会上摸爬滚打了三四年。带着诸多的经历和感慨，站在台上演讲的他们显得特别具有感召力，或许也是因为这一点，才使我觉得自己离社会工作的大门真的很近。进入NGO组织一直以来都是我的愿望，听到师哥师姐分享从业几年的感受，不论是成功亦或是失败，都是一种财富、一种成长。我看到了他们的努力，看到了他们的坚持，看到了他们辛苦过后的欣喜与微笑。
第一位交流面试经验的学长目前就职于<开心妈妈工作室>，他对所在单位的历史和工作内容做了简单的介绍，随后与大家分享了在工作中的几点感悟。学长说，我们的心态和习惯深刻影响着我们的工作，就像埃里克森ABC理论中所讲到的原理那样，积极还是消极的心态决定了我们的成败；换句话说，内因是影响事物发展的根本动力。另外，要学会处理好与领导、同事、客户的关系。即用领导的思维方式去想事情和办事情，与同事保持一定距离，与客户经常保持联系。随后他又讲到了社会工作专业带个他的影响，比如培养了积极的心态、解决了自己的痛苦和困惑等等……最后学长对我们提出了建议——人的生活环境好像有两个圈子，外圈是痛苦圈，里面包含着舒适圈。尝试着向痛苦圈突破，当我们从痛苦圈进入到舒适圈后，会有意外的惊喜。就好像刚开始锻炼身体很困难很想放弃，但当我们努力坚持一段时间之后，我们就会爱上锻炼，并且会长期以往的坚持锻炼身体。学习、工作亦是如此，我想我会愿意享受这种痛并快乐着的过程。
第二位学长是个很能“侃”的人，不过这也从侧面反映出他的经历丰富和善于自我反思。他目前就职于某社区矫正中心，算是一个机关型的事业单位，
他与大家分享了工作三年来的不同体会——工作第一年：工作很认真，有上进心，“催”；第二年：工作过程中要学会保护自己，因为做成功一件事功劳算大家，做失败一件事自己承担责任；第三年：挣钱不是第一位，但是要积累自己。我觉得学长很真诚，也很实在。他讲了一些亲身经历的小故事，也用自己的教训告诉我们如何在工作中应变。
第三位学姐是大一时就见过的，她总是面带着微笑，看起来依然是那么乐观。但是这次她不仅讲述了工作中阳光灿烂的一面，也讲了很多工作中灰暗的一面。她从“路过的地方”、“遇到的人和事”、“几年来的收获”三方面做了面试经验交流。从刚一开始的'枯燥乏味的工作，到现在<打工妹之家>的两年体验，学姐说她找到了真正喜欢做的工作。我是带着羡慕和钦佩听完她的演讲的，工作中酸甜苦辣样样俱全，但最终沉淀下来的更多是收获及感悟。在去参加招聘面试方面，学姐善意的提醒我们要懂得“推销自己”，也就是说学历、经验是一方面，良好的表达能力也是尤为重要。如果不会介绍和表达自己，那么即使拥有再强的能力也不会被别人发现。
在经验交流最后，老大对我们说，“不知我对在座各位的理解是否正确，现在你们一些同学对社会工作以及对NGO有着敬佩的感情，但是否真的要像三位师哥师姐一样去NGO工作，为了社会工作而奋斗？我想大家更多的感受是彷徨。其实这些年来我也一直在思考社会上什么样的人在做社工？通过与香港一些朋友的了解我发现那些曾经被帮助过的人往往有强烈的成为社工的意愿，换句话说，现在的大陆社会工作需要经历一个过程，5年之后会有越来越多的人知道社会工作是干什么的，现在的你们就是这一领域的开拓者。社会越来越正规化，找工作不仅仅是凭借本科、研究生乃至博士生的学历文凭，更要看我们自己能为单位为社会做什么。另外，我们要把眼光放远，仅仅着眼于目前的月收入是不会有长远发展的。”此外，王伟老师又建议我们可以通过做志愿者看看自己到底适不适合走社工这条路，我认为非常有道理。所以在未来的大学生活里，我会更加坚定自己的目标，但愿我会找到自己喜欢的，属于自己的那条路。
