我们学校从去年开始，开设了“课前两分钟演讲”的校本课程。其实，学校营造这样的文化氛围的确让学生受用了很多，我个人觉得至少有以下几个好处：一、势必学生要去阅读课外书，准备演讲内容，这样，就潜移默化地增加了学生的阅读量；二、因为，这是每个学生必须要完成的任务，所以，给那些平时胆小，不敢发言的同学搭建了平台，至少在锻炼他们的胆量；三、因为要其他同学点评，所以要求演讲者必须声音响亮，吐字清晰，长此以往，就培养了学生的口头表达能力。四、演讲的内容要结合平时生活或是学习中的现象来阐述，所以，也培养了学生善于观察周围事物，分辨是非的能力。
作为一种文化，那就要研究，就要探索，善于积累。本学期，我班的“课前两分钟”，我是这样组织开展的：按学号进行，每次两个学生，预先准备演讲稿，内容自定，但一定要明确自己今天演讲的主题是什么，然后结合自己在平时生活中、社会上或是学校中、班级里观察到的现象进行表述，也可以通过一个小小的寓言故事或是一则小故事来阐述自己的观点。并预先落实一个比较优秀的学生全权负责这个工作：预先给演讲的同学一张文稿纸，让各演讲者的内容以书面形式呈现出来，写上演讲时间、演讲人、演讲稿的题目，字数最少不低于300字，最多也不要超过400字，（为了保证两分钟）脱稿演讲完后，（学困生不脱稿，但一定要有书面材料，到时，照着读。）书面材料交于负责人，由她让人在课余时间给演讲者进行点评并打上得分。（满分10分）当然，点评的同学不是总这几个，每个同学都有这样的机会。所以，一个同学在演讲的时候，同学们都听得非常用心。
