那天，我在做课外班的卷子，我飞快的做着试卷，这些题对我来说感觉还简单，笔尖飞快的在试卷上游走，我做题的思路像流水一样哗哗的流淌着，像一首音乐欢快的唱歌，像风呼呼自由的飞翔在试卷上。我看了看窗外，天空一片湛蓝，大树威猛挺拔，绿草小树充满了生机，我想试卷肯定满分了！
到了最后题，我那流畅的思路忽然停下来了，我认真看着这道问题，仔细的找关键点，找突破口，我把题的重点用比轻轻的画了出来，用学过的的方法解体居然没用，我转头看了下外面，湛蓝的天空忽然暗淡了，大树和花草也变的没有生机了。
这时候爸爸走了进来，看到我满面的愁容，他知道我肯定遇到困难啦，便上来问我怎么了，题目遇到困难了，我轻声告诉爸爸最后题有点不会了，爸爸看看题目，反复读了几遍，耐心的和我讲题的关键点和解题的重点，一步步和我分析这道题，不时的问我有有懂，如果还是不懂我们在从头分析这道题的重点，我看着爸爸和蔼又耐心的样子我很心里特别开心，他笑笑笑小眼睛眯成一条缝了，生怕自己看错这题给我讲错了，过了许久我们两个慢慢的把这道题搞明白了，爸爸说你在自己仔细的把这道题做一遍，我转头看了窗外天比刚才更加蓝了，大树也更威猛高大了，花草也更生机勃勃了。

一个耐心的人
记得我七岁那年,爸爸妈妈妈为了增强我的体质,培养我的勇敢精神,决定送我到八一游泳馆学游泳。可天性怕水的我要在短短的十天时间内学会游泳,难度可想而知。我至今都十分感激我的游泳教练,是他的耐心和细致,使我克服了困难,学会了游泳。
烈日炎炎的一天下午,妈妈带我到八一游泳馆报了名。
教练是一位前“八一”队的男运动员,高高的个头显得有些严格,但讲话却轻言细语,十分耐心。他先让我们按照高矮个子排好队,然后给我们讲游泳的安全知识和注意事项。接下来,他开始详细讲解蛙泳的动作要领,教练讲:“我们所学的蛙泳,如同青蛙在水中游水,两手在胸前划动,两腿由弯曲到并拢,蹬直,一气呵成。”他一边耐心地讲解动作要领,一边两手在胸前至上而下地做着划水的动作,他那表情十分严肃,而动作却非常舒展。讲完要领后,教练说:“同学们,我给你们做个示范,你们看像什么。”说完,教练以一个漂亮的蛙泳入水动作跳入水中,双手在胸前,协调划动,两腿边蹬边夹,动作像青蛙一样,嘴里还不时喊着动作要领:“双脚用力蹬夹,双臂用力下划,头部半潜、均匀换气。”教练边讲解动作要领,边做示范,从岸上到水下,一遍一遍不厌其烦地做,即耐心,又细致,即灵活,又严谨,使我们很快地了解了蛙泳的基本动作要领。我暗自庆幸:我遇到了一个耐心细致的好教练,我一定能学会游蛙泳。

在水池中,教练先教我们潜水,熟悉水中怎样闭气。教练耐心的示范了几次后,大家都慢慢地学会了,只有我还站在水中不敢动。我像热锅上的蚂蚁一样着急。教练走过来,对我说:“你看他们都会了,你总不能落后吧!”教练一边拉着我的手,一边鼓励我:“小同学,学习游泳就要不怕喝水,关键是掌握要领,熟能生巧。”他边说边用希望的目光看着我,现在你来试一试,我在旁边帮你。”我看着教练,感觉一股暖流涌上心头,眼里含着感激的泪花,坚定地点点头,答应认真试一试。第一关是练胆量。一开始,我的脚总是不敢离开地,教练让我拉着他的手,脚慢慢离地,但是我怎地么也不敢把脚抬起来,可是教练并有表现出不耐烦的样子,而是不厌其烦地手把手教我,边教还边鼓励我,使我很快战胜了恐惧。第二关是练潜水。教练讲:潜水首先要深吸一口气,屏住呼吸,尔后闭上双眼,把头用力扎入水中,等耗尽氧气后才能出水换气和吸气。”我们同时深吸一口气,然后把头埋入水中,等耗尽氧气后又抬起头在水里换气,尔后又潜入水中。经过教练反复地陪我练习,我终于掌握了要领,能够自主潜水了,我心里甭提有多高兴了!从内心感激我的好教练,如果没有他的耐心开导和耐心陪练,我不可能取得这么快的'进步。我应该以我的实际行动来报答老师。于是,我主动说,教练咱们过第三关,练习蛙泳吧!教练高兴地点点头说:“你进步的很快,可以练习了,除了刚才我说的要领外,你重点练习腿部动作。”说着,教练转身让我双手搭在游泳池边的扶手上,让我身体放平,教练一手托着我的小腹不让我下沉,另一手握着我的脚腕,让我由曲腿到蹬腿反复练习,直到我能用上力,掌握要领为止。这时,教练悄悄地把手放开,我竟然无知觉地尽情练习着,身体居然一点没有下沉。也不知练习了多久,我抬头转身一看,教练欣慰地看着我练习,并面带微笑地说:“你已经掌握了动作要领了,和同学们一起完成综合练习吧!”接着,他又转身去辅导另一名动作要领尚未掌握的同学去了。望着教练不知疲倦的背影,一种感激和崇敬之情在我心中油然而生,教练耐心的工作作风深深地触动了我,正是他的耐心鼓励和辅导,我才在最短的时间里战胜了自我,克服了困难,掌握了游泳的基本功。
