指导思想：

三年整体目标：

开展更加丰富多彩的文学活动，形式灵活多样化，使同学喜闻乐见，吸引更多同学投身文学社活动，并尽可能发挥每位社员的才干，为同学文学水平的提高提供有利条件。加强计划与指导，使活动向规范化、经常化发展，让活动取得实效与长效，从而使文学社活动园地四季常青，花开不败，成为校园文化的一道亮丽风景。

二、工作计划：

1、继续完善文学社的规章制度，制定文学社工作计划，文学社章程、完善文学社组织结构

2、完成社刊《翠竹》第27、28、29、30期的征订编辑发行工作。提高刊物和稿件的质量，使《翠竹》成为全县全市乃至全省较有影响的刊物。

3、由专业教师做好社员通讯员的培训工作，在初一新生中招收部分优秀社员和通讯员并颁发证书

4、建立文学社社员挡案资料卡，包括学生详细资料，星级评定、作文发表登记等。

5、继续开展文学讲座，以扩大文学社成员的视野，提高文学修养。并将文学讲座作为另一形式的文学社成员大会。讲座邀请校外或校内的一些优秀老师与社员们进行交流，使社员们更深入地了解文学，提高自己的文学鉴赏能力

6、配合教务处搞好每年一次的“读书节”活动并组织“建国60周年征文大赛和第四届“蒙山杯”作文大赛

7、做好稿件的数据统计工作，本着公平公正的原则，为教务处提供正确详实的资料

8、学期末召开表彰大会，对学期中表现优秀的通讯员社员颁发奖品和荣誉证书

9、继续完善文学社网站建设，增设qq群，开通翠竹文苑博客空间，为文学社成员提供交流平台，多方位完善、展示文学社形象，提高文学社的影响力。

10、加强与兄弟学校的沟通交流，与其他校文学社团体开展联谊活动，互相学习、共同提高

三、工作安排

一、社长：审议、处理社团各项规程，组织、领导社团活动，对各项工作及活动负责，组织召开联席会议，对文学社重大事项进行商讨决议

二，总编副总编：负责主持创作和校刊《翠竹》的组稿、审稿及登记整理稿件等，策划征文，组织创作讲座等。

三、特约编辑：协助总编副总编完成审稿、评稿等日常工作

四、社员通讯员：大力宣传文学社，定期向文学社推荐稿件负责日常收稿、联络通讯等工作。

四月的微风轻似梦，吹去了花瓣片片落，无边的细雨亲吻着我的脸颊。凝望着飘落的花瓣，竟有一些冷凄，蓦然回首，你却一直在我身旁，有你，真的很幸福。

你正好进来，我好奇地问你：“大伯，你的那些画呢？说好的……”未等我说完，你便冷淡地回了我一句：“小孩子管这些干什么。”我见你这态度“哼”了一声，继续在纸上涂鸦。你并未看我，而是望向窗外。我看着你手里上下翻飞的盖碗，闻着扑鼻的清香。我一直羡慕你，画得一手好画，泡得一手好茶。这时你看着窗外，好似在自言自语又好似在与我对话：“茶的种类很多，味道也各有千秋。做事也有各种方法。”我没听进去，依然在乱涂乱画。你转过头，望着我，大声吼道：“起来，手不准碰到桌子，你看你画的是什么，远近不够明显，一个人心有多远，笔就能走多远，初学者都懂，你却不知。多久了，现在什么都不懂。孺子不可教也，你还画什么画，出去。”

我气愤地扔下画笔，跑回了家，自此从未去过你家，可曾想这竟是永远的离别。再见，再也不见，最后一面，你平静依旧，我却泪眼朦胧。现在的我就算把双膝深深地陷入泥土里，也不能缩短你我间的距离。

满天繁星，我坚信最亮的那一颗会是你，一直指引我前行，为我照亮那无边的黑暗。一路上有你真的很幸福。

太久没有敲字写文，感觉生疏了。

不知今夜敲下的这篇文章是否能让自己得到释怀。

自中考结束的那一刻以来，我就不间断的处于迷茫，颓唐的状态。只有少时才有一丝明亮。

我还时不时的欺骗自己说，嗯，你已经好起来了，自信点，没什么大不了的，都已经过去了。如果自我安慰有用，就不会在今天夕阳欲欲下垂之时，因看某位曾经的好友发过来的加友信息而红了眼眶，浸湿睫毛，垂帘落泪。

这些日子都在自欺欺人，为了让家人放心，在他们面前装作什么事都没有，一切雨过天晴，甚至变得想孩童一样顽皮。可每每当独自一人时，便是落寞，总是喜欢蜷成一团，因为这样可以有安全感一点。

放在床头的毕业照，不知何时落满了灰尘，还压着几本厚厚的书。每次经过，都是快步离开，不愿多呆一秒，渐渐的，就将它遗忘在记忆深处了。

我今天在报纸上看到如何缓解压力，上面说，放下过去，活在当下，憧憬未来。看到这，我便苦笑了一下，因为我是活在过去，逃避现在，害怕未来啊。

心中的阴影还未完全褪去，我一直在挣扎，却逃不走。是那阴影不远放我走，还是我不愿走？我想，心中那份黑暗其实早已褪去，只是我一直假借它的名义，赖着不走，目的是为了不想忘掉那段经历和那个人。

可是现实永远是那么的残酷，时间的流逝在提醒我不能沉浸在过去，因为那段经历，那个人不可能重来一次，也只能作为回忆。如果回忆是酒，我愿意好好地，就在今夜，宿醉一次。仅此一次。

但是，该放下的还是得放下。

不管我有多不情愿，到最后还是要面对。所以，我将会将那段往事从我的记忆中剪辑掉，与那张毕业照一样，埋在记忆深处。

再见了，我美好的初中生活。

自己心中的苦，向谁说呀，向父母吗?他们年龄已经大了，不懂得现代教育方式，得到的只是挨骂挨打罢了。向哥哥姐姐?他们已做工去了。

只好“明月几时有，把酒问青天”，对着天空的明月说出心中的苦罢了。

顿时，我想到了刘禹锡这句话：“沉舟侧畔千帆过，病树前头万木春。”

我擦干眼泪，奋发学习，克服种种困难，不懂就问，卒获有所闻。

这时我心中的快乐难以形容，把苦都忘得一干二净。如《送东阳马生序》说道：“心中有足乐者，不知口体之奉不若人也。”
