新年也是小朋友最快乐的时候，可以尽情的玩！人们都沉浸在浓浓的佳节气氛中，载歌载舞、热闹非凡。
今天是大年三十了，明天就是新年了，但是我们在一个星期之前就开始准备迎接新年了呢。
首先，我们先从吃的东西入手，“民以食为天”嘛！那天，爸爸妈妈带我到劳动南路新开的联华超市去购物。那个超市可真大啊，整整有三层，而且那儿的购物车以很大，我们一到就推了一辆。因为是过新年，爸爸说，想要什么东西都可以随便拿，我们一家三口每个人都朝着自己喜欢的东西走去，很快就装了整整一车的东西，结账的时候，妈妈带来的三个很大的购物袋都放不下了。呵呵，真是一个富足的新年呐！
然后，就是给家里好好的打扮打扮了。因为快过年了，钟点工也不来了，于是，我和妈妈两个人就担当了打扫卫生的职责了，我的主要工作是拖地板。因为从来没拖过地板，结果，我连拖把在哪都找不到，开始我只好趴在地上用布抹，后来感觉很累，最后终于在一楼的卫生间里找到了拖把。在妈妈的指导下，终于完成了任务。这时妈妈也基本把家里都整理了一遍。看着整洁的家，我们都感觉到很开心，可是我们总觉得还是少了一些东西。妈妈就找来灯笼挂起来；我就把以前还没吹的一大包气球拿出来，打算再做一些装饰。于是，我们又忙了起来，妈妈负责给气球打气，我负责用两面胶把气球贴在家里的各个角落。我把它们贴在在楼梯两侧、我的卧室门口、树木上面……五颜六色的气球让我感觉到了浓浓的节日气氛。
最后，剩下的工作就是吃年夜饭和贴春联、放鞭炮了。我真的好期待啊……
