“When is the bright moon, ask the wine to the blue sky.” In today's pavilions, pursuing the boldness of Su Shiwenyue a thousand years ago, fantasizing about Li Bai's “toast to invite Mingyue and drink into three people”. I also learned from the ancients to bow to the moon, but the moon only left me with a bend in the sky.
Wandering under the moon, alone on a journey through the night sky.
Ask the month
“People have sorrows and joys, and the moon has clouds and sunshine, and this...” The moon brought me to a pavilion, and there was a person in the court chanting poetry. Isn't he Su Dongpo? “Good poetry! Good poetry! While bowing my hand, I said, ”Zi Zhan is very endowed with talent, and I really admire it under the circumstances.“ ”It's over.“ When Su Shi saw someone, he quickly wiped the tears from the corners of his eyes and said, ”I am clumsy in the next place, but tonight the moon is full, and I miss my brother who I have not seen for seven years, and I feel very sad in my heart.“ It is sad that only those who have learned in vain are not reused by the Holy Spirit! Su Shi sighed and there was no figure.
Invitation month
The moonlight teleported me to Li Bai's side. Only to see him, dressed in a white robe, with a sword hanging from his waist, raising a glass to the moon, infinite emotion. ”Why does Taibai raise a glass to the moon?“ I also picked up a glass and drank it to the moon. ”On the occasion of the full moon, I drink alone under the moon. Former friends, everyone is different, and it is difficult to see each other. I smiled at the moon and closed my eyes gently, listening to the moon coming.
Moon
“Hours do not know the moon, called a white jade plate.” A kind voice, so familiar again. I opened my eyes and sat in front of me in the moonlight, my grandson snuggled in my grandmother's arms, looking up at the night sky, his eyes full of curiosity and longing for the night sky. Wasn't that when I was a kid? When I was a child, my favorite thing was to watch the moon in the courtyard with my grandmother! I looked up at the moon, and it seemed that this month was more beautiful and brighter than it is now.
“Whoosh” sounded a gust of wind in my ears, and I was sent back again, alone in the pavilion, the moon was still like that, everything had never passed. I smiled, looked at the moon in a daze, and fell into reverie again...

Soon we found the place to guess the lantern riddle. There was a lot of people around, some thinking, some giving answers at the e__change, and the e__citement of getting the prize. I was like a little loach of light, drilling from the interval of every adult, and soon I was in the middle.
At this time, I found a simple lantern riddle -- the Mid-Autumn festival holiday, tomorrow to go to work (play an idiom). I tore it hastily, without thinking, said: “it must be fifteen si__teen!” So, I used the “reclusion”, like a gopher, to the prize table. I can't wait to give the answer to my aunt, but my aunt says it's wrong. I felt very depressed like a deflated ball.
Then mom came along. She looked at me, as if I could see my mind, and said, “my guess is wrong? It's ok, but don't be proud!” When I heard it, I regained my courage. Mother said, “the riddle can be divided into two Numbers and guess the meaning behind it.” I say: “the holiday is not to work, work is not to take a holiday, that together is one do not do two endlessly!” My mother gave a thumbs-up. I walked again to the prize table and said the answer. My heart is like fifteen buckets of water. My aunt frowned and looked at me, my heart pounding. Suddenly, the aunt smiled and said, “you answered the children!” I'm so e__cited!
I learned not to be proud of this day!
I love guessing lantern riddles, and I love Mid-Autumn festival!

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on me.
I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes, played cards, and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere, nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes.
Thanks to our classmates, I experienced such a colorful and interesting Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus, I learned to value all the festivals I spent during my university life.

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it simply as the “Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon”.
This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes, pomegranates(石榴),melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子)might be seen. Special foods for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角),a type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods,it could not be omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The round moon cakes, measuring about three inches in diameter and one and a half inches in thickness, resembled Western fruitcakes in taste and consistency. These cakes were made with melon seeds(西瓜子),lotus seeds(莲籽),almonds(杏仁),minced meats, bean paste, orange peels and lard(猪油). A golden yolk(蛋黄)from a salted duck egg was placed at the center of each cake, and the golden brown crust was decorated with symbols of the festival. Traditionally, thirteen moon cakes were piled in a pyramid to symbolize the thirteen moons of a “complete year,” that is,twelve moons plus one intercalary(闰月的)moon.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional festivity for both the Han and minority nationalities. The custom of worshipping the moon can be traced back as far as the ancient Xia and Shang Dynasties(2000 B.C.-1066 B.C.). In the Zhou Dynasty(1066 B.C.-221 B.C.),people hold ceremonies to greet winter and worship the moon whenever the Mid-Autumn Festival sets in. It becomes very prevalent in the Tang Dynasty(618-907 A.D.)that people enjoy and worship the full moon. In the Southern Song Dynasty(1127-1279 A.D.),however,people send round moon cakes to their relatives as gifts in expression of their best wishes of family reunion. When it becomes dark, they look up at the full silver moon or go sightseeing on lakes to celebrate the festival. Since the Ming(1368-1644 A.D. )and Qing Dynasties(1644-1911A.D.),the custom of Mid-Autumn Festival celebration becomes unprecedented popular. Together with the celebration there appear some special customs in different parts of the country, such as burning incense(熏香),planting Mid-Autumn trees, lighting lanterns on towers and fire dragon dances. However, the custom of playing under the moon is not so popular as it used to be nowadays, but it is not less popular to enjoy the bright silver moon. Whenever the festival sets in,people will look up at the full silver moon, drinking wine to celebrate their happy life or thinking of their relatives and friends far from home, and extending all of their best wishes to them.

The implication is that the family will never be separated from each other.
After returning from the Mid-Autumn festival, we couldn't go to the country grandma's house because of the time, so we sent grandpa as our representative to send our blessings to each of us.
In the morning of Mid-Autumn festival, after breakfast, my mother prepared to make a big meal for the Mid-Autumn festival. As soon as my mother entered the market, I went straight to the place where the chickens and ducks were sold. I ran to see, it was very strange, usually buy a chicken to buy a duck to kill, but today the duck has killed more than 20, ready to sell, and the chicken did not kill. I asked my father why, and my father said it was a special custom of the ordinary people to eat ducks. Then I suddenly realized.
At night, I will cushion on the floor and table on the balcony, desk with a disc, the disc there are four cups, on the inside are full of water, on behalf of the reunion, and my favorite edamame on the table. Our happy family of three on the cushion, eat the bean, while eating moon cakes, while enjoying the moon, is very happy. In the meantime, we also made an interesting game, called the idiom to connect the dragon. The rule is that if more than one minute fails, the loser will have a glass of boiled water. At the beginning, we all picked up quickly, and then, I was a bit of a talent. For this reason, I didn't drink less water during the Mid-Autumn festival night, so I went to the bathroom many times in the evening.
Every year the Mid-Autumn festival is different, and this year's Mid-Autumn festival has a special flavor.

Chusok (“fall evening”) is a Korean “Harvest Moon” (Han-gawi) festival set on the 15th day of the eighth lunar moon. Chusok (韩国中秋节), also known as the Korean Thanksgiving or Mid-Autumn Festival, is one of the most celebrated Korean holidays. It occurs during the harvest season. Thus, Korean families take this time to thank their ancestors for providing them with rice and fruits.
The celebration starts on the night before Chusok and ends on the day after the holiday. Thus, many Korean families take three days off from work to get together with family and friends.
The celebration starts with a family get-together at which rice cakes called “Songphyun” (蒸糕) are served. These special rice cakes are made of rice, beans, ()sesame seeds, and chestnuts. Then the family pays respect to ancestors by visiting their tombs and offering them rice and fruits.
The Koreans visit the graves of their ancestors to bow and clean the area for the coming winter. In the evening, children wear their favorite hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) and dance under the bright moon in a large circle. They play games and sing songs. Like the American Thanksgiving, Chusok is the time to celebrate the family and give thanks for their blessings.
Community activities include masked dance, Kanggangsuwollae, an ancient circle dance, tug-of-wars and the tortoise game, kobuk-nori (乌龟游戏), in which two men dress as a tortoise and tour the villagedancing and performing for food and drink. I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China。 Everybody likes it because it's a family get-together。 You see it is called“Mid-Autumn Day”, so it often es in September or October。 It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month。 Now, let's say something about this interesting festival。
Firstly, I'd like to say something about the moon。 I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future。 That day the moon is round, big, just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth。 When I see the moon, I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows。 I will also think about Armstrong's first moonwalk。 I will also miss the friends in Tai-wan island, in Macao and Chinese people who are abroad。 I know they are missing us very much, too。
Secondly, I'11 say something about the tradition on Mid-Autumn Day。 Look! There's a big tree in a garden of a Chinese fami-ly。 All the family members are sitting around a big table under the tree in the open air。 They are eating the mooncakes and admiring the full moon in the sky。 That is a family reunion dinner。 The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family。 I think this is one of the most valuable things in the world。
Thirdly,it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn Day。 My wishes are: the first, I, an astronaut in the future, would like to go to the moon one day, and stay with the sky and stars; the second, I hope every person in the world will stay with family, share love from the family forever; the third, I hope everybody's dream will e true。
That is the Mid-Autumn Day in my mind。 I will always re-member: East or West, home is best。
The mid-autumn festival has all interesting history。 long ago in one of the dynasties of china there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not manage the country well。 the people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king。 so they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes。 on the 15th day of the 8th luna027art。/r month every person was told to buy the cakes。 when they ate them they discovered the notes。 so they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king。 from then on the chinese people celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat “moon cakes” in memory of that important event。
When the mid-autumn festival is near, shop windows are beautifully decorated。 many “moon cakes” are displayed for people to buy。 people send presents such aswine, fruits and “moon cakes” to their friends and relatives。 in the evening of the day, they have a feast。 after the feast, they go out to the garden to look at the moon。 the children run and laugh on the streets。
It is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night。 many poems have been written about it, and poets are never tired of reading and writing such poems。 in chinese literature, the moon of the mid autumn festival has been pared to a looking-glass, a jade rabbit, and so on。 it seems that chinese literature takes far more interest in the moon than in the sun。

In our parents’ generation, there are less people have the eyesight problem, because the digital products were not so developed at that time, but nowadays, with the development of these products, more and more people have the problem of short eyesight. When I look around my classmates, I find only have few student don’t wear glass. People’s bad reading behavior makes their eyesight weaker, they can do the right things to correct it. First, we should not read in the dark situation. Many students like to read in the dark before they go to bed, it hurts the eye so much. Second, we should not stare at the book or the TV and computer in a long time, we need to take a rest every 40minutes, looking at the distance or the green color will ease our eyes. Eyes are window of our soul, we need to protect them.
