记得小学四年级时,我曾得了急性腮腺炎,这是一种传染性极高的流行病。当时班上有十多名同学感染,致使我们班被隔离了三四天。得了这个病,脖子上的淋巴结会迅速肿胀,奇痛无比。这可急坏了全家人,尤其是妈妈。妈妈不停地在家和医院之间来回奔波,还为我寻找一些偏方,希望我能更快地好起来。妈妈当时喉咙也发炎了,本身就不能太劳累,再经过我这样一折腾,就更严重了。当我病好了以后,妈妈却又发烧了。健康不仅仅需要我们去珍惜,也还需要爱来守护它。

后来,大家分析了一下外公生病的原因,一是自从外公在家装了一台电脑后,为了解闷,他基本天天在上面下象棋,眼睛总是目不转睛地盯着电脑屏幕,一玩又是好长时间。二是经常抽烟,明明知道自已有糖尿病,还不控制饮食,糖份过高的食物,他也随心所欲地买来吃。三是外婆也常生病,外公有时也要照顾她,挺辛苦的。每次我到他家,经常发现外公的样子总是闷闷不乐,显得很焦虑,长期的心理高压也是他生病的重要原因。通过这次的教训,外公也表示他彻底明白了,并决心以后不抽烟,不喝酒,也不打麻将了,少生气多运动。

二是攀比思想不能太重。如果盲目攀比,就会“人比人,气死人。”如果跟下岗工人比待遇,跟农民兄弟比收入,跟先进人物比贡献,心态就能平衡,怨气就自然消了。
三是要学会忘记。不要对过去的事耿耿于怀,过去了的事就让它过去,这样才会少去许多烦恼,心情才能舒畅。
