(一)前期准备工作

1、为保障同学们的利益与安全，实行自愿报名原则。

3、召开班会。为同学讲解春游当天的行程，让同学们对行程有大致的了解。同时提醒同学们出行时应该注意的问题，例如不要私自离队独立行动，注意人身财产安全等。

4、完成活动当天工作人员的安排，维持春游当天的秩序。

5、与风景区的工作人员商议好出游价格后，出游经费来源为自费，由生活委员徐佩统一收龋

6、生活委员徐佩应当提前了解有晕车症的同学，并做好相应的措施准备。

7、由文娱委员张维维构思行车过程中车上娱乐活动安排，如猜谜游戏、歌曲大PK等，及时调节气氛，避免车上冷场现象。同时准备出游过程的摄影工具，尽量准备多几台相机。

个人旅游计划篇三

对我一家而言，儿子、媳妇都是教师。暑假有近二个月，是全家旅游的好时光。

媳妇学校很不错，每年一放假，就会组织教师去国内一地旅游。今年去桂林四日游，7月5日出发，火车去，飞机回，还可带家属子女(当然钱得自掏腰包)!

为了减少与儿、媳、孙女分开的时间，妻与我(妻子已有二次游京经历，而我赴京次数已超个位数)准备于7月2日22：40坐HU7297航班，从宁波飞北京，专程陪丈人、丈母(从未乘过飞机)赴京六日游，7日上午HU7298航班返甬(详见日程表)。

本月22日，我与妻到上海，办理赴美国旅游签证。经过安检、査护照、留指纹、面试等程序，顺利通过旅美签证，很开心!

因我俩报的项目是美(国)、加(拿大)16日游，所以旅行社还得为我们去代办加拿大签证，如果顺利通过，则根据旅行社出团计划，能在7月19日上午从上海出港，经日本东京，抵达夏威夷，在夏威夷停顿二天后，再飞美国旧金山、洛杉矶、拉斯维加斯、芝加哥、水牛城、华盛顿等城市，当然还去加拿大多伦多等城市与欣赏美加间大瀑布。8月3日回国(旅行社可能会改变行程，到时以最终日程实际安排为准)。

万一加签被拒，加拿大是去不了了，而赴美游仍可成行。当然，最希望能顺利拿到加签，否则今后单单再去一次加拿大，可能性不大。

而暑期二个月，8月怎么度过，至今还没想好，但总归不能每天呆在家里。反正等我俩从美加回国后，一家人再开个家庭碰头会，到时再临时商定!还请大家继续关注我的博客，我会将那时的活动详情，及时变成博客里的图文。

哈尔滨旅游计划

1．中央大街

哈尔滨最美的一条街，也是亚洲最大的步行街，很有特色，我去过，很美的，无论白天还是晚上，冬天更是美不胜收，可以在欣赏美景的同时购物，想像一下，天空飘着雪，伴着周围的欧式建筑，鳞次栉比的精品商厦，行走在拥挤的人群中，别有一番韵味，晚上再品尝一下正宗的东北菜，这个可以有。特别还有美味的马迭尔冰棍，一定要吃。在中央大街的尽头就是松花江，那里还有一个广场，方便观景，首推~~~~

2．太阳岛/冰雪大世界

太阳岛在冬天是冰雪文化与民族文化的结合，虽然很多景观都是夏天才能欣赏到，但是冬天特有的雪博会也是亮点十足，很多很美丽的大型雪雕，高达几十米都是有的，极为壮观。

冰雪大世界，完全建在江面上的乐园，而且只有冬天才有，还必须是黑龙江才有的，松花江上的冰雪大世界，全国上下，首屈一指，有冰雕和雪雕，同样都是国内外雪雕冰雕大师的用心良作，而且冬季娱乐项目很多，景色也很美，可以说是集天下艺术之精华，融冰雪娱乐于一园，冬天去哈尔滨的话冰雪大世界是必须要去一次的哦。

3．滑雪场

亚布力雪场很美，但是人也很多，雪道比较复杂，第一次来，可以选择名都滑雪场，离市区最近而且我看评价也很好的，他们说从市区坐车只要15分钟，20万平米，规模足够了，而且在市区内，交通也最为方便的。但是这个之前没听说过，我会进一步查实到底好不好，一定在你们来之前选一个最为合适的滑雪场。

4．刘老根剧院

想体验东北二人转的话可以在晚饭后去一次，挺有特色的.，但是考虑到时间并不充裕，而且电视上也能看见，可以等我给你们做完计划安排表根据实际情况再做打算。

5。索菲亚大教堂

古朴，典雅，这两个词用在其身上完全不过分，夏天去的话，教堂前的广场有很多鸽子，还有喷泉，很多小孩子在上面玩，我有一次去，真的被景色打动了，像童话一样，明媚的阳光，拍婚纱照的情侣，玩耍的孩子，广场上的和平鸽，还有那最完美的典型拜占庭式建筑，索菲亚大教堂，简直美不胜收。但是冬天的索菲亚大教堂一样很美，地上的白雪，配上宏伟的建筑，丝毫不逊色与夏天的它。可以在逛完中央大街，吃完晚饭，饭后的漫步中观看。

6．极地馆

挺好的，虽然动物比杭州的极地海洋馆要全一些，但是要逛完的话也要话费半天的时间，可以酌情考虑一下哦~

7．欧亚之窗

里面有世界各地的建筑，只要你能想到的里面几乎都有，形象逼真，惟妙惟肖，充满异域风情。

8．哈尔滨工业大学

东北，乃至全国都上属的高等院校，里面建筑也不错的，主要是可以让孟意小朋友提前体验一下大学的环境，对今后的生活有一个更好的规划。同时，如果来东北上学的话，这里是很好的选择。

9．虎园

这个嘛，字面意思就很明显了，虽然路程可能会较远，但是同样是一个不会让人失望的地方，坐在观赏车里，外面全都是大老虎......哈哈

10．龙塔

亚洲第一高钢塔，电视台，鸟瞰哈尔滨的最佳地点，而且塔内设施齐全，什么都有的，观看恐龙展馆，漫步在百米高的玻璃地上，不知道你们会不会害怕呀，哈哈！？

总结了一些哈尔滨比较有特色的地方，哈尔滨冬天很好玩，夏天也不错，冬天的话，主要就是欣赏雪景与冰雕，还有各样的欧式建筑，体验异域风情，来这里，东北杀猪菜少不了，俄罗斯风格的美食也是必须体验的，尤其是最出名的俄罗斯巧克力和格瓦斯，俄罗斯面包等等......来哈尔滨的话，美景远远不止这些，5天肯定不够你们玩的哦，我有很多同学在哈尔滨上过学的，我会问他们进一步更新，给你们做一个完美的旅游计划，体验零下30度的冬季与大东北独有的一片风光，保证你们有一个这么多年来最最有特色的年假。

篇29：旅游销售计划

20XX年即将过去，算一算我来到九华实习也三个月了，俗话说：万事开头难。无论做什么工作，起初总是一个艰难、磨练、积累的过程在这三个月月的时间里也了解到了许多学校里学不到的知识，了解了旅行社导游工作与计调工作的具体程序。同时我也体会到导游和计调都是对知识积累、工作经验积累和应变能力要求很高的职业。因此平时要多注意知识的积累，多涉猎各方面的知识，拓宽视野，增加和客人交谈的话题和内容，提高自己的深度。并且还要细心，要事前预先了解可能出现的情况，提前做好准备工作，从而使自己在工作中掌握主动权。

下年度计划：

20XX年即将到来，新的一年，新的希望，新的计划。我市的旅行社业不断的发展我们对自己的发展也要有新的、明确的发展方向。据不完全统计，目前我市的旅行社有近26家，其中有康辉、中国国旅、春秋等比较成熟的大社，也有像我们九华、山水、凤凰等在本地发展起来的本土旅行社。那么作为我们九华旅行社这样一个土生土长的旅行社在这场激烈的竞争中应该如何应对呢?

一、目标市场定位

假设我们把目标客户群分为高、中、低三个客户群，高、中端的客户基本上会选择大的旅行社，尤其是高端的客户群。因此流到我们本土旅行社的客户基本上就是中低客户群。但这也只是一种趋势，不是一尘不变的，只是我们首要的目标客户群应该定位在中低端的客户群中，去开发和维持这些客户。

(一)其中最为关键的是如何稳住“摇摆”的中端客户群。目前我们旅行社之间的抢客现象也主要是集中在这一客户群上，而各家旅行社的竞争方法也主要是价格上的恶性竞争。那么我社在此竞争中要取胜，我们就应该有超出价格竞争之外的新的竞争思路。

1、以创新取胜，我们应该将接收的各地组团社的旅游行程计划笑话成为有我们自己个性特征、特色的线路安排。让我们的行程区别于、特色于其他的旅行社。

2、以优质取胜，我们在给客人推荐线路时，尽量具体情况具体分析，根据客人特质的不同，给予不同推荐，并与其他线路的不适之处进行对比，突出本线路的亮点，使得线路因适合而变得优质。

全市旅游年度工作计划

（一） 主要目标。

以建设旅游强市和将旅游业培育成为支柱产业为总目标，启动建设广东生态旅游示范区工作，加快旅游产业转型升级步伐，努力实现XX年入市游人数与旅游总收入分别比xxxx年增长15%以上。

（二）重点工作安排及主要措施。

1、以建设广东省生态旅游示范区为动力，加快旅游业的转型升级步伐。主要是对《河源市旅游总体规划》进行重新修编，与省旅游局共同争取省政府出台有关扶持生态旅游示范区的政策，以及规划建设生态旅游示范区的核心区――“万绿生态旅游度假区”，扩大万绿湖的品牌效应，发挥旅游的集聚效应，促进旅游业转型升级，提高旅游业对全市经济的贡献率。

2、以承办“第二十三届世界客属恳亲大会”为契机，完善城市旅游功能。重点是加快在建和新建高星级酒店的建设步伐。市区规划建设六家五星级饭店（含现有一家）。各县区规划建设一家四星级饭店。同时，完善旅游城市功能。加大旅游城市的绿化、美化、净化、亮化工作力度。改善各旅游景区景点的道路及交通指引、供水、供电、通信卫生等基础设施，重点要对万绿湖旅游大道进行扩建和升级。完善市区、县城停车场、住宿、餐饮、购物、游览、娱乐、旅游厕所等配套设施功能。加快旅游咨询服务中心这一公益性旅游服务机构建设。规划建设美食、购物、娱乐等街区（广场），提高接待能力和服务水平。

3、以“客家古邑・万绿河源”为总体形象，加大宣传促销力度。结合全国拉动内需增加居民消费的.经济形势，XX年的旅游宣传促销工作，在巩固本省客源市场的基础上，加大外省和海外的宣传力度，争取实现省外和港澳台地区的客源市场新的突破。继续办好河源市第六届客家文化旅游节和第四届广东国际温泉旅游节，参加国家、省和香港举办的旅游展销会、旅游交易会。同时，有针对性地加大在主流电视报刊、互联网等媒体的宣传促销力度。

4、以质量等级评定为抓手，加强旅游景区的规划、建设和管理，认真贯彻落实XX年全市旅游景区规划建设管理工作会议精神，严格执行《河源市旅游景区规划建设管理若干规定》，加强全市旅游景区规划建设管理工作，抓好景区质量等级评定工作。重点做好万绿湖创国家5a景区、御临门温泉、热龙温泉创国家4a景区等景区的质量等级评定工作，规范景区的建设、经营和管理，提高景区的管理和服务水平。

5、以发展乡村旅游为重点，通过“创强”促进县域旅游经济和农村经济的发展。在全市开展农家乐和乡村旅游的试点工作，通过试点带动全市乡村旅游的发展。积极支持东源县创建中国旅游强县、和平县创建广东旅游强县工作。同时，继续抓好旅游扶贫工作，促进县城经济和农村经济的发展。

6、以增加旅游总收入为目的，大力发展旅游制造业。抓好旅游纪念品，工艺品、土特产品的开发、生产和销售工作。

7、以建设“公园之城”为目标，加快重点项目的招商和规划建设工作。根据市委陈建华书记的建议和要求，我市要建设一批城市公园，成为“公园之城”。在完善、提升原有的新xx国家森林公园（xxxx）、笔架山公园、越王山景区的基础上，新规划建设客家文化公园、恐龙文化公园、梧桐山公园、东江文化公园、七寨湖公园。同时，加快推进其它重点项目的建设，特别是万绿湖国际会议度假中心、连平九连山黄牛石旅游度假区、响水国际生态旅游区、颐和大温泉等。

8、以提高服务质量为核心，整顿规范旅游市场秩序，加强旅游从业人员培训教育。加强非星级酒店行业管理，争取尽快出台《河源市住宿业管理暂行规定》规范性文件，加强对社会旅馆的行业管理。加强以导游为重点的旅游从业人员培训，提高从业人员素质。

9、开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动，建设创新型机关，确保XX年各项工作依时、圆满完成。
