一、学情分析
本学期是我执教二年级的(2)班的第一学期，共有学生40人。二年级的学生大部分在一年级的英语训练过程中，已经有了一定的英语知识的掌握。但在英语基础学习中还需要更多的训练，更多语感和语言环境的创设，为了让孩子养成正确良好的学习习惯，学习方法和技能技巧，让每个孩子大胆自信的说英语，我尽可能多的注意孩子英语口语训练，尽可能多的创设英语语言环境，在教学中创设情景教学和游戏教学，在此基础上灌输英语知识，提高英语学习兴趣。针对本学期新转来的13位同学,由于学习英语进度的不同,跟不上大部分学生，因此需要分组进行有针对性的英语教学,使新来的学生有足够的信心张嘴说英语,对于好学生能积极培养。
二、教材分析
儿童英语第四册是提供小学二年级上册使用的，本书设计新颖，内容生动有趣，符合儿童的身心发展。通过结合歌谣、歌曲和游戏的学习，相信会提高学生学习英语的兴趣。当然本学期学习的内容也有一定的难度，因此需要结合多种教学方法进行有趣的课堂。同时，我们也会系统学习英语字母和一些字母歌谣，为以后学生学习，记忆单词打下基础。
三、教学方法
1.加强字母的认读，书写的规范，简单单词的拼读并根据书中出现的知识，结合学生的实际生活创设多种清情景，使学生在较为真实的情境中理解和掌握知识，并在特定的环境中加以运用。
2.在教授新课的过程中，我会不断巩固旧知，新旧结合，让学生在学生新知识的情况下，也复习了以前的知识，有利于学生为以后的知识打下基础，将所学的知识加以灵活自由的运用，从而达到学以致用的目的。
3.主要采用情景教学法和游戏教学，让学生在英语课堂中感受到英语的乐趣。同时采用分层教学法，针对不同程度的学生在课堂上制定不同的学习任务，完成不同要求的课堂练习，课后作业，达到不同的学习目标。
4.课堂上采用积极有效的课堂评价，做到每课一评，如：Which group is the best?这样做有利于集中学生的注意力，同时对表现好的学生给予奖励。
5.学生间开展互帮互助活动，定期安排成绩较好的学生带领其他学生朗读课文，表演等，动员全体学生争做小老师，主动帮助学习上有一定困难的学生，共同进步。
四、教学目的
1.培养学生的语感和节奏感，提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
2.提高发音的正确性，学习应用日常用语。
五、教学重难点
1.重点强化对知识在日常生活中的运用。
2.重点强化对知识的掌握性，让学生多听多说。
六、教学措施
首先，要求学生能运用语言进行日常对话练习，创造一个英语的氛围，突破训练口语的表达。由于他们处于小学基础教育低段，所以要求学生要养成良好的学习习惯，并注重语法知识的灌输。
其次，口语教学工作。每天与学生进行日常对话练习，培养学生说英语的自信心。同时要掌握英语字母，为以后的学习打下基础。积极为孩子创造一个轻松、愉悦有趣的英语会话环境。

一.学情分析
