要点：实际上中考[微博]英语写作就等于两个字，翻译!因为中考英语写作一般会给出几个要点，要求必须在文章中有所体现。文章写的再好，只要缺少要点就会扣分。所以要点，也就是文章的第二段内容，要做到全，围绕中心。
结构：中考最流行的结构就是三段式，深受各地区中考英语写作阅卷老师的喜爱。为什么尼?因为这种结构十分清晰。“观点——要点——总结”让人一目了然。三段式的第一段：简单明了，开门见山，不超过2句话，如，我们想表达小强很强壮，第一段直接说XQis extremely strong。观点明确，这一句足矣。

果不其然，学生们没有让我失望，考得都还可以，我教的五班和六班在普通班里稳居第二和第三的好成绩。兴奋之余，他们又让我有了新的期待。为了能够帮他们在下次考试中取得更大的突破，我将从以下几个方面自我反思与总结，发扬其长处，避免其短处。
一：教学内容上：
（1）根据对试卷的分析和学生们上交的期中反思中得到：试卷中的听力是失分最多的一部分，班里九十分以上的同学，分数大都丢到了十分以上。可见，在今后的教学工作中，我应该加大对听力练习的投入。
（2）第二个令我头疼的便是学生们的作文了，本次期中考试的作文其实一点也不难，概括起来，作文有三个重点：“介绍自己，介绍自己的家庭，介绍自己的房间”话说这三个侧重点，我都反反复复地让他们练过，每个单元的课文都要求他们背诵了，考试前一天早上压中了所有的作文题目，当我拿到试卷的时候，我还满心欢喜的期待他们的胜利，没想到考下来真是漏洞百出，不是首句开头字母没有大写，就是写的乱七八糟，还有部分人竟然交白卷，写成这样，怎能得得了高分？不过话说回来，还是自己强调不到位，如果自己不断地强调，不断地重复，学生们总会往心里去的，所以还是应该好好反思一下自己。
试卷的分析结果加上学生们的考试总结，分析出：失分率最高的莫过于听力和作文了，在听力训练中，记得张老师来听课的时候就跟我提起过，我也有了一些改进，不过，从这次结果上看，力度还是不够。在作文方面，感觉唯一的原因应该是自己的监察力度不够，作文方面，考查的是基础，我高估了他们的自制力，只是停留在口头上说：“这是重点，你们应该背诵”，仅仅这样是远远不够的，我忘记了他们不过是一群上初中没两天的小学生，这一点上，我进行深刻的自我反省。
二：教学方法上：
（1）我上一阶段采取的是“分组竞争制”从根本上来说：这是一个不错的方法，但我实行的过于仓促，由于是初任他们的英语老师，对他们的了解还不够，就忙于将他们分组，出现了“一个组全是差生”的情况，以至于这次考试的结果很打击他们的积极性。
（2）在考试前，我曾经让班里的每个人都定下了自己要达到的目标，并告诉他们如果目标顺利达到，我必有奖励，也对那些平时表现比较出色的同学，做出了应有的要求，这个方法本身感觉不错，能够激励他们的学习积极性，但成绩下来，完成目标的人数却不是很多。究其根本，我的责任还是监察力度不够，没有使他们迅速地投入学习状态。
三：整体水平分析：
虽然这次我教的两个班，在普通班里，稳居第二，第三的水平，可是他们的平均分还是少得可怜，班里成绩阶级分化过于严重，这是我现在面临的大问题。每次上课的时候，学生们都以很大的热情投入到我的课堂，大部分学生都反映喜欢上我的英语课，但我清楚地知道，他们是对我这个比他们大不了几岁的实习老师感兴趣，而非真正的英语这门学科感兴趣，所以，要想从根本上提升他们的整体水平，除了教学方法和教学内容上我要做出改进外，更要思考的问题是：如何让他们把对老师的兴趣转移到学科知识上来？
四：改进计划：
针对以上问题的分析，我打算在下一阶段的教学内容及方法上进行调整。
（1）加强听力训练，课文当中的听力从1-2遍增加到3-4遍，选择部分的听力材料进行背诵，课上选择适当的游戏进行朗读，模仿比赛，以激发学生的学习兴趣，提高听力水平。
（2）每周抽出一节课，进行专项作文训练，保证一周一篇。加强监督力度，加大听写，提问的力度，对小组成员进行调整，在发挥组长作用的基础上，进行随时抽查，每天保证至少五个学生的抽查量。
（3）关注整体学情，尤其中上等程度的学生，尽可能的调动他们学英语的积极性。
客观上讲：这次考试虽然分数不是太高，但总体还是令我满意的。一方面：使我更加深入地了解了他们。比如说六班的石紫阳，五班的史君烁，其实他们的程度在班里都还不错，只不过，性格比较内向，不善表达，以至于之前都没有注意过他们。再比如，五班的王煜森，平时表现很优秀，考试成绩也还不错，但由于马虎，丢了不下十分，像这种学生，两个班里有很多。我接下来便要拿这次考试成绩作为依据，分析学生们不同的性格特点，对他们采取不同的措施，希望对他们能够有所帮助。

“我会发着呆,然后微微笑,接着紧紧闭上眼……”周杰伦这首《轨迹》人尽皆知，而在我的记忆中，也有一段成长的轨迹，正是这段轨迹记载了我从不懂事变为懂事。
听妈妈说小时侯的我，只能用“任性”“顽皮”形容，一天要换三四身衣服，整天哭哭啼啼的。妈妈说，爸爸恨不得把我仍到窗外去。现在想想，的确，姐姐不依我，就咬她，爸妈不依我，就打他们，爷爷奶奶不依我，就说他们，我确实不是一个惹人爱的孩子。
然而有一次，爸爸买给姐姐一辆自行车，我要她载我。她见我没办法只好依了，或许姐姐那时技艺不好，车子总是骑得摇摇晃晃的，结果撞上了一块石头，我从车上摔下来，碰巧也撞了块石头，头磕在石头上，出血了。我大哭，说是姐姐害的，妈妈听了就把姐大骂一通，而我头上至今还留着那个疤。
这事是姐姐告诉我的，她现在还是不能原谅妈妈，心中一直很不满。而妈妈和姐姐的关系也不是很好，或许正是因为我的不懂事造成的，姐姐总是说妈妈偏心。而我头上的那块疤或许也是姐姐心口的一块疤，更是妈妈心中的一块疤。
妈妈要照顾两个孩子，已经很辛苦了，还要管我们之间的“斗争”，早已无心判是非了，而因此造成了母女间的隔膜，她心里能开心吗?
听了姐姐讲述的这件事，我明白这一切都是我造成的，我以前是那么不懂事。
那天，我让妈妈买件东西给姐姐作为生日礼物，姐姐笑了，妈妈笑了，我也笑了。或许她们之间的矛盾不会因此消失，但至少淡了，只要我多“用功”，她们之间的隔膜一定会剪断的。而我，似乎因此也变懂事了，至少不任性，顽皮了。

When we talk about village teachers, we often think of difficult conditions, heavy teaching tasks and little income. But there is a village teacher who makes his teaching job so interesting. His name is Liu Yuesheng who is now called “the most beautiful teacher”, Liu comes from Liugang Village Middle School in Dagang, Tianjin. The school is a rural area middle school. It has only about more than 300 students and teachers. Though the school is small, it is only a village school that takes the municipal (市级的) scientific research projects in Tianjin. Do you know the late leader of China, Deng Xiaoping? He was called the“chief architect of China’s reform and opening-up (中国改革开放的总设计师)”. August 22 is the 110 anniversary of his birth.
