By now, a pattern of multinational competition has developed and China ’s accession into the WTO has provided it with a rare opportunity to integrate into the international mainstream economies and to realize its immense development potential. But at the same time China is bound to an important obligation—its solemn promise to abide by all the rules and regulations of trade as agreed upon by all the WTO member countries. Under such circumstances, it is necessary for China to open its market according to prevalent international conventions and practices and bring its mode of economic operation and management, along with relevant laws and regulations, into an international framework until absolute conformity is achieved.

Against such a larger background, the physical and geographical concept of the nationality of an enterprise has been virtually eliminated. The intensification of international competition is bound to create resource allocation on a global scale. How to implement cross-population and trans-cultural management system and comprehensively elevate international competitiveness is a challenging subject that enterprises in developing countries like China have to face. Ever since childhood I have enjoyed working with my hands. Whether as an eight year- old gluing together a model car or an adolescent assembling a bookshelf in woodworking class, I thrived on the challenges of precise and meticulous tasks. Throughout high school I have been intrigued by the sciences, but it was not until I read about late-breaking discoveries and research in the field of genetics that my interests in science intensified. When I entered the University of British Columbia (UBC), I naturally chose to specialize in Cell Biology and Genetics.

In my sophomore year at UBC, I first began to seriously consider dentistry as a career. At that time, I began to appreciate the important role that dentistry played in my life. Four years earlier, I began an orthodontic treatment program with Dr. Junni Wang to correct a severe crowding problem with my teeth. Both before and during the treatment, I was a most reluctant participant; not many teenagers look forward to braces filling their mouth during their last two years of high school, and I was no different.

However, at every monthly check-up for three-and-a-half years the office staff had nothing but kind words of encouragement and optimism. Now after the completion of the treatment I had reason to smile. Dr. Wang helped turn me from a shy adolescent who feared smiling into a confident, outgoing young man. His skills not only brought back my smile, but also my sense of confidence in all aspects of my life. Whereas once I feared drawing attention to myself and thus shied away from leadership posts and debates, now I am a completely different person. Hoping to feel as satisfied and gratified as Dr. Wang must have felt in improving not only my smile but my entire way of life, I look forward to improving the oral health of patients on a daily basis and participating in dentistry’ s friendly, team-oriented work environment.

After this preliminary ‘ patient-doctor’ exposure to dentistry, I substantially increased my involvement in the field to determine if dentistry really was for me. My participation with the UBC Pre-Dental Society allowed me to communicate with various professionals in the field. I also investigated opportunities to volunteer in the University Dental Clinic or participate in research work. After speaking to a couple of professors in the UBC Faculty of Dentistry asking them about research opportunities, I found a topic that interested me. Dr. Putnins, of the Division of Periodontics, offered me a position in his lab to conduct a semi-quantitative analysis to determine the levels of endotoxin in dental unit water lines.

After taking many water samples from the University Dental Clinic and quantifying the amounts of endotoxin (lipopolysaccahride) in those samples with an Limulus Abeocyte Lysate test, I prepared to publish dentistry’ s first account of this type of experiment. I conducted the study over a 16-week span (Jan.-Apr.‘ 98), and the research work counted as 3.0 credits towards my undergraduate degree. Because the vast majority of my work was self-directed, I submitted my findings for evaluation by the faculty in a 32-page report with 46 references, and I also defended my methods before a panel of professors. Impressed by the findings and results, Dr. Putnins will use my study as a key component of a journal article he is currently preparing for the Journal of Dental Research (JDR). The school also submitted an abstract of my findings for presentation at the upcoming 77th General Session of the International Association of Dental Research (IDAR) to be held at Vancouver, Canada. I am keenly looking forward to this unique opportunity to have my work appear before distinguished members of the dental research community. My positive research experience definitely helped reinforce my goal of becoming a dentist.

In addition, my employment as a Canada Customs Inspector has helped me improve my level of social awareness and helped me develop qualities I can usefully apply to dentistry. As a Customs Inspector, I had the opportunity to communicate effectively with many different types of people in various situations. I have also developed the ability to resolve conflicts, defuse difficult situations, and show empathy even during cases of enforcement. In addition, my experience with team sports has provided me with leadership skills that can not be taught in any textbook. As the captain of my hockey team and the coach of a children’ s team, I have developed excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and work effectively with kids. 出国留学英国白金汉大学申请条件

一、学术

预科：在读BU的本科课程之前如果还要读预科的话，先要去申请预科的课程，预科的要求是学生要在17岁以上并且有高中的毕业证。

本科：要在BU读本科的课程学生的入学年龄是没有明确的要求的，中国的学生想读BU的本科课程需要在国内的高中毕业，或者是已经在国内学习了本科的课程，另外还要求学生的高中所有学科的GPA要取得总分数的80%及以上。想读BU的本科课程的学生也可以通过A-Level或者是IB的课程来申请，需要学生的A-Level要考到BBC，BU的本科入学要求是至少要拿到两个A-Level的证书。

硕士：要在BU读硕士课程的中国学生需要在国内的本科毕业并且要取得学位，或者是要有一等或者是2：1的学位，对于学生在本科的各科考试分数也是有要求的，至少在本科的各项科目的GPA的分数要超过总分数的80%以上。

二、语言

预科：要在英国读预科对学生的IELTS的要求是要考到5.0分。

一、预科申请

需要学习的时间普遍会比国内的学习要短一年，因为在课程的设置上，会更重视专业度，将一些专业关联度不高的课程划为选修课，这样大家必修课数量会减少，学习时间自然就缩短了。

如果大家没有升学打算的话，本科可以修三年的普通学士学位，升学才需要读四年的荣誉学士，硕士专业的学习一般都是一年，少量研究型的硕士需要读两年，主要是为升学做打算。

俄罗斯留学本科和硕士申请条件

一、本科申请

1.学术

申请者的资格是有限制的，需要大家完成国内正规的三年制高中的学习，获取由教育部发放的认证证书，才有直接入学的资格，如果是申请预科的话，则只需要完成两年的学习就可以了。

金额需要覆盖大家在日本一年的所有基础开销，大概需要20万元左右，要按照要求存到合适的银行内，这笔资金可以多存一点，但是不要低于20万，因为可能会被怀疑能力不够。

二、存期要求

大家需要至少提前半年开始准备，将现金分批或者一次性存入，有特殊情况需要进行说明，分批的好处就是相对稳定，在说明的时候会更方便些，不会受到为难，很容易通过审核。

至少需要将账户内的资金冻结满三个月，保证这笔钱是用作资金证明，到期后才能够开证明;而且解冻需要等待大家抵达了日本之后，才能够进行，使用账户内的钱也需要慎重。

三、注意事项

虽然建议大家的保证金可以多准备一点，但是也并不是越多越好，标准是20万，大家最多准备50万就够了，如果准备几百万，却没有合法可靠的来源的话，同样是会被怀疑的。

存入账户的时候，可以分批进行，可以以工资的形式存入，每个月按时进行转账，再加上原有的存款，很容易就可以达到20万的标准，而这种方式的可信度也是的。

如果大家一次性存入的话，需要出示的官方证明，包括从哪个银行或者账户转入，资金原来的来源;如果光靠存款没办法达标而是申请贷款的话，需要出示贷款的完整证明。

在选择存款的银行的时候，可以国内的四大银行，因为他们有更高的认可度，也会更受日本官方的认可，大家存款的流程手续也会简单很多。

日本留学签证拒签的原因分析

1、资金存款证明

关于经费支付的证明内容不具有可信度:没有相关的支付证明或者资料不具有匹配性。

大多数情况不再需要提交资金的形成过程，只需提交20万的资金存款证明即可。

但有几点要注意，开此证明的银行是大银行，如中国银行，工商银行，建设银行等。

不要在地方的小银行，合作社，邮局等机构开具，以免不被认可。

而且通常冻结时间一般为3-6个月，要注意在提交的时候冻结期限不要过期，否则是无效的。

2、申请内容有出入，逻辑不清

开出的材料要规范化，印章清晰，语句通顺，不要有污迹等。

被查出问题，将上升到个人信用问题，严重者有可能被终生限制入境，所以提醒大家千万要仔细了解中介给你做的材料。

3、日语表达能力

大多同学认为到日本的语言学校本身就是学日语的，对日语的水平并不重视。

赴日留学会有初级的日语能力要求，先参加J.TEST的E.F级考试，至少要取得F级，这样才能在签证申请上有个保障。

特别需要注意的是，因为打工等原因造成出勤率太低被拒签，一般来讲很难再次拿到在留证明。

出勤率太低是学习态度的问题，日本人比起能力，更加看重的是学习态度。

虽然你的语言到达了比较高的水平，签证处可能还是会怀疑你去日本的真正目的，要想再办签证可能会比较困难。

一、政府奖学金

二、团体奖学金
