篇2：Characteristics of the stem sap flux
Characteristics of the stem sap flux of Populus euphratica in the lower reaches of the Heihe River Basin,Northwest China
Populus euphratica trees are the sole natural perennial riparian woodlands native to the river oases in the lower reaches of Heihe River Basin in northwestern China. This study investigated characteristics of the stem sap flux of Populus euphratica and its relationship to environmental factors using the thermal dissipation probe (TDP) method. The results showed that (1) daily variation of sap flow of P .euphratica on clear days exhibited an obvious unimodal curve; sap flow rates in June, July, August ,and September were 13.39, 12.07, 12.69, and 5.10 L/d, respectively; (2) the average transpiration of the Populus euphratica from June through Ceptember amounted to 1,309.84 L; (3) stem sap flow can be affected by a number of environmental factors that, in terms of the influential degree, can be arranged in the descending order of air temperature, soil moisture, relative humidity, total solar radiation,soil temperature, and wind velocity.

The transfection of embryonic stem cells with Tet-on system and its responsiveness to doxycycline
We transiently transfected pTet-on and pTRE2hyg-luciferase into the mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) using lipofectamine, and analyzed its inductive effect by adding serial concentrations of doxycycline (DOX). The results showed that in the transfected group, the luciferase activity of the cells was gradually increased along with the increasing concentration of DOX. While in the non-transfected group, the luciferase activity was not detectable even with DOX treatment. This indicated that the ESCs transfected with Tet-on system could response to DOX very well, and the regulation of target gene expression is dose dependent.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Tooth Engineering
Tooth loss compromises human oral health. Although several prosthetic methods, such as artificial denture and dental implants, are clinical therapies to tooth loss problems, they are thought to have safety and usage time issues. Recently, tooth tissue engineering has attracted more and more attention. Stem cell based tissue engineering is thought to be a promising way to replace the missing tooth. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells which can differentiate into a variety of cell types. The potential MSCs for tooth regeneration mainly include stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHEDs), adult dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs), stem cells from the apical part of the papilla (SCAPs), stem cells from the dental follicle (DFSCs), periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). This review outlines the recent progress in the mesenchymal stem cells used in tooth regeneration.

基于stem教学实践之鸡蛋保护器教学设计
前言：
如今 Stem教育理念正走向深处，科学、数学、技术、工程几门课程的融会运用，这是解决生活问题的必要手段。而基于stem教育理念下的教学活动，应该包括其基本理念，同时也应该兼备人文、艺术等基本思想，为学生未来的创新设计奠定基础，这就是教学活动的重要目标。那么，选择怎样的活动内容合适呢？我们该怎样进行教学？有效的Stem教育应该是怎样的呢？
Stem教育是为学生的解决问题奠基的，所以我认为Stem教育应该从真实情景开始，从真实问题开始，从解决问题或者是做得更好方面展开活动。Stem教育应该遵循做中学理念，让学生在主动参与中利用Stem教育以及相关素养来解决问题，通过一系列有序有效的活动来培养学生的Stem素养。
我认为活动项目选择应该具有Stem特点，同时应该是学生乐于参与，有一定的活动意义的，或者需要学生从设计构思、尝试制作、反思设计、再改进再设计的过程，这也是创新设计的重要内容。
鸡蛋保护器虽然已经有很多学校开展过，但是作为学生活动，还是有很强的开展意义的。首先鸡蛋保护器具有较强的科学意义，如月球登陆、安全降落、重力加速度、缓冲等原理。鸡蛋保护器的设计方案很多，材料可以因地制宜，制作难度也适合。其中的Stem思想较多，因此是值得开展的Stem教育活动。
鸡蛋保护器的`拓展教学，为了将活动做到深处，因此设想用每周两节课的拓展课连续上三次。鸡蛋保护器的制作首先是学生不断修正的过程，又是一次比赛活动。第一次：侧重于方案设计，交流修正，布置回家制作。第二次：展示各自的作品，大家来猜一猜，实际测试，分析原因，再次设计，再回家制作。第三次：展示作品，猜一猜，实际测试，分析原因，比一比评一评。
教学目标：
1、通过做中学，让学生主动参与整个活动，侧重于在体验中调动学生的积极性，培养学生解决问题的能力。
2、活动主要从鸡蛋保护器的问题思考，设计交流，修正设计，制作测试，再修正，再设计，再制作的过程，遵循一般性创新制作的基本流程，以贴近生活实际。
3、教师在其中的作用主要就是引导，遵循技术设计的一般流程，激励学生主动参与，鼓励学生不断做得更好。
4、制作材料原则上学生自己准备，鸡蛋可以学校备用。
5、通过比赛来调动学生的参与积极性，培养荣誉感。
情感目标：
1、培养学生精益求精的创作素养，知道唯有不断改进，才能做得更好。
2、培养学生自主思考、主动设计、不断修正的意识。
3、善于倾听他人的观点，善于指出和表达观点，理性看待自己的方案，懂得与他人善意的交流。
4、培养创新设计的兴趣，发挥不折不饶的精神。
