一、考试前一天的注意事项
有些考生在考前的几天时间里，会出现过度紧张、睡不好，那么，这个时候生物钟应该怎么进行调整？
考试前2—3天应该将自己的生物钟调整到最佳状态。每晚11点以前一定要上床。因为11点，是人体开始进行内部系统修复的时候。一般6点起床较为合适。过早过晚都不适宜，使自己最好的状态和太阳同步。习惯睡午觉的同学应该提前几天调整睡眠时间以保证睡眠充足。即使失眠，也不要过于紧张。以下几个方法可以缓解你的紧张。
1．至少提前20分钟为休息做准备，而不是匆忙洗完就上床。
2．一边洗脸、刷牙，进行睡前清洗时，一边心里默念：我现在需要休息了。我将要躺在舒适温暖/清凉的床上。
3．不要在睡前洗过热的澡，水温适合就可以。泡脚水温度稍热些，可以放松神经。
4．不要听过于激烈或伤怀的音乐。
5．睡不着，不要紧张。有人会听广播里的天气预报，有人会选择看本枯燥的理论书，有人会做遐想，总之要找到适合自己的'放松方法。
