面试自我介绍所要突出的重点
1、突出专业背景和学习成绩
如果是应聘和专业相关的职位，如财务岗位、法务岗位、技术岗位，本身具有与该职位相符或相关的专业，首先要突出专业背景，其次要强化专业背景。
强化专业背景，就是要突出专业优势。如果成绩较好，就要突出专业成绩，比如说是班级的前1%、年级的前3%、院系的前5%等。奖学金是成绩优秀的标志。要将几个奖学金合并例举，可采用“先后获得国家奖学金、励志奖学金、校一等奖学金”等语言表述。如果获奖次数较多，不要采用“多次”这样的模糊用语，尽量将其量化。
如果成绩较差，那么则要淡化成绩，而将表述重点放在与专业相关的'实践活动上。以财务管理职位为例，将表述放在“多次参加财务管理岗位的实习工作”上。如先后在市会计核算中心、市资产管理公司财务部、扬帆物流公司财务部实习，具有较强的专业实践能力。

应聘某个职位，如果具备相关的实践经验，会较受招聘单位亲睐，

3、突出与职位相关的性格特点、优点特长

交通银行面试经验分享
交行面试大体可分两种类型：一是直接发问型(类似半结构化面试);二是案例讨论型(类似无领导小组讨论面试)。交行各分行面试形式不一，一般会有两次面试，两次面试形式一般为无领导小组讨论和半结构化面试。
(一)直接发问型：
1、按相关工作人员的指示签到并抽签，决定分组及小组内每个人发言的顺序。
2、在备考室等侯，待工作人员通知面试。一组大概有十个人左右。考官大概也有七八个 3、一组人进去后，开始第一轮面试：按抽签顺序每个人做一个简单的自我介绍。 4、第二轮面试：自我介绍完后，由主考官按抽签顺序提问，一般会问一些比较开放性和原则性的问题。 接着其他考官会不时有人再问一些问题，有的也是原则性的，有的是稍微涉及的具体一点的法律制度的问题，但也都是最基本的问题，一般都不是太难。每人问大概两个问题，基本没有多问的。
(二)案例讨论型：
