在课堂教学过程中，教师是教学的组织者，教师正确的语音、语调、亲切自然的教态、准确生动的表达、灵活敏捷的反应，均对学生学习有着十分重要的影响。尤其是教师在课堂教学中敏锐适度的反馈，将有助于学生积极参加课堂实践，提高课堂45分钟的质量。

1．课堂反馈要及时。反馈要根据学生在课堂中语言活动的内容而定。在进行英语技能训练时，轻易不要打断学生，要在其训练完毕再提出要求。这样就消除了学生怕错的心理负担，从而使其能主动积极思考问题，参与课堂活动。具体做法是：当学生复述课文、造句或会话中偏离主题、忘记下文或难以继续完成时，要及时提醒或引导性地告诉他们，以免他们难堪，拖延课堂时间；当学生在朗读课文或对话练习中出现一些语音上的失误，在不妨碍意思、不影响整体时，教师要避免打断学生思路，可放在操练完毕后进行，以免加重学生心理负担，使其产生紧张畏难情绪，影响对课堂内容的学习。
