今天，中午我们学校举行了英语达标赛。
“叮铃铃，叮铃铃……”午休的铃声响了。我们快速地走进教室，静静地等候着监考老师的到来。不一会儿，监考老师拿着一叠试卷走进了教室。接着，监考老师将试卷发下来。我写好名字、班级以及学号后，就开始答题了。试卷相对来说，也没有什么太难的'题目。我基本上做得比较顺利，很快，我就做完了。我抬头一看，旁边的同学基本上都完成了。于是，我就开始认认真真地检查试卷。第一遍，我仔细地阅读着题目，又重新做了一遍，发现没有错误。但由于时间还是有多余。我又仔仔细细地检查了好几遍。后来，下课的铃声响了。我们就把试卷交起来了。
我想：我检查得那么仔细，应该是不会有错误的了，况且我检查了好几遍了呢！但愿能考出好的成绩来。

今天，中午午自修的时候我们进行了数学达标赛。
吃完午饭后，我们就乖乖地回到了教室，把做过的习题又重新温习了一遍，尤其是一些错题。过了一会儿，铃声响了，不过，这是预备铃声。我们赶紧收拾好桌子上的东西，又急急忙忙的去了一趟厕所。随后，等待着监考老师的'到来。又过了一会儿，监考老师拿着试卷进来了。我感到非常的紧张。不知道试题难不难呢？
不过，不管试题难不难，我都得面对。当我拿到试卷的时候，我赶忙做起来，因为我怕时间来不及。我认真地读着题目，嗯，第一题还是比较简单的，而且这个题型我也做到过。攻克了第一题，我的心稍微平静了一下，我猜想这个题目应该也不会太难吧！就这样，我一题一题的做下去 ，还算是比较顺利，我的心就更踏实了。
终于，我顺利地做完了整张试卷。总体感觉，我觉得应该还行。不过，一切还是要看真实的分数。希望能有个好的结果，千万不要像上次模拟考试那样了！

Personally I think， students are now freed from heavy burden but their spare time is not well arranged. They are expected to spend some time on what they learn instead of hanging out. More time should be spent not only on green field but also in the libraries to build up themselves physically and mentally. Besides， more interest groups should be established for students to widen their horizon and sharpen their brains so that they can become more creative eventually. All these will contributes a lot to a well-informed and highly qualified teenager.

前天，也就是星期六，爸爸妈妈陪我一起去洛阳理工学院参加《希望之星》比赛，现在已经是市赛了，是经过初试和复赛的选拔，被选上了的小朋友才来到了这里，当然，也有初高组的大哥哥大姐姐。
比赛共分四个阶段，第一：自我介绍，才艺展示；第二：抽单词讲故事；第三：评委提问；第四：机考，初中以下六十道题，初中以上一百道。
到了理工学院，我们先到候考区等候，到我们F组机考的时候，老师先让我们在候考区外排好队，再带去机考教室，刚考试时不紧张，因为机考是由简单到难，刚开始太简单了，所以不紧张，做了大约二十道题后，开始越来越难了，我也紧张起来了，后面的题都听不清楚了。
考完后，老师又带我们回候考区。面试赛开始后，我们先到教室抓阄，排顺序，在摸的时候我很紧张，我害怕摸到第一或最后，结果我摸到了第三，当时我很高兴。老师让一、二号去另一个教室比赛，我们在这里候考，可没多久，老师就叫我和四号了，我进了考试室，在门口等着，二号在上面应试，我在下面一直在平复心情，到我了，我上去了之后，我先扫视了一遍，前面是三个评委，评委后面坐着这组比赛同学的家长，看完之后，我心情渐渐平稳下来，我自我介绍说的很流利，才艺表演是魔方，表演完他们都情不自禁的鼓掌，还有人说怎么这么快。
参加了这次比赛，我真正的`知道了人外有人、山外有山这个道理，平时感觉英语学的还蛮不错的，可当我来到了这个比赛现场，我才发现水平比我高的选手数不胜数，自己真有点夜郎自大了，参加这次比赛，更加调动了我学英语的积极性，我要每天早上都要20分钟的英语，平时多给爸爸妈妈进行口语交流等等。我一定要更加努力的学习英语，争取明年参加比赛时更进一步！！
