早晨和晚上睡觉前的十多分钟是记忆很好的一段时间，所以我要利用好这两个时间段，用来学习英语。每天上床睡觉前二十分钟规定自己必须要记二十五个单词才能够上床睡觉；每一天都早晨我是有一点赖床的，躺在床上不想起来，这样我就可以利用这十多分钟，躺在床上记十五个单词。中午的时候又是十分的长的，我可以利用吃完午饭之后的时间来默写昨晚和今早晨及的单词，默写检查后在休息，保证精神休息，不影响下午上课。

晚上的时间，则是每一周的周二和周四来写一写英语题目或者听英语听力，锻炼自己的语法和听力能力；周日的时间用来写一到两篇作文，下周请老师绑蔓批改。之所以学习时间分开，是为了不影响其它科目的学习，还避免自己厌烦英语学习。

三、具体学习计划

学英语，无非就是听说读写，所以我的学习计划也是分这四块：

1、听和说：利用好自己喜欢看美剧和听英文歌的爱好，跟着剧情和唱歌学习腔调。和班上喜好英语的同学合作，大家利用课余时间来进行英语对话，培养口语。

2、读和写：班级是由订购英语杂志的，我就可以利用这些杂志来锻炼自己的阅读能力和写作能力，让自己利用各种渠道来读懂文章，并做好好词好句积累，这样考试的'时候就能够用到作文当中去了。

初二英语备课组计划

本学期，初二英语备课组全体老师在学校各级部门的指导下，在教研组长的带领下， 团结一致，关注每位学生，努力实现每个学生在原有基础上都能得到发展， 现将本学期的工作总结如下：

一、 有效利用“集体备课”平台集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。本学期：集体备课解决的问题：

1、备学生：通过集体备课，各位老师更进一步了解了初二学生的特点，对英语的学习既有新鲜感，又有挑战难度的心理。了解班级内的学生间的差距、年级中班级间的差距等，有利于有效开展教育教学活动，并挖潜。

2、备教材： 通过集体备课、轮流说课及做好讲学稿、其他老师补充等使各位老师更准确地把握教材、灵活运用教材，真正落实“用教材去教，而不是教教材”的教学指导思想。

3、备方法：通过相互间的教学交流，不断地改善教法，努力使自己的教法适合自己的学生，从而使学生获得有效的学习方法，少走弯路。

4、备计划：教学计划、口语操练计划、培优补差计划、活动计划等都是集体智慧的结合。

5、备考试：每次命题都紧紧把握《课标》，考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。

二、抓团队落实，促共同进步

1、落实教学常规：从集体备课、教案的设计 、作业的分层、作业的批改、教学反思等都体现了老师们踏踏实实的工作作风和创新意识。

2、落实目标（平均分、及格率、优秀率）及措施：各科任老师根据各班级的具体情况确立各班的具体目标，再根据各学生英语学科的成绩及英语学科在整体学科中是否弱势学科，确立了培优补差的对象，以及具体措施。

3、夯实双基 ：各科任教坚持让学生朗读、背诵课文；记忆单词、词组及重点句型（按单元整理了初二的重点词汇，重点句子，句型及语法归类， 然后印发给了学生），引导学生积累语言财富，为口语、听力、阅读、写作打下基础。 现在，一些原来不动笔写作的学生减少了，很多学生的词汇量增多了，好些不会开口读单词的学生会读句子了。

4、学法指导：各科任教师根据具体情况分别对学生进行有效的学习方法指导、解题技巧指导，如：如何对不同类型的阅读理解材料进行理解、如何提高英语写作水平、如何提高口语成绩等，老师们都给学生进行了有效的指导，学生受益不小。

5、真正落实《课程标准》提出的语言能力的要求： 根据《课程标准》对学生听力技能、口语技能的要求，我们利用课间坚持落实听力、口语训练，培养了学生获取信息的能力、对信息进行判断、归纳、综合的能力，特别是沟通信息的能力在逐步提高。

6、因材施教：对差生：小步走，快反馈；对优生：自主学习为主、老师指导提升。

7、努力改进课堂教学，提高课堂活动的真实性和有效性。本学期，赵容老师，邓润兰老师等都前后上了研究课和我都上了研究课。这些课都从不同的侧面体现了学生的'合作学习、探究学习、自主学习，体现了语言的交际功能；培养了学生听说读写能力，归纳推理能力等。

8、从质量分析中找出提升空间：质量分析的目的是总结好的经验，并找出提升的空间。每次考试后， 都要进行横向纵向比较，分析考试的得与失，每次都对各题型的得失情况进行详尽的分析，明白教学的差距在哪，教师本身的教学策略是否需要调整、怎么调整、学生的潜力在哪等，从而找到师生提升的空间，实现整体进步。

总之，初二教育教学工作任务重，但是，有学校的正确领导，有那么多有经验的老师的帮助。而且本组人员团结一致，互研合作，谦虚认真，辛勤耕耘，不断探讨科学的教学方法，我们有信心取得好成绩。

篇25：初二英语备课组计划

一、指导思想

以“英语课程标准”为宗旨，适应新课程改革的需要，面向全体学生，提高学生的人文素养，增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点，积极倡导合作探究的学习方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观，提高学生综合素质为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

二、英语教学总目标

学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读懂七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

三、教材简要分析

《新目标英语》八年级(下册)，全书共有十个单元，另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习到的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

四、学情简要分析

本人担任初二年级2个教学班，共有学生人数160多 人。通过初中一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂纪律，这给教学带来不少困难。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施

一)、面向全体学生，注重素质教育。

二)、以学生为主体，尊重学生个体差异。

三)、采用活动途径，倡导体验与参与。

四)、开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。

1、认真专研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容，预备内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

2、充分利用现有的现代化教学设备，加强直观教学，提高课堂效率。

3、多与学生沟通，了解学生学习状况和需求，及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

4、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语手抄报比赛、学唱英文歌曲，课前五分钟活动等。

5、注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上，培优补差。

6、不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
