没出门，就这么看着，也别扭、也难受，我愤愤地拉上了窗帘。以前，我们南京，湛蓝的天空也是不多的，但也不至于差到如此地步！一步一步地退化，一步一步地堕落，不负责任地人类，不负责任地生活，不负责任地做一切活动，怎能不受到惩罚！现在很多人包括我们的政府都已意识到这一点，保护环境这个主题已经叫得很响了。可是又有谁真正去做，认真地尽心尽力地去做呢。谁都希望别人去做，而对自己网开一面。他们以为以一已之力是难以改变的。但我相信，只要做了，就会有改观，就会有成效。
雾霾，不是自然现象，而是完全由于人类亲手造成的一种极恶劣的生态环境。憎恶雾霾，讨厌雾霾，这都是不恰当的。要骂，应该骂人类，是人类让城市被雾霾层层裹胁。唉，谁知道呢，让人类陷入困境的，竟是人类自己。社会前进了，科学进步了，不能以环境为代价。而现在，大多数房地产商对环境不管不顾，只赶工期，只追效率，只求赚钱。城市就是一个大工地，到处飞舞着粉尘。就这样PM2.5这种危险性物质不断地产生、不断地制造。雾、霾、灰霾、雾霾成了我们生活中的随影随行的甩之不掉的常客。人是生物链中的一环，不能因为人类而影响了所有生物共存的大自然，人类千万不要亲手毁了大自然！

一出门，我就看见漫天大雾，周围五米内都是像蒙着面纱的建筑物，一切都树立在朦胧的雾中，像仙境，好有诗意。但您说雾霾天气引发呼吸道疾病，叫我戴上口罩。哇好像我还不太了解“雾霾”这两个字了吧！
我上网查了一下。雾霾天气是心血管疾病患者的健康杀手尤其是有呼吸道疾病和心血管疾病的老人，雾天最好不出门，更不宜晨练，否则可能诱发病情，甚至心脏病发作，引起生命危险。
雾霾天气遇到冬季寒流，导致本市各大医院门急诊患者中，呼吸道感染的患者比例同比明显上升。据北京市儿童医院统计，1月5日至11日，北京儿童医院日门急诊量最高峰曾达到9000多人次，呼吸道感染占到内科病人的50%左右。
雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。
很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气；电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘；绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

我们要的是美好的生活，健康的体魄;虽然有些事物能给我们带来方便快捷，但是在这“背后的背后”却也含着一个惊人的“秘密”：据专家介绍，雾气看似温和，里面却含有各种对人体有害的细颗粒、有毒物质20多种，包括了酸﹑碱﹑盐﹑胺﹑酚等，以及尘埃﹑花粉﹑螨虫﹑流感病毒﹑结核杆菌﹑肺炎球菌等，其含量是普通大气水滴的几十倍。雾霾天气还可导致近地层紫外线的减弱，由于雾天日照减少，紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的'吸收大大减少，严重的会引起佝偻症，甚至会影响人们的心理健康，对呼吸系统﹑心血管系统也有很大影响。
