还有一次我也记得很是清楚，老爸喜欢吸烟，因此也经常被我和我妈嫌弃，有一次我跟郑重的'跟他说，老爸，吸烟是不健康的，你不能在吸烟了。老爸说，这已经习惯了，要戒掉恐怕是很难了。我不相信戒不了烟，从此，我便踏上了帮老爸戒烟的历程。每次老爸要拿起烟的时候，我就立马抓住老爸的手，并把烟拿走，又去冰箱拿了一罐牛奶过来，并说老爸当你想要吸烟的时候呢，你就喝牛奶吧，牛奶对身体有好处。老爸笑着点了点头。最后，老爸真的戒掉了烟，感觉我好有成就感啊！为此，老妈还表扬了我呢。
