1、对辅导员工作的热爱

3、个人转型

心态转变，从学生到老师，保证学生利益同时处理学校利益的关系。

面试当天，你准备好一切相关信息前提下，首先要克服心理恐惧紧张，要相信自己是最强的。语言简炼，不要复述经历，简历上全有，抓重点，为什么来，凭什么来，就好ok了。在具体问题回答时，宜粗不宜细，越细节回答越露马脚。

特别是回答突发事件处置时，冷静回答，不要意气用事，站在学校角度思考问题才是一名员工应该做的!发生类似事情首先要缓解矛盾，及时上报，征求处理意见。

形象转变，言谈举止、衣着打扮，亲近学生但不失威信。
