在近日召开的企业人才测评研讨会上，中国管理资讯网总经理寇家伦先生表示：制约中国人才测评行业发展的瓶颈有两点：其一、国内缺乏专业人才测评技术人员。由于中国人才测评领域的研究起步比较晚，国内专业学科建设相对滞后。而国内测评行业近年发展迅速，与专业技术人员的短缺产生供需矛盾。其二、我国还缺少具有自主知识产权的测评工具。主要是国内的心理学家大部分都在搞基础心理学研究，对于应用心理学的关注比较少，所以也形成了制约测评行业发展的主要因素。
