在我看来，国产的老师都把英语当数学一样教，把语法扔给你~这相当于公式，然后背词汇~诺，这相当于变量。然后就往里套吧，这还不会么？然后讲完了怎么办呢？就是没完没了的做题,他们认为把该做的题都做了自然就提高了，如果还是做错怎么办？那就接着做啊，然后老师给你分析答案，为什么错了，怎么错了。。。而且很多老师都喜欢什么近义词辨析，本来记得挺清楚的，被反反复复辨析了几遍之后就全乱了。
不过中学英语能打下不错的语法底子，这非常非常重要，以后怎么学都用的着。
后来上了大学，考四六级，考研，被残害多年的小伙伴们还是这个路子。我所有考研的童鞋，都是拼命做阅读，然后做真题，还跟着参考书使劲分析真题。。忙得不亦乐乎。楼主真心觉得做题这种单一训练方法既痛苦又枯燥。
楼主是这种方法的受害者，连续做了1000多篇阅读理解，一点没提高，经常会错六七个。这也很可能是因为楼主的做题方法不对，可是怎么做才算正确呢？确实有牛人靠做题分析这种办法拿下考试的，楼主水平太低，一直没摸到门。
但是楼主觉得还有另一道门。
你应该知道，四六级的阅读理解，基本都来自英美的新闻报道。一旦选中出题，就拿来删了标题，删了日期，删了配图（如果有的话），有时候还会被改写（我就见过一篇阅读理解的原文，很好懂，长句不多，出题人给改写了一遍，短句合成长句，小段合成大段，怎么恶心怎么来）。你拿这种被阉的阅读理解来分析，搞得头昏脑胀的，还一无所获。英语不是牛顿力学，也不是分析化学，英语要靠语感。感觉从哪来？读多了，感觉自然就有。如果你还在为考试做题，停下吧，留到考前热身用，开始读报纸。是的！读报纸，不用很多，每天两三篇文章就可以（没必要精读），你可以选任何你喜欢的话题，比如计划生育改革，某国向菲律宾提供人道主义援助，苹果出了iPhone7，骆家辉辞职了……反正什么有意思你就读什么，很多事情中国也报的，你本来就知道大概，再看看老外怎么写的，肯定有收获（大部分报纸的文章都是很好懂的，或者说是最好懂的书面语，这一点外国和中国一样）。读得多了，有些词不用查字典你也能懂，因为你是中国人！比如One-Child Policy，我相信不会有人翻译成单孩政策。有些词不认识，可你见过N遍了，都记住怎么用了，这时候查一次，一下就记住了（而且这样的词汇往往是用得着的）。当然有些词要反复查五次八次才记住的，很正常，不要有挫败心理，据苏联某大神的研究，一个生词要反复见28次才能永远记住，你只用了10次就记住已经很牛了。反正每天读，读多了就什么都懂了，即使有生词也不影响理解，从前做题的时候那些怎么看也看不明白的句子会突然变得很清晰，因为你经常看到这种屁话，比新闻联播都他妈熟悉。一开头你就知道下面有什么，还有读不懂的道理么？？？
楼主在这里声明：读得懂文章不见得就答对全部六级或者考研的阅读题，每篇阅读的5道题里面总有一道题是不讲道理的，就算你是原文作者都没用，因为这道题里面有出题人藏的“机关”，必须拐个弯才行。再次声明，这是楼主狭隘的偏见！！！！！
如果有智能机，直接装BBC news应用，相当方便，我觉得这个应用最适合阅读训练，强烈推荐（而且要求的权限最小，很多应用读个小说切个水果还要读取通讯录发短息的权限,很费解）。。当然要注意，不是每个版面都要看，艺术版和体育版就没必要，生词很多还都用不着，当然，最重要的是考试不出这种题。没有的就看这几个网站，BBC,www.bbc.com/news/, 卫报www.theguardian.com/uk（此报时有惊人爆料，北约轰炸中国驻南大使馆的原因就被这报纸说得一清二楚，我特地找来看过，当时米国报纸异口同声说误炸，只有此报坚持独立报道），华盛顿邮报www.washingtonpost.com。
基础实在差的，读曼昆的经济学原理。别误会，你不用学经济学，这本书的例子和讲解都很生动，只要高中词汇就足够了。做睡前读物都行，而且足够长，可以看很久。基础更差的，读这本书How to Start a Conversation and Make Friends，网上有下载。这是我读过的最最简单的英语书，初中词汇就差不多。这两本书对考试没有帮助，只能培养最基本的阅读感觉。
如果基本的语法还不过关，补一补。起码能判断自己写的东西对不对。语法不用深究，既没用又浪费时间。倒是构词法需要下点功夫，要认识派生词，比如credit是信用（名词），credible就是可信的（形容词），incredible就是难以置信的（形容词），incredulous就是持不相信态度的（形容词）。有些前缀后缀也需要懂，比如后缀-cide，意思是杀死，由它构成的词也都是这个意思，suicide自杀，genocide种族灭绝（组团杀），homicide凶杀，matricide弑母（matrix的意思是矩阵或者母体，matri这个前缀在我看来是“母亲的”，加上后缀杀害，就是这么造出来的词）。懂了构词法，很多生词就不再是生词。

关于听力
