第一读。我们中国人学英语存在着很大的问题，那就是哑巴英语。我们懂得很多英语知识，但是却不会说，不能运用到实际中去，也不能和外国人交流，所以曾还有时间多读单词和课文，英语口语是非常重要的，看。我们不仅要看书上的知识，还有很多人可能会选择看美剧来提高自己的英语，但是我们却不知觉地去看中文字幕，but，如果看纯英文字幕我们就什么都看不懂。所以建议大家在长时间里只看一部英文电影而且不要像我一样到了大学才后悔当初没有好啊后读英语，现在都没有时间去读。
第二是纯英文字幕的，反复看，不懂就查，这样两个月英语水平就会得到很大的提升。其实这也是我的老师交给我的方法，我实验过，很管用。
第三听。如果听不懂英语我们就很难和外国人交流，所以听力也是个不可忽视的重点，我的高考就被听力狠狠地拉了后腿，现在都在猛补，听力是不是一两天就能提高的，除了练习听力题外要明白不是为考试而去练习听力的，所以做好是听下英文的广播，这样提升速度更快。
第四写。俗话说得话，好记性不如烂笔头，我们看见新的单词就要多写，因为就算一时能记住，但也不能保证以后会不会往，毕竟英语单词太多。还有新的语法最好就写进自己的作文里，这样印象更深刻，就会更好的用到实际中去。

第三就是商务谈判中的沟通艺术。语言是双方沟通和交流的工具，运用语言不仅能表达我方的立场、要求、意见，也可以通过语言更了解对方的立场、观点、想法。有听有问，在听和问的时候也要讲求艺术。在第七八组的谈判中，买方想要改变已经定好的付款方式就对卖方说：“不好意思，刚刚我没听清楚，付款方式还需要进一步的讨论。”这样显然避免了直接要求改变付款方式可能会遇到的尴尬也不会让对方觉得我方没有诚意。
第四就是要讲求礼仪。国际商务谈判礼仪的作用已是律己，二是敬人，三是反映一国的文明程度。作为一名谈判者在谈判时应注意服饰要整洁，注意个人卫生，举止方面要落落大方、端庄稳重，表情自然诚恳、和蔼可亲。
第五就是不同国家和地区的商务谈判风格。虽然我们模拟过程中没有涉及这方面的东西，不过在实际过程中要是很熟悉双方的谈判风格可以据此来做出一些很好的准备使谈判顺利进行。
通过这学期的学习，学到了很多关于谈判的知识，受益匪浅，为以后的工作奠定了基础。我觉得这学期的模拟谈判很受用。我觉得以后的模拟谈判应注意以下的问题：
1.谈判前双方要沟通好，包括双方的背景资料、经营财务状况以及商定的准备购买的商品名称、货号等。双方人员要明确自己的职务以及在谈判过程中该说的不该说的。
2.谈判过程中各个人员要各司其职，从自己岗位这方面给出降价或者提价的要求。就像采购主管可以说最近采购的材料比较多要求其降价或者延迟付款，等等。谈判过程中每位成员都要参与，当然主谈是说话最有分量的也是最多的。第一次的谈判中我们组每位成员都有发言，但是显然主谈的地位没有显现出来，所以第二次我们有些成员没有发言造成谈判过程中有些力不从心。
3.谈判时语言不要太咄咄逼人，虽然是模拟谈判语言还是讲究一点的比较好。在实际过程中总是说买卖不成仁义在，即使这次买卖做不成但是只要相互结识，以后也会有机会再合作的。
4.谈判过程尽量包括各个方面的东西。价格、数量、付款方式、贸易方式、保险、商检等都要涉及。各个方面的专业知识要有深度了解，就像违约金的比例，保险金额等。
5.谈判过程还需要又一个主持大局的人。我觉得主要由主方的疑问人员来担任控制谈判局面和流程，在出现问题时提出暂停或者休息等。
这些问题在我们谈判的过程中都出现了，以后这些方面的问题都要避免才可能做出对己方有利的谈判。
在国家商务谈判中，不同的利益主体需要就共同关心或感兴趣的问题进行磋商，协调和调整各自的经济利益和政治利益，谋求在某一点上去的妥协，从而使双方都感觉有利而达成协议。所以，国际商务谈判时对外经济贸易活动中普遍存在的一项十分重要的经济活动，是调整和解决不同国家和地区政府及商业机构之间不可避免的经济利益冲突的必不可少的一种手段。
