商务接待可分为日常普通商务接待、商务会议接待、公务接待。无论哪种接待,首先要有待客地点,商务接待的待客地点一般在办公室、会议室、接待室等等,而且待客地点都在室内,会客室被称为商务接待的硬环境。
1. 室内环境布置:待客室光线应以自然光源为主,人造光源为辅,光线要柔和,并可以布置窗帘盒百叶窗来调节光线,光线不要直接照射来宾。室内温度以24℃左右为最佳,湿度为50%,使人感到舒适宜人。室内卫生要做到清洁卫生,一尘不染。
2. 日常商务接待:接待人员必须品貌端正,举止大方,口齿清楚,热情礼貌,具有一定的文化素养。接待人员不得擅离岗位。会议过程中需要传达信息时,不要口头传达,最好用纸条联络。
3. 奉茶礼仪:上茶(或斟水)应该在主客正式交谈开始前,用80℃左右的热水冲泡茶叶至茶杯的7成处左右。上茶的顺序为先客后主,先长后幼,先女后男。注意上茶时应避免与客人有肌肤接触。
