6月份我参加了4级考试，对于基础还不错而且平时练习也够多的我来说，和大家一样，确实也感受到了压力，平时模拟时我差不多提前40分钟就能做完，但是真正考试的时候也出了很多差错。快速阅读部分有6道题找不到答案，时间也很紧张，差点没有做完。但是出了考场，和大家一交流，发现我这个情况还是不错的。我在复习期间给自己定的目标就是上600分。其实这个目标是不是真的能实现，考完试后我也开始有些忐忑。直到8月份查分，601。我又上网看了看大家的情况，发现四五百分的同学比较多，而且很多同学在四级的路上找不到方法和钥匙。为了能让大家更轻松的通过四级，我和大家分享一下我在四级复习时候的心得，希望大家能发现有用的经验。在四级考试里，一通百通的关键就是词汇。很多同学抱怨说阅读完形看不懂，便是词汇部分有问题，虽然现在词汇不被单列出来考察，但是它在卷子里却是无处不在的。我只有一本星火的词汇，平时每天看一两个list，周末看3~4个，一个学期把这本书看了3遍，虽然不是每个词都知道意思，但是起码混了个脸熟。基础不好的同学可以先不要管里面的很多让人头疼的词组，只看单词就好。基础好的同学建议多看看那些进阶词组，它们对作文非常有帮助。我之所以推荐这本书，是因为里面那些构词法非常方便，一个复杂的词拆成几个部分，既对词义有了进一步的解释，还便于记忆。利用构词法记单词是个非常好的方法，大家可以根据自己水平运用。
在狂背单词的同时，我还非常注重对阅读和写作的练习。在这方面我买了两本新东方的专项训练，蓝皮的，可能有的朋友见过。阅读那本我平时每天两个Unit ,周末4个，努力按时间规定作完。写作那本有很多高分写作的套式和不同方面的词组，大家可以尽情利用。以我自己的经验来讲，之前每次模拟的时候写作水平很低，总是徘徊在及格线附近。后来看了这本的套式，再模拟时偷偷抄了几个句子，分数一下就上去了。于是就挑了几个句式背了背，每周坚持写1~2篇作文，成绩卓著，四级考试时的作文分数117，对自己已经是很不错了。一般作文都是讨论一个话题，一部分人的观点是。。。，另一部分的观点是。。。。我的观点是。。。。对于这种作文我就学到一个非常好的句式：Nowadays the heated debate on.....has aroused wide/public attention.Some people believe that....,while others are convinced that....In my point of view,.... 再把具体问题套用进去，非常流畅而且不错的一篇文章就可以浮出水面了，
很多人觉得英语就是靠背的，背熟了就考的好。其实这是不对的。英语是一门语言，它不是全由公式组成，而是要靠一个人的语感，理解力，逻辑分析能力和大量过硬的语言知识才能学好的科目，通过作题我们才能知道自己哪个词见了好多次可是每次都不确切知道它的意思，知道阅读大多是哪方面的，完形一般都会考什么知识点，对自己既是考察也是热身。我做过很多套题，王长喜，星火，王迈迈，真题，预测题，我全都做过，每周保持1~2套，全是按考试时间规定做，让自己不断适应这种生理周期，把兴奋点保持在这个时段内。刚开始要保证正确率，时间可以先不管。等到自己适应了题型以后就要算时间了。
至于大多数人头疼的听力，是要花时间听的做的。这个没什么好说的。要是想快速晋级的话就不要东找西找的买CNN，BBC，VOA。那些是给学有余力的人听的。踏踏实实的把模拟题里的听力部分做好。争取每天都听。刚开始以听懂为主，其他不要在意。等到考试前两三个月时，要开始记录信息点，尤其是长对话和passage，非常有用。
可能读到这里，你们会想哇天啊，好多东西要看，怎么这么麻烦！没错！英语就是要每天下工夫才能学好的。那些什么轻松就可以学好的全是扯淡。我亲身感受到只有踏踏实实的作好每一份学习任务，和自己和时间赛跑才是通过的最捷径。对很多人来说，通过四级或许是个梦想吧，但是实现梦想不是靠嘴来说说就能行的，少一些无谓的焦虑和抱怨，马上着手开始准备吧！送给大家一句话，和大家共勉：无法全力以赴作好眼前的工作，这样的人也没有谈论梦想的资格。祝大家在四级的路上一路顺利！

一、理解好题意，做到心中有数
在听写考试中，我们发现不少考生由于过度紧张而忽视了题意，所以本应该完成得非常好的题从手中错过，今年Dictation考试从one to seven应填single word；从eight to ten则要求use yourown words to finish the sentence.有的考生在做第8一10个填空时，由于没弄懂题意，只想着全部听写下来，结果感到速度太快，记不下来。听写部分意思虽然理解了，也没用自己的话表达，白白地丢掉了好几分。
二、抢用短文，预测听写内容

三、使用速记方法，从文中找出答案
学生们在听写时，往往会出现记下了听写的第一单词，而后面的几句后匆匆而过，来不及填写第二个空, 针对这个问题，我认为在考试中应采用速记方法，迅速记下每个听到的单词。所说的速记就是用一些简单的符号。缩写、字母记下所听到的内容，不让每个单词漏网。
总之，听力技巧的掌握以考生综合英语水平为基础，考生首先要具备较强的英语的耳听意会能力，对比较简单的概念最好能直接用英语进行思维，做到不用译成汉语也能理解听到的内容；同时应具备较强的英语快速阅读能力，才能迅速记下所听到的内容，在听力、听写测试中取得满意的成绩，顺利地通过大学英语四级考试

Is A Test of Spoken English Necessary?
A test of spoken English will be included as an optional (component of the College English Test (CET). Some people contend that it is absolutely necessary to hold a test of spoken English in China because we have been told many times that a Chinese student who has been learning English for years cannot communicate with a native English speaker. My name is Liming. I am studying at college. A week ago I saw a traffic accident, which is still vivid in my mind.
It was at about 9:00 on Saturday morning, June 15th, when I went out of the university to visit a friend of mine at another university. I was walking leisurely on the sidewalk when I heard a loud crash of two vehicles just at the T-junction about 10 meters away. Two taxis crashed together. It was a traffic accident.

Both of them wanted to run in front of another. Therefore, the accident is inevitable. So far, we should let the drivers keep it in their mind that a little slower, a little safer. Taking care of other's lives means taking care of your own life.

(一)调整心理状态
心理状态就是一个人的心情，心情的好坏，会直接地影响我们工作、学习的效果。你也能看到，在体育比赛中，由于心理状态的起伏，参赛选手的发挥会跟着有较大的起伏。同样的道理，心理状态的正常与否对参加听力考试的同学来说也至关重要。心理方面的任何失衡都会使你手忙脚乱，得分率降低，平时掌握的内容也有可能发挥不出来；相反，保持良好的心态，则会使你如虎添翼，发挥出最佳水平。

去年12月份，大学英语四级举行了改革前的最后一次考试，今年6月份的四级考试，就要采用新题型了。新四级考试变化在哪里?考生应该怎样准备考试?本报记者采访了上海昂立学院大学四六级应试辅导专家唐天。
唐天介绍说，简而言之，新四级考试比老四级考试更注重考察学生实际运用英语的能力，具体的变化表现为如下几个方面：
听力题增加，分数比重增大，口音多元化
新四级听力部分将在原有题型基础上增加两个长对话。听力部分在新四级中占总分的35%，而老题型只占总分的20%。值得注意的是，在上次“末代”老四级的考试中，听力部分已经非常明显地显现了口音多元化的特点，考生普遍反映上次听力部分较难，有很多地方听不懂。这是因为，传统四级听力以美音为主，英音出现得非常少，所以绝大部分只熟悉美音。出题人抓住了考生的`这个弱点，来了个出其不意，找来一个英国人读对话和文章，使很多考生措手不及。口音多元化代表了新四级听力部分的趋势，值得重视。
阅读题型增加，分数比重下降
新四级考试阅读部分增加了快速阅读，其题型以正误判断和填空的形式出现。整个阅读部分占总分的比例由原先的40%降为35%。加入快速阅读也体现了考察考生实际运用英语的能力。阅读的变化不仅要求考生要读得准确，还要读得快。
综合部分体现词汇、语法的重要性
虽然语法词汇在新四级考试中不再作为一个独立的题型，但其重要性不容忽视。新四级考试综合部分的题型是完形填空(或改错)和简短回答(或汉译英)。完形填空、改错和汉译英，说到底还是考学生的词汇和语法。
写作部分议论文、应用文平分秋色
这几年考试出议论文和应用文的几率差不多，考生应做好两手准备，而不能把希望压在某一体裁上。2005年底的四级考试是一个很好的例子。那次考试前，很多考生都根据“预测”，拼命准备应用文，最后出题人偏偏就出了一个最典型的议论文，很多考生因此“人仰马翻”。
面对新四级考试的变化，考生眼下该如何准备?唐天推出了三记应变招数：
第一，以不变应万变，立足老题。据了解，老题型在新四级考试中仍占一定比例，所以准备6月份的新四级考试首先要立足老题型，只有把老题型准备好了，才能保证大部分的分数抓在手里。
第二，考前适当加入新题型的训练。考新四级的考生至少要在考前两个月开始准备新题型。方式有多种，基础好的考生可以买一到两本新题型模拟试题集进行训练;基础差的考生可以采取参加培训的方式，在老师的指导下掌握应对新题型贩技巧，再做一些针对性的练习准备考试。
第三，不要抱侥幸心理，基本功训练是根本。四级考试从本质上讲仍是能力考试，不是临时抱抱佛脚就能考出好成绩的。所以，考生应制定一个长期复习计划，从现在开始就有系统地进行准备。“千里之行”，还当“始于足下”。
