xxxx年9月-xxxx年1月，是我正式踏上教师日程的第一学期。一个学期以来，我在自己的工作岗位上尽职尽责，兢兢业业，为人师表。在教学中我严格遵从教学的五个环节，课前认真备课，做到既备教材，又备学生，因材施教，努力实施课堂改革，积极探索小学英语快乐课堂，小学阶段英语教学的目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们树立学习英语的自信心，同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，为进一步学习打下基础。下面结合本学期教学实践总结一下教学情况：

一、师德表现

平时积极参加全校教职工大会，认真学习学校下达的上级文件，注重政治理论的学习。服从安排，人际关系融洽。另一方面，教师的言行，学生极易照样接受，很少去鉴别，因而，我本着要对学生的一生负责，认识到必须要正视自己的言行。以身作则，才能为人师表。要求学生做到的，自己必须先做到。如果言行脱节，说做不一，或者是要求学生这样做，自己却那样做，只能引起学生反感，造成恶劣影响。我坚信拥有健康的人格品位，才能在学生中树立威信、得到敬重，起到榜样作用。

二、英语教学工作

我所任教的是一、二年级两个班的英语教学工作。我根据他们各自不同的特征因材施教，着重注意做到以下几点：

1、深入细致的备好每一节课。在备课中,我认真研究教材，力求准确把握重点，难点，并注重参阅各种资料，制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点强调重点。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结以提高教学水平。

2、认真上好每一节课。我在英语课堂采用多样化活动教学，把音乐、简单的动作、游戏、画画、比赛等融入到课堂中，激发学生的求知欲，活跃课堂气氛，最大限度地让学生在轻松自主的学习氛围中快乐求知，轻松学习，不断地鼓励自己。

3、认真及时批改作业，注意听取学生的意见，及时了解学生的学习情况，并有目的的对学生进行辅导。

4、坚持听课，不管是网络优秀课程还是学校同伴的课程。认真记录，积极参与评课，学习各组教师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式，并抓住每次外出学习的机会，取长补短，收获不少。

5、注重教育理论的学习，把一些先进的理论应用于课堂,做到学有所用.半年来,我在学校开了三次公开课。通过开公开课,使自己的教学水平得到很大的提高，但也使我意识到了自己在教学方面的不足之处,不断总结反省成长。

时间飞逝，转眼间，又一个学期的英语工作结束了。回顾这一学期的工作，有着很多的收获，也有很多的不足。首先我来说说五年级常规英语的教学工作。

五年二班是个比较特殊的班集体，43个学生中男生占了一多半，致使整个班级比较乱，加之有几个学生特别地淘气，在班级纪律方面真是让我煞费苦心。为了能够保证教学任务完成，学生能够在有限课堂学习时间里学到更多的知识，掌握更扎实，我苦心研究课堂教学，每周听两节课，学习其他老师的优势及教学方法，努力缩短与平行班之间的差距。

与刚接手这个班时相比，确实有了很大的进步，但也让我看到了自身的不足。尖子生少，60分以下的学生占了四五名，其中二、三十分的学生有两名，这样就拉下了很多平均分。我曾经分析过这些学生的问题所在，他们都是周寄生，家长没时间管孩子也无能力辅导，学生所有的学习都交给了老师。我也打电话跟家长沟通过，了解家庭环境后，我深知我身上承担了那么多家长的希望，不容我有一丝的懈怠。所以在第二学期，我将整个工作重心都转移至这些孩子身上。平时的课堂我每节课都会提问他们，为了就是能够让他们把注意力都能集中在学习上，课余时间，晚修我都会主动给他们进行辅导。

其实，我的辅导之路刚开始也是不顺利的。每次主动去找他们，有的学生竟然都会拒绝我，甚至会躲着我。我很生气，心想我一个老师主动去给你辅导，你竟然不领情。有那么一瞬间我想放弃，放弃我的想法，放弃那个孩子。但冷静后我思考原因，决定再去试一试。我先主动找他们谈心，慢慢聊得来后，这几个孩子在上课前都会主动到办公室问我有没有教具，作业要拿。还有的会拿一些水果，牛奶给我，这些东西在成人的眼里不算什么，但在孩子的心里，这是喜欢你的表现。慢慢地，这些孩子愿意跟我接触，听我的话，课堂上在我的鼓励下也会主动举手发言。虽然成绩的提升不能立竿见影，但我相信，只要心态摆正了，行动跟上了，成绩早晚都会提高上来，而且这样的孩子上升空间巨大。

再说说二年级的攀登英语。经过这一学期的学习，很多孩子能大胆说英语了，家长们纷纷跟我说孩子回家能够主动看光碟了，还有的家长说孩子爱当小老师，教爸爸妈妈说英语。听到这些话，我心里顿时安慰了许多。回首这半年的攀登课堂，给我留下难以忘怀的记忆，也给我日后的工作提出了更艰巨的挑战。

刚接触攀登英语时，困惑很多。不知道攀登英语的流程是什么，如何去上，如何才能上得生动有趣，受学生欢迎。加之班里学生的水平参差不齐，有比较好的，也有一句话都不会说的。加之二年级下学期的攀登英语难度加大，我怕有些孩子会产生厌学的心理，所以在开学之初，我与林兰晶老师一起探讨二年级下学期的攀登怎么教，怎么教才有创意。我们一起做计划，一起更改评价栏内容，一起去制做教学卡片，一起创编歌曲舞蹈。

摸索着过了半个月，效果出来了。小老师的能力越来越强，整堂课几乎都是他们在调控，攀登英语真正做到了还课堂于学生。除此之外，我一有空就去听其他老师的课，本校的听完再去听外校的。每次省市组织的攀登英语研讨活动我都会到场。在专家和领导的指引和同事的帮助下，我坚持不断地学习，充实自己的课堂教学，完善自己的教学，提高自身教学水平。这也为我以后的教学活动继续有序地开展提供了基石，明确了方向。在校领导的重视，学校同仁的关心下，我会更富有成效的将“攀登英语教学”坚持下去，使之更完善，更具有自己的教学特色，切切实实成为孩子们学习英语的乐园。
