xxxx年9月-xxxx年1月,是我正式踏上教师日程的第一学期。 一个学期以来,我在自己的工作岗位上尽职尽责,兢兢业业,为人师表。在教学中我严格遵从教学的五个环节,课前认真备课,做到既备教材,又备学生,因材施教,努力实施课堂改革,积极探索小学英语快乐课堂,小学阶段英语教学的目的是:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生学习英语的积极性,使他们树立学习英语的自信心,同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调 基础,为进一步学习打下基础。下面结合本学期教学实践总结一下教学情况:
一、师德表现
平时积极参加全校教职工大会,认真学习学校下达的上级文件,注重政治理论的学习。服从安排,人际关系融洽。另一方面,教师的言行,学生极易照样接受,很少去鉴别,因而,我本着要对学生的一生负责,认识到必须要正视自己的言行。以身作则,才能为人师表。要求学生做到的,自己必须先做到。如果言行脱节,说做不一,或者是要求学生这样做,自己却那样做,只能引起学生反感,造成恶劣影响。我坚信拥有健康的人格品位,才能在学生中树立威信、得到敬重,起到榜样作用。
二、英语教学工作
我所任教的是一、二年级两个班的英语教学工作。我根据他们各自不同的特征因材施教,着重注意做到以下几点:
1、深入细致的备好每一节课。在备课中,我认真研究教材,力求准确把握重点,难点,并注重参阅各种资料,制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点强调重点。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结以提高教学水平。
2、认真上好每一节课。我在英语课堂采用多样化活动教学,把音乐、简单的动作、游戏、画画、比赛等融入到课堂中,激发学生的求知欲,活跃课堂气氛,最大限度地让学生在轻松自主的学习氛围中快乐求知,轻松学习,不断地鼓励自己。
3、认真及时批改作业,注意听取学生的意见,及时了解学生的学习情况,并有目的的对学生进行辅导。
4、坚持听课,不管是网络优秀课程还是学校同伴的课程。认真记录,积极参与评课,学习各组教师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式,并抓住每次外出学习的机会,取长补短,收获不少。
5、注重教育理论的学习,把一些先进的理论应用于课堂,做到学有所用.半年来,我在学校开了三次公开课。通过开公开课,使自己的教学水平得到很大的提高,但也使我意识到了自己在教学方面的不足之处,不断总结反省成长。
以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅,许多地方存在不足,希望在未来的日子里,能在学校领导的指导下,不断成长进步。

时间飞逝,转眼间,又一个学期的英语工作结束了。回顾这一学期的工作,有着很多的收获,也有很多的不足。首先我来说说五年级常规英语的教学工作。
五年二班是个比较特殊的班集体,43个学生中男生占了一多半,致使整个班级比较乱,加之有几个学生特别地淘气,在班级纪律方面真是让我煞费苦心。为了能够保证教学任务完成,学生能够在有限课堂学习时间里学到更多的知识,掌握更扎实,我苦心研究课堂教学,每周听两节课,学习其他老师的优势及教学方法,努力缩短与平行班之间的差距。
与刚接手这个班时相比,确实有了很大的进步,但也让我看到了自身的不足。尖子生少,60分以下的学生占了四五名,其中二、三十分的学生有两名,这样就拉下了很多平均分。我曾经分析过这些学生的问题所在,他们都是周寄生,家长没时间管孩子也无能力辅导,学生所有的学习都交给了老师。我也打电话跟家长沟通过,了解家庭环境后,我深知我身上承担了那么多家长的希望,不容我有一丝的懈怠。所以在第二学期,我将整个工作重心都转移至这些孩子身上。平时的课堂我每节课都会提问他们,为了就是能够让他们把注意力都能集中在学习上,课余时间,晚修我都会主动给他们进行辅导。
其实,我的辅导之路刚开始也是不顺利的。每次主动去找他们,有的学生竟然都会拒绝我,甚至会躲着我。我很生气,心想我一个老师主动去给你辅导,你竟然不领情。有那么一瞬间我想放弃,放弃我的想法,放弃那个孩子。但冷静后我思考原因,决定再去试一试。我先主动找他们谈心,慢慢聊得来后,这几个孩子在上课前都会主动到办公室问我有没有教具,作业要拿。还有的会拿一些水果,牛奶给我,这些东西在成人的眼里不算什么,但在孩子的心里,这是喜欢你的表现。慢慢地,这些孩子愿意跟我接触,听我的话,课堂上在我的鼓励下也会主动举手发言。虽然成绩的提升不能立竿见影,但我相信,只要心态摆正了,行动跟上了,成绩早晚都会提高上来,而且这样的孩子上升空间巨大。
再说说二年级的攀登英语。经过这一学期的学习,很多孩子能大胆说英语了,家长们纷纷跟我说孩子回家能够主动看光碟了,还有的家长说孩子爱当小老师,教爸爸妈妈说英语。听到这些话,我心里顿时安慰了许多。回首这半年的攀登课堂,给我留下难以忘怀的记忆,也给我日后的工作提出了更艰巨的挑战。
刚接触攀登英语时,困惑很多。不知道攀登英语的流程是什么,如何去上,如何才能上得生动有趣,受学生欢迎。加之班里学生的水平参差不齐,有比较好的,也有一句话都不会说的。加之二年级下学期的攀登英语难度加大,我怕有些孩子会产生厌学的心理,所以在开学之初,我与林兰晶老师一起探讨二年级下学期的攀登怎么教,怎么教才有创意。我们一起做计划,一起更改评价栏内容,一起去制做教学卡片,一起创编歌曲舞蹈。
摸索着过了半个月,效果出来了。小老师的能力越来越强,整堂课几乎都是他们在调控,攀登英语真正做到了还课堂于学生。除此之外,我一有空就去听其他老师的课,本校的听完再去听外校的。每次省市组织的攀登英语研讨活动我都会到场。在专家和领导的指引和同事的帮助下,我坚持不断地学习,充实自己的课堂教学,完善自己的教学,提高自身教学水平。这也为我以后的教学活动继续有序地开展提供了基石,明确了方向。在校领导的重视,学校同仁的关心下,我会更富有成效的将“攀登英语教学”坚持下去,使之更完善,更具有自己的教学特色,切切实实成为孩子们学习英语的乐园。

一、学生学习情况分析
本学期我所任教的五年级两个班共有学生84人,其中有二分之一的学生平时能够按照老师的要求坚持每天听教材录音并跟读20分钟,根据平常的单元测评成绩来看,这部分孩子普遍听力部分做题效果较好,得分率较高;再加上我在平常的新课讲解之后对单词的听写要求比较严,力求学生每学完一单元都要过单词听写关,所以当时大部分孩子都能过关,但时间一长小部分孩子个别单词已经忘记,需要再次听写进行查漏补缺。而剩余的三分之一的孩子由于三、四年级所学的基础知识薄弱,再加上对英语学习兴趣不高回家后不能按要求训练听力,导致听力部分试题失分较多,而且直到现在大部分单词仍旧不会写,所以对此部分学生需要进行补差,争取能过单词关。
五年级下册英语教材让所有的英语老师都感到困扰,单词量多,语法知识多而散,句型多,文章篇幅长,这一切的`一切都给我们的教学带来很大的困难。现在整个年级新课基本结束,根据平时教学过程中以及单元测试中学生暴露出来的问题,制定一下复习计划:
二、复习重点:
1.能听说读写教材生词表部分打五角星的四会单词,文章中的重点句型,以及描述自己一天的作息时间、最喜欢的季节、生日以及涉及到的现在进行时的几个话题,要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。主要语法项目是一般现在时和现在进行时。
2.能听说认读教材生词表部分黑体单词。
3.以下是四会要掌握的12组句子:

三、复习课教学方法建议
1.目的性:帮助学生发展语言技能、培养运用语言能力,不只是为了考试。
2.全体学生:复习教学活动设计应该面向各个层次的学生的学习,使得好的学生在巩固知识的同时,运用语言的能力更好得到发展;一般的学生能有效加深理解所学内容,系统巩固所学知识;弱的学生也在帮助下使所学知识得到巩固和加强,从而消除对英语学习的畏惧心理障碍。
3.组织复习材料:根据复习内容和复习目标,精心选择和设计复习材料,帮助学生对所学的内容加深理解并从中得出一些规律,从而使学生对知识的系统性有更深的认识,实际运用能力也得到相应的发展。
4.趣味性:根据学生年龄特点,活动设计要突出趣味性、多样性,避免单调机械的讲解训练。活动的形式可以使学生熟悉喜欢的song,chant,game,story,tpr,task based activity等。
四、综合模拟练习
根据学生的情况出2到3张综合练习卷,提供给学生一个模拟实战的机会,并根据考试情况及时巩固学生某些语言点或者练习上的不足,迎接考试!
这期间主要是补差工作,本年级英语学习中两极分化特严重,因此根据这个情况,复习期间应该进行因材施教,特殊情况采取特殊复习的方法,主要抓后进生的单词、词组、句子的过关情况以及课文的认读,一些语法知识让他们记会做题的方法,出一些相对比较简单的题目,让他们体会成功的快乐,并对考试充满信心。
五、应注意的问题:
1.教师在复习过程中,要特别注意留一定的时间让学生记忆单词,这是不可或缺的。因为学生下去后没有时间进行口头练习,而且上课时,也没有多余的时间给学生记忆单词。
2.复习时,对于每一个语法现象,教师不必给予太清楚的说明了,只要学生能够会运用,这就达到了目标。
3.课本中出现的动词的语法知识,一定要求学生记住并且会运用。
4.课文中的句子,学生要知道它的汉语意思,这要花一定的时间给学生进行复习,对于我们班的特殊情况,逐句逐词进行讲解,直到学生掌握为止。
六、课时安排
6个课时,前3课时课时进行单元串讲,后3课时进行专项练习与讲评。

一、学生的学习情况及突出的问题
本班有学生33人,女生学习英语的兴趣浓厚,大多数都能自觉进行学习,成绩比较理想。男生有九人存在懒惰思想,造成英语学习较困难。因此,该班女生的英语成绩优于男生。从平时测验可以看出学生听力能力强,语音、语法较弱,但是也有一批学生综合能力较强:如王俏俏、张世鑫、胡世瑞等十名同学成绩稳定、基础知识掌握扎实,占全班30﹪;有部分学生基础知识掌握好,但运用能力欠缺,还存在着一些学生基础知识浮躁、基础能力弱,占全班的25﹪。从他们平时学习来看,除了武帅和范喜祥两人因为智力存在问题,其他人都没有明确的学习目标、思想不求上进,懒惰,对于老师布置的作业不能认真、仔细完成,不去背诵单词。
针对以上分析的学情,在接下来的复习过程中,我准备以听、说、读、写为主要的形式,以英语基础知识为主要内容,指导学生在听说读写的过程中系统地梳理所学知识,从单词到词组到句子到短文,全面把握所学内容,通过对本册教材中知识点的复习与整理,加深学生对所学词汇、句型和语音知识的理解和记忆,帮助学生对所学知识进行归纳和总结,为孩子们形成系统知识体系的认知奠定较为坚实的基础。

三、具体复习策略与阶段性措施
第一阶段以教材为本,侧重于教材的复习与梳理,按单元全册快速地过一遍,通过教材的重现来归纳语言点,讲透语言点运用,对各单元的知识要点进行梳理,同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关,让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。
第二阶段进行横向复习,做到点面结合。根据各知识点的前后联系将散落于课本中的语言点进行整体归纳、小结,帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如,我们复习Are these/ those..的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习,让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数,再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。
第三阶段的复习,有选择性的`做一些练习题和模拟题,侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目,指导学生掌握一些做笔试和听力题的要领。比如做听力题时,教学生利用空当时间先把每题的选项做比较,在听的时候可以事半功倍的找到相应答案。单项选择可以用排除法来做等等,通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。
上复习课只是老师讲学生听效果并不理想,所以我准备在复习中采用小组合作制,每一小组选取一名组长负责,通过听写的方法先过单词和基本句型复习的第一关,同时听背相应的对话内容,并形成竞争机制,好的小组给予适当的奖励。通过这个方法,能充分发挥学生学习的主动性,体现了他们学习的主体地位,使他们对知识的印象更深刻。
当然,在复习的最后阶段,对于重难点、易混淆、易出错的语言点, 还应多加复习指导和练习,再拿出来跟学生细嚼,让他们重点消化吸收。
四、复习中的细节
1、单词复习
A按词汇表复习单词。
B分类归类复习单词。
C按相似单词复习。
2、动作短语的复习,短语与图匹配练习、听力练习。
3、句子是英语学习的重点,通过各种方法帮助学生梳理学过的句子
(1)指导学生在语境中复习句子,让学生分清日常交际用语的运用场合
(2)根据句子类型指导学生在比较中复习句子
五、复习的具体时间安排
1、书本复习——4课时,一个单元一个课时,主要是针对本单元的重点难点的单词和句型进行归纳总结,并尝试听力与口语交际相互渗透。
2、练习测评——5课时,在这个阶段,我计划让学生做适量的书面表达和书卷式习题,然后尝试模拟考试的各种题型。在评议以往学生的错题时,多强调变式的思维方式,加入一些做题的小技巧。
3、串讲梳理——2课时,串联整本书的知识经脉,构建重点问题的整体框架,帮助学生梳理未理解的知识点,将这些错误的点与凌乱的片断整合成一套完整的知识体系,并进行综合测试。
紧张的复习工作即将全面展开,虽然计划的很全面,但复习过程中还得根据学生掌握的实际情况灵活调控,在接下来的复习过程中,我将力求以学生为主体,争取让每位学生都有不同程度的进步与提高,顺利完成本学期的学习任务,在期末考试中取得更好的成绩。
