静静的伫立在街头，默默的看着街上人来人往，我常常想到：历代的更替，演绎了无数人追求自由。上有李白，挥剑舞影、把酒问天的“挟飞仙以遨游，抱明月而长终”般的自由，下有苏轼，对月忧愁，长笛沁啸的“几度青山外，残阳终如血”般的自由。那些历史风流人物追求的自由都只有如此下场，更何况我的自由呢？那也只怕只是失败告终吧。

①处在一个高度物欲化的时代，诗人似乎必然地站在对抗的位置上，否则只有向商业逻辑缴械，向世俗社会投降，从而彻底放弃诗人的立场。对抗，导致远离中心据守边缘，当代诗歌的处境就这样被尴尬地界定。因此，诗歌界的怀旧、田园情结在内部像流行感冒一样扩散；同时，一部分诗人频频向商品世界投送媚眼……总之，诗歌的低俗情绪和灰暗心理在滋长和蔓延。尤其在诗的旁观者看来，会一脸茫然与隔膜地说：“这是诗吗？”在他们的生活中，显然已触及不到诗歌自由翱翔的羽翼，感受不到诗歌曾经给他们带来的灵动和快慰。
②但从诗的自由飞翔的本性出发，由诗的本体立场来言说，事情似乎还没那么悲观和可怕。我们知道，森林里的云雀比靠近人群的鹦鹉更自由，甚至也更安全，尽管它需依靠自己解决饮食问题，换言之，一只正常、健康、没有被豢养损害了本性的鸟儿，应当说天然具备自由飞翔的能力。事情并不那么悲观和可怕的另一层含意是，即使在市场经济高度发达的西方国家，由工业社会进入后工业社会的一百多年时间里，诗歌并没有死亡与失踪。恰恰相反，二十世纪是世界级的大诗人接连涌现的时代，从艾略特、叶芝到布罗茨基、帕斯等等，仅二十世纪最后十年的诺贝尔文学奖获得者中，诗人就几近一半。
③工业化或后工业化社会，没有某种权力强制要求用制造成批产品的方式来生产诗人与诗歌。
在这个意义上，少数意识到与表达出的思想家和艺术家，犹如人类这一巨大有机体清醒的头脑部分，必然敏捷地率先作出反应。
④由一般的、整体的角度去审视，在后工业社会，机器与科学引发了实用主义高度泛滥，扼制了人的思辨的自由与可能性。譬如世界在某种程度上被广告、影视、画报、大众摄影图像化了，却消解了多重启示的形象性；广泛流行的、庸俗的艺术显示出技术化、缺乏创造性与商业化的特性等。但从个别、具体的角度认知，机器与科学又给了人的思辨以更大的自由和可能性。正是现代科学在粒子领域的新发现，促成爱因斯坦相对论的建立；弗洛伊德的精神分析学对文学艺术中非理性领域开拓的直接启示，分子生物学、科学的系统理论与文学艺术批评中的结构主义、后结构主义的紧密关联；相对思维与解构主义之间的联系，一一说明了现代科学技术对人性发展的正面作用。可以说科学技术也给艺术对现实存在俯视性的怀疑和非理性的体验与表达提供了依据。
⑤思想与艺术的自由，在表象上看来，并不由占多数的群体来体现，只由少数个人获得与完成。诗歌在现实社会中位置的边缘性，正是由此所决定。大众一般被遮蔽在基础性的生活状态里，“我的母亲和L夫妇在隔壁房间里聊天。他们在谈论小虫与鸡眼，很容易发现，通过这种谈话是不会产生实质性的进展的。”（卡夫卡日记。这里“小虫和鸡眼”，可以充填进许多别的名词，而不会改变判断的性质。）
⑥站在诗的本体立场，我认为当下诗歌应在的位置与实在的位置已在接近契合。据了解，欧美的大学中很多开有诗歌创作课程，有影响的诗人会被这些大学直接聘为教授，这确定了诗歌在现代化社会中的又一种位置。社会的发展，也在人类行为分工的'精细状态中得以表现。诗歌写作需要很高的文化素质，尤其是语言的修养。语言的操作本身意味着高度的技艺，对词语要素的体会，对结构关系的把握等等，专业化的训练必不可少。“艺术家之为艺术家，全在于他对美的精微感觉。”（波德莱尔）精微的表达需要专门的努力，所以卡夫卡才说：“我的生活方式仅仅是为写作设置的，如果它发生变化，无非是为了尽可能更适合于写作而已。”
⑦对于现代社会来说，要振动诗歌自由翱翔的翅翼，让人们感受与领会到它的力量，不是一件很容易的事。但事情已经是这样，事情原本就是这样。

让新教师自由翱翔
四年前的一个星期二上午第三节课，我走进了高一（4）班，在听新教师张老师的英语公开课，内容是讲述“通知”的课文。
一上课，张老师就连续提问了七个问题，接下来十多分钟的时间围绕课文连续问个不停，提问了二十多个学生，有大多数学生在老师的提示下回答了问题，但还有相当一部分学生根本无法回答问题；再接下来十多分钟是学生口语训练，通过集体、分组、个别朗读课文，扮演角色等方式完成；剩余十多分钟，是让学生自己练写通知。归纳起来，这节课分三部分，首先是听力训练15分钟，提问了二十多个学生，第二是口语训练15分钟，个别与整体参与；第三是写作练习15分钟，全体学生参与。
课后评课时，首先是一位资深教师发言：这节课我认为上得不好，听、写、练时间的分配太匀了，学生没练出什么，最后十多分钟的写作练习，学生都没写出什么来，没有结合我校学生的实际情况（我们学校是普通完中，生源素质与重点中学学生相比较差）。接着几位老师都提出几种不同看法，都是贬多于褒，说：这节课生词没多解释及用法示例，语法没当作重点来分析；作为我们普通中学学生，一开始就用全口英语教学，效果不好；这节课学生的.参与还是比较多的……老师们的总体评价给这节课最多打了70分，我却给了最高分89分。
其实当时，我对这节课却有耳目一新的感觉，这感觉是：张老师打破了英语老师（我们学校的老师）传统的教学方式；讲授新课时，读释生词→分析课文→重点词的应用、语法。而是通过互动，给时间与空间予学生，让学生通过主动学习的方式去实现教学目的。
过了两年，我又再次听了张老师的课。这次是我一个人去。听“即时课”，也是高一的课。这节课却令我有些失望，我打了个75分。她的课变得“俗”了，她被同化了，是什么原因呢？我陷进了深思中，Why?
四年前，她主动与学生互动，给学生一个空间和时间，随时间的推移，她却把这些都丢了。四年前她做的不就是我们今天新课程中要做的一环吗？新课程、新教材是全新的教育理念，它要我们从“应试教育”的桎酷中解放出来，要我们完全适应实施素质教育，不要再对学生重智力培养，轻全面发展，不要再重知识灌输、轻创新精神和实践能力培养。但传统的教学理念，深深地印在我们这一代教师心中，在我们脑海中根深蒂固。如何有效地使我们更新观念，是摆在我们面前的一大难题。
作为新教师，学校应给他们一个空间，尽快树立新的教学理念，在教学过程中与学生积极互动、共同发展，注重培养学生的独立性和自主性，引导学生质疑、调查、探究，注重学生人格，关注个体差异，满足不同学生的学习需要，激发学生的学习积极性，培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。
作为新老师应引导学生主动学习，培养学生处理信息的能力，获取知识的能力、合作处理能力。一节课中，给了学生时间、空间，如何充分发挥出高效能，我认为教师可据教材，课前准备四、五题探究性学习问题给学生，以学习小组为单位，让学生课前认真准备，查阅资料，通过一些教育网站搜集资料，集体讨论，得出结论。课堂上，教师穿插引用这些探究性问题，以达到较好的教学效果。以生物课陈老师上高二级一节《生长素》为例，课前陈老师准备：豆芽生长的向光性实验，加生长素的豆芽成长与无生长素的豆芽成长情况对比的实验问题给学生。课堂上学生对问题回答得非常积极、踊跃，表明学生在课前曾认真细心观察实验现象，而且引出不少问题请求老师解疑，体现出

父母好不容易的把我们养大，为了让我们上最好的学校，不惜辛苦日日夜夜的埋头苦干。而有的学生在学校里不是捣蛋就是做不良行为。我在这里再次强调一下：父母送我们去最好的学校是让我们学习的。父母为了让我们长大后有出息，不被社会淘汰不惜“牺牲自己。”但我唯一可以肯定地就是：如果我们做了对不起父母，对不起自己的事却不敢承认，就已经被社会淘汰了。社会需要的是强者，对生活对自己负责任的人，而不是整天无所事事，逍遥自在，对自己不负责任的人。
“人生需要的是经历过无数风雨后的彩虹”，如果人生处处都很顺利，没有失败，只有成功，那且很没意思。如果现在还在逍遥中的'人，那么现在就让我们去感受生活的美好，去拥抱生活，拥抱世界，让每一分每一秒都过得精精彩彩。只要有一双善于发现的眼睛，就会发现生活原来处处都充满了美好。享受美好的同时千万不要忘记我们的父母，因为如果不是他（她）们，我们也不会有今天。
