篇7：零基础学英语怎么学
第一步：选好教材
可以从新概念第一册学习起。如果可以放下脸的话，可以找初中英语第一册开始学习。对零基础的朋友，最重要的就是系统的掌握最基础的东西。目前我们国家初中和高中英语教程衔接得还不错。完整地从初中学到高中，词汇可以掌握三千左右。如果用新概念教材，就要从第一册学到第二册，系统学习，按照编者的思路来学习。当然，自己也要制定好计划。
第二步：从音标和日常用语入手
初学者必须要学习音标，不懂音标，就完成不了自学这个过程。只要懂了音标，就可以通过自己拼读。如何掌握音标呢?可以去网上找视频来学习，自己跟着视频，从头学到尾。如果没有视频，可以留言给我，我会送给大家。在学音标的过程中，也要学习一些简单的日常口语，这个时候，你并不用想什么语法，只要机械性的把日常用语流利地说出来就好。就有点像我们小学一年级学习唐诗一样，例如“白日依山尽，黄河入海流，欲穷千里目，更上一层楼”这首诗，试想一下，小学一年级学生能完全读懂这首诗吗?肯定不可以，但是他们背诵了，对他们日后学习是有好处的。初学英语也一样，在你没有掌握语法之前，一定要跟读，或者背诵一些日常交流的句子，为你日后学习语法打下基础，说白了就是，往后要说到语法的时候，要举例子，你脑海中没有一些简单的交流句子，人家怎么举例子你都不明白。
第三步：开始接触语法
懂音标，也懂简单日常交流句子了，这个时候就要开始系统的学习英语语法。不要一说到语法，头就痛，其实英语的语法很简单，比法语，德语简单好多倍。英语最重要的语法就是时态，人称，单复数不要弄错了。
第四步：记忆常见的的词汇和句型
初级学习者要记忆的句型大概就百来个，词组就有几百个，单词三千个。可以通过阅读课文，分析课文来掌握。学习课文的时候不要贪快，要仔细观察分析人家是怎么用词的。最好要有一本配合课文的参考书。词组和句型会极大的丰富我们的表达。
第五步：选合适的材料来阅读
因为基础不好的同学词汇少，所以不建议阅读小说，可以找一些短文来阅读，具体可以是英语周报，初中高中版本的材料，也可以流量一些有中英文翻译的网站。只有多阅读，才会形成良好的语感，同时可以拓展我们的词汇。遇到不认识的单词，可以查阅英语词典，比如《牛津高阶》，或者下载翻译APP.
第六步：勤于开口
这里的开口有两方面，第一要开口朗读，第二要开口交流。每天最好能抽出一个小时朗读课文，读了自然就有印象。而且也可以锻炼自己的发音。有条件的话，可以去英语角交流，尽量把自己掌握的英语表达出来。语言是用来交流的，如果学了说不出来，那么学英语也就没有意义。
零基础学英语技巧
1、看写读听背——多管齐下效率高难度
一般来说，大家学英语都有各自的一套办法：有的只爱大声读个不停，有的只爱闷头看个不休，有的不写就记不住，有的不听心里就没有底。这些方法，虽然都有一定的作用，但记忆科学通过大量的实验，无可辩驳地证明：眼手口舌脑的综合运用，才能更快更深地在大脑皮层上留下不易磨灭的印象。

首先认真学习音标，大部分人都没学过音标，老实说很有一学的必要，也不费事，一两周。但是注意学习了正确的姿势后，一定要注意经常复习并且平时说话要始终保持，主动去运用这些原则，时刻注意自己说的英文并努力矫正，如果你学时候一个样儿，等你自己读书另一个样儿，从来不在平时就时刻注意自己的发音并努力矫正，那还是放弃英文吧，这玩意儿真不适合你接着进行大量输入，这叫所谓的洗脑子，输入材料最简单的是ESLPOD，有一千多期了，足够听很久，每一期都很详细的把生词进行讲解和拼写出来，自己用手机或者笔记本收录听到的生词即可。
2，初级
首先还是学发音，认真学习American Pronunciation Workshop The American Accent Course Master Spoken English 这三个是全英文的.发音，且语速较快，适合初级期学习然后还是要多听，推荐两个栏目，Englishpod跟BBC Learning English，都接近正常语速且都有讲解，建议认真听，每天听1个小时以上，持续三个月左右，用手机收录生词进行复习。
另外发音要是自己练，效果可能不是很好，所以建议有条件的同学不妨找一个经验丰富的外教老师来学习，跟外教学习最大的好处就是口语跟听力的提高速度会很快，而且上课也不像自己一个人学那样只是枯燥的读和背，可以跟老师聊一些美剧、新闻、娱乐等话题，在轻松的学习氛围中往往会学的更快，也更容易记住。
3，提高期
使用American Accent Training作为主要教材模仿跟读，按照书中安排认真做习题即可 同时搭配听力输入，推荐用美剧或者其它，选择某一种特别喜欢的常速材料即可，但是一定要有文本，最好首先阅读文本扫清生词再听，当然生肉美剧是最合适的选择，这方面的推荐可以是Modern Family或者Arrested Development或者Felicity啦One Tree Hill啦Parenthood啦Dawson‘s Creek啦等生活类的Drama，sitcom跟犯罪科幻医疗类等都不合适 这时候大概两个月就能搞定

3. 最好有一套教材，可以形成体系感。我之前推荐了《新概念英语》，它是一套比较符合中国人学习习惯，或者说是符合中国老师教学习惯的教材，在词汇和语法上下足了功夫，非常适合零基础的同学开始学习。
4. 要树立一个正确的心态。如果想从零基础学好英语，就千万不要去找那些貌似学起来很轻松、很快乐的方式，因为轻松快乐的方式特别容易让人放弃。在整个学习过程中，轻松和快乐只是你对这个语言的新鲜劲儿还在，但随着新鲜劲儿日趋平淡，放弃的念头就会油然而生。以前尝试过轻松学英语的同学应该对这个观点特别有共鸣。有了一定的基础之后，去尝试英语新闻、美剧、音乐等方式学习是没有问题的。
5. 设定一个学习目标，比如说某一个英语考试，或者是自己的海外游。这里着重讲一下考试对于英语学习的好处和弊端。好处在于你可以用分数很清楚明白的知道自己学习的情况，弊端在于很容易陷入为了考试而学习的误区，没有去掌握和使用语言，过于功利。
