第一只蜗牛心想，这可不好办了，只能再去找别的蜗牛诉苦。
没想到，其他的蜗牛朋友也说：“不仅仅是你，我背上的壳里还不是也装满了悲哀!”
于是蜗牛又去找别的朋友。
就这样，他一个又一个地拜访朋友，一个又一个地诉苦，但是，不论是哪个朋友，说的话都是一样的。
终于，那只蜗牛明白了：“不光是我，每个人都有悲哀。我必须靠自己化解悲哀才行。”
中长篇儿童故事：小蜗牛找新房子
小蜗牛背个大房子。房子沉甸甸的。他走起路来慢吞吞的，无论到哪儿去，都要走很长时间。
小蜗牛对妈妈说：“我们为什么出门一定要带房子呢?”蜗牛妈妈说：“带着房子多好呀。不管什么时候，只要想休息，都可以舒舒服服地睡在自己的家里。”
小蜗牛说：“可是我们不能像别人那样到很多地方去，干很多事。我出门不带房子了。”蜗牛妈妈说：“千万不能这样。”
小蜗牛把房子一扔，出门找新房子。
小蜗牛看见蚯蚓大婶正在翻土，上前问道：“蚯蚓大婶，你出门不带房子，住在哪里呀?”
蚯蚓大婶说：“我可以在土里钻来钻去，想到哪里就到哪里。休息的时候，到了哪里，哪里就是我的家。”
小蜗牛说：“我也能像你那样多好呀。”说着，他也学蚯蚓大婶钻土，可就是钻不进去。蚯蚓大婶笑着说：“你看，我的头要比身体坚硬一些，钻土又快又轻松。”小蜗牛叹了口气，说：“我怎么就没有坚硬的头呢?”
小蜗牛继续找新房子。他看见七星瓢虫飞过来，上前问道：“七星瓢虫大姐，你出门不带房子，住在哪里呀?”
七星瓢虫说：“我背上有个薄薄的盔甲，盔甲下面又有一对翅膀，想飞的时候，张开翅膀，想飞到哪儿就飞到哪儿。休息的时候，翅膀收起来，身体缩到盔甲里，盔甲就成了我的家。”
小蜗牛说：“我也能像你那样多好，可是我没有盔甲和翅膀呀。”
小蜗牛继续找新房子。他看见蜈蚣迈着大步跑过来，上前问道：“蜈蚣大哥，你出门不带房子，住在哪里呀?”
蜈蚣说：“我身体下面长着很多脚，想到哪儿去，每只脚都加一把劲，就能飞快地跑起来。休息的时候，脚都缩到身体下面，就变成了我的床。我身体的表面还有一层毛刺，休息的时候，毛刺竖起来，变成一个帐子，既挡风又挡雨，那就是我的房子呀。”
小蜗牛说：“我也能像你那样多好，可是我没有那么多脚，也没有那样的毛刺。”
小蜗牛继续找新房子。哗啦啦，下大雨了。小蜗牛被雨淋得透湿。他又害怕又伤心。雨越下越大，地上形成了很多小溪流，小蜗牛在小溪流中漂过来漂过去。他吓得哇哇大哭起来。
“好孩子，别哭，妈妈来了。”小蜗牛的妈妈来了，还给他送来了房子。
小蜗牛躺在自己的房子里，真舒服。蜗牛妈妈说：“每个人都有自己的特殊本领，可不能扔了呀。”
小蜗牛说：“我知道了。我们的特殊本领就是可以背着房子走来走去呀。”
篇6：中长篇儿童故事
在一个茂密的大森林里，靠近悬崖的底部有一个山洞，洞里住着灰山羊一家——羊妈妈毛头、羊爸爸青头、三只小山羊。
一只公狼和一只母狼经常在灰山羊家附近转悠，对肥肥的小山羊垂涎三尺。可是，强壮的羊爸爸和羊妈妈形影不离地看着三只小山羊，公狼和母狼一直没找到机会对小山羊下手。
有一天，公狼对母狼说：“我想了一个办法，咱们一定能吃到美味的山羊肉。我躺在地上装死，你装成很伤心的样子，去请一只灰山羊来帮忙把我埋了。灰山羊很善良，一定会跟你来的。当灰山羊来到我身边时，我会突然跳起来，发动攻击，将灰山羊咬死。”
公狼说完，就躺在地上装死。母狼哭哭啼啼地来到灰山羊的家门前，将公狼教她的话说了一遍。毛头听了，正要开门，青头拦住了毛头，没让她开门。他对母狼说：“真抱歉，我们要在家照顾孩子，没时间去帮你，你还是去找别人帮忙吧!”
“毛头在家看孩子，青头一个人去就可以了。”母狼一边哭一边说，“我丈夫死了，我一个人能把你怎么样呢?”
毛头觉得她太可怜了，就让青头跟母狼去帮忙。青头担心母狼在背后发动突然袭击，让母狼前面带路。
公狼远远地听见他们的脚步声，忍不住抬起头来朝他们来的方向看了看。被青头发现了，马上转身跑回了自己的家。
母狼来到公狼身边，质问道：“你为什么要把头抬起来?”公狼道：“我们再想别的办法吧!”
第二天，母狼来到灰山羊家门前，假惺惺地说：“俗话说，远亲不如近邻，我家就在不远处的树洞里，我想请你们到我家做客。”
青头心想：“狡猾的母狼又来骗我们。哼，我也来骗骗她。”于是，他对母狼说：“谢谢你，我一定会去的，我还要带我的朋友们一起去呢!”
母狼听了，感到有些害怕，她问道：“你要带哪些朋友去我家呢?”
青头说：“我要带两只威猛的猎犬去，还有一只名叫‘四只眼’的大狗。我还会请他们把他们的朋友也一起带去。”
母狼没等青头说完，转身就跑了。从那以后，那两只狼再也不敢来骚扰灰山羊一家了。

不论在网上还是现实中，都能见到员工吐槽老板，自己的老板弱爆了，是傻x。好像自己没当老板是多么不公平的一件事。但吐槽的人大多发泄一些，并不会真离开。因为辞职可能就没有更傻的老板肯雇佣他了。你说老板傻，你跟着一个傻子干，可见智商余额。
不是为老板说话，而是通过事件看本质。不知大家注意过没有，社会上有这种现象。
现象一：大老板理直气壮的承认自己蠢，谁敢说他不蠢，他跟你急。
有位做女装的老板，他的市场规模堪称坐断河山，我很恭敬的向他请求，不曾想那货满脸苦相，对我说：咱不懂呀，咱哪懂得这个。跟你说实话吧，咱就是个笨人，这辈子只会做个女裤叉，你让咱做个胸罩，不行呀，吆吆哒，咱没那本事……
还有位私企上市的家伙，改笔名偷写了几本书，对产业技术研究极精深，但他往你面前一坐，那般真诚蠢萌的眼神，活象个刚出幼稚园的小女生。他说话第一句必然是：咦，你这个想法好，我咋就没想到涅……你没想到个屁，这个想法还是从你书里看来的，你装什么装?

现象二：被老板雇佣的咨询业企业管理人员，喜欢假装聪明，老板的成功得归功于他。
我在深圳时，听一个咨询业的老板说话，他说：不要以为事业摊子铺开的大老板们，真的有什么本事，其实他们心里很茫然的，他们只有运气，没有脑子。这就需要我们，象我们这样专业的人，带着他们走出经营困境。不然的话，他们会死得很惨的，很惨很惨的。
我亲耳听到一个很年轻的经理，对员工们严肃的说：相比于搞实业的那些老板们，我们有什么优势?什么优势也没有——除了我们比他们更聪明、更有智慧之外。
总之，大老板装蠢，管理者扮精明。
想象三：再往下，打工层中则有些人，认为上述两种类型，统统是傻叉，傻到了没天理的地步。地球上就自己最聪明。
这些员工真诚啊，他们看到老板是个傻叉，内心一定是很受震动吧?忍不住把话说出来，不唯是表达他们的愤怒、困惑，更希望表达的，还有他们期待公正的心。
结果呢，在收入上，这三类人士却形成各自认知的反差。认为自己蠢的大老板，赚钱最多，数钱数到手发软。而中间自认聪明的阶层，靠嘴皮子靠玩脑子辛辛苦苦挣钱。最下面这拨，认为上述二者统统傻叉者，出卖廉价脑力劳动力，上最长的班，拿最少的钱。
大家其实都清楚——真正有脑子的，是大老板，他们善于扮猪吃老虎。中间地带的是硬撑，只是他们知道自己的智力有局限，所以才不停的褒奖自己，给自己励志打气。
——而蔑视上述两类人者，则是真的……不太聪明。
越是智力不靠谱的人，越是认为别人蠢。越是有脑子的人，越是不敢小视别人。
是不是真的有傻叉老板呢?——还真有!
前段时间，杭州有家店铺，老板招了个员工，对这个员工是非常的信任，给了他店铺的钥匙，让他负责管理店铺的一切。而这位员工做的事情是，他打开店铺，把里边的东西能搬的搬，能扛的扛，卖了钱之后逃之夭夭，并在微博上发文，痛斥老板蠢货。
那篇微博大意说：世上竟然有如此蠢老板，你的管理一片混乱，跟着你这样的老板没什么前途，我深切的为这个老板感到悲哀……诸如此类。
——但，这究竟是老板蠢，还是这个员工蠢?
对这个老板来说，他无非是看错了一个人，损失了一点钱，经营上造成了一些困扰而已。有相当数量的老板，都曾有这样的经历，正是这样的经历，让老板们更加精明，更加洞察人性。
而这位员工呢?
很可能，在他一生中，遇到个无条件信任并托付的机会，只有这一次。但就是这次机会，暴露出了他的人品——他不是个可以信任的人。此后他无论是遵循这一心智模式，继续坑人害人，亦或不遵循，都意味着他人生的机会，越来越少。
当他失去所有的机会，就意味着彻底失去了人生。
再小的老板，也是从无数的人性博弈中拼杀出来的。成功者都是幸存者，他们积累的人生经验与智慧，是别人无法想象的。这世界上绝对没有蠢老板，但是有认知出现了障碍的员工。
不是别人蠢，是你思维方式不对!员工与老板，思维模式是完全不同的。
第一个，老板必是实践主义者，员工多是书本主义者。
这二者有什么区别呢?
区别就在于，老板在实践中发现，哎呀妈，怎么书本老是骗人涅，你书上说的，跟现实一点也不一样……
员工则不然，有些员工甚至连书本知识都没有，他们的人生观念来自于影视剧。
影视剧中，领导人无一不是高瞻远瞩，蠢萌者也有，但那是为了证明主人公智慧果决的踩脚垫。就比如说元末时朱元璋与枭雄陈友谅争夺天下，正史记载尽显朱元璋的英明神武，所以他才能击败对手。
但如果你再细索资料，就会惊恐的发现，论及英明神武，陈友谅丝毫也不亚于朱元璋，他文武双全，慧眼如犀，组织能力更是超凡，部下团队人才济济，团结一心众志成城——但他们还是输掉了。
是陈友谅的英明神武程度，低于朱元璋吗?
你再查资料，咦，也不对。无论是朱元璋，还是陈友谅，他们其实都是普通人，普通人身上有的毛病，他们一点也不缺。普通人会犯的错误，他们一个不拉的全部犯过来——而最终的决战，取决于谁犯的错误更多!
——老板们心里都明白，无论是战场商场还是情场，搏的是人性，是谁能够犯更少的错误。
所以，老板一生都在试错。
——但小说及影视剧可不能这样演，这样演的话，就太没意思了。文学作品的主人公必须英明神武，必须要前知五百年后知五百年，这样大家看得才爽。
影视剧只是人民群众幸福的白日梦。从中接受养料的人，会以此要求现实。所以有些员工，满心期待着一个英明神武的老板，一旦发现不是这么回事，顿时就失落茫然。
——对现实隔膜，无法接受老板也是人类的现实。
而越是对现实隔膜的员工，恰恰也是最缺社会经验的。也只有他们，才会得出老板是傻叉的绝望论证。
老板与员工的第二个区别是，老板多是资源导向，员工多是细节导向。
资源导向的意思就是说，老板对公司发生的种.种乱事，并不是太放在心上。因为老板知道这些现象都是人性，人性吗，就是个鸡飞狗跳狗皮倒灶。所以老板的心思，只放在如何最优配置资源上。
但员工受企业气氛影响最重，发现扎堆在这家企业的人，不是酒囊饭袋就是尖酸刻薄。这时候员工就忧心了：哎呀妈，这啥老板呀，弄这么堆烂人在公司里，这公司有希望吗?你手下的员工天天在扯皮溜号偷工减料老板你造吗?这样一个离心离德的团队，能有战斗力吗……
员工的顾虑，当然有其道理——但，我们前面说过了，员工以为这世界上，真的有文学作品中所表达的那种完全没人性缺陷的组合或个体，但老板早就歇了心，知道这不过是不谙世事的想入非非。老板与员工的第三个区别是：老板是试错者，员工是评价者。老板是行动者，员工多是旁观者。
试错者、行动者的意思是，老板的思维是事件导向的，是从开始走向结果，走一步看一步。
旁观者、评价者的意思是，员工的思维，多是结果导向的。
这二者有何区别呢?
这个区别大了，甚至构成人类智能的直接分野。
简单说吧，一个项目或一个策略，在开始时，谁也无法预期结果。感觉好象行，但真的行不行，只有试过才知道——于是老板开始尝试。
员工是被动的，啥?老板又出妖蛾子了?要玩个花活?行行行，你玩你玩老纸陪你玩……事件持续，结果发现不行。这时候员工就说了，你看看，这不明摆着的事儿吗，明明不行还非要瞎折腾，可怜的我跟了这样的蠢老板，真是瞎了眼，这辈子算是完鸟……
——员工是从结果倒推回来，在结果出现之前，员工是没有评价意识的。有了最后的结果，员工就会立即进入评价状态。并以结果以为依据，对老板的智能水准进行评判。
而老板没有时间评价，他在继续试错，娘的，这招不行?不行咱们再换一招……
老板不停在试错，员工不停在评价。老板认为自己蠢，只是因为他经历了太多。员工认为老板蠢，只是他经历的太少。
读书时，大家比的是聪明。进入社会，比的却是笨拙。笨拙，意味着你在试错，在尝试自己没有做过的事情。
只有试错开始，你才知道，许多知识之所以没有体系化、精确化、文字化，是因为现实人生，一如学习游泳，那是需要你调动全身的组织，使其有机的配合，自如的应对复杂的局面。这类知识是课本无法教给你的。
说到人生，说到开创事业，再苦憋的老板，也是我们的先行者。缺乏实践经验的人，犹如坐看别的孩子学习走路的婴儿。你尽可以没心没肺的嘲笑他，但当你站起来迈步，你会发现，别人摔过的跟头，你要一个不少的摔过来。
摔多了，你就学会走路了。
只有行动起来，从旁观者转型为实践者，从评论者转型为试错者。从力图表现自己聪明，转为力图表现自己的实践与努力，才会知道，人生唯一的失败，就是只坐在一边空口讥评，却没有亲身行动。
