篇1：mba面试常见问题
1、两难问题
是让MBA考生在两种互有利弊的答案中选择其中的一种。主要考查考生分析能力、语言表达能力以及说服力等。
例如，你认为以工作为取向的领导是好领导还是以人为取向的领导是好领导?此类问题对MBA考生而言，既通俗易懂，又能够引起充分的辩论;对于考官而言，不但在编制题目方面比较方便，而且在评价考生方面也比较有效。但是，此种类型的题目需要注意的是两种备选答案都具有同等程度的利弊，不存在其中一个答案比另一个答案有明显的选择性优势。
2、开放式问题
其答案的范围可以很广，很宽。这类题型主要考查MBA考生思考问题是否全面、是否有针对性，思路是否清晰，是否有新的观点和见解。
例如：你认为什么样的领导是好领导?关于此问题，考生可以从很多方面，如领导的人格魅力、领导的才能、领导的亲和取向、领导的管理取向等来回答。对考官来讲，这种题容易出，但不容易对考生进行评价，因为此类问题不太容易引起考生之间的争辩，所测查考生的能力范围较为有限。
3、多项选择问题
是让考生在多种备选答案中选择其中有效的几种或对备选答案的重要性进行排序。主要考查考生分析问题、抓住问题本质等各方面的能力。
例如：1994年元月14日，你被调到某旅游饭店当总经理，上任后发现1993年第四季度没有完成上级下达的利润指标，其原因是该饭店存在着许多影响利润指标完成的问题，然后按要求进行选择。

1.封闭型提问
封闭型问题要求应试者人员做出简单回答的问题。这是一种只要求应试者做“是”、“否”一个词或一个简单句的回答。
例如：你是什么时候参加工作的?你在大学学的是管理专业吗?
2.开放型问题
开放型问题时提出的问题要求应试者不能只用简单的一词或一句话来回答，而必须另加解释、论述，才能圆满回答问题。面试中的提问一般都应该用开放试问题，以启发应试者的思路，激发其沉睡的潜能与素质，从大量输出信息中进行测评，真实地考察其素质水平。

例如：假如我现在告诉你因为某种原因，你可能难以被录用，你如何看待呢?
4.连串型问题
连串型问题提问一半用于压力面试中，主要考察应试者人员的反应能力，思维的逻辑性和条理性等，但也可以用于考察应试者的注意力、瞬时记忆力、情绪稳定性、分析判断力、综合概括力等。
例如：我想问三个问题，第一，你为什么到我们单位来?第二，到我们单位后有何打算?第三，你报道工作几天后，发现实际情况与你原来想象不一致你怎么办?
5.压迫型问题
这种提问方式带有某种挑战性，其目的在于创造情景压力，以此考察应试者的应变力与忍耐性。一般用于压力面试中。这种提问多是“踏应试者的痛处”或从应试者的谈话中引出问题。
例如：应试者表示如被录用愿服务一辈子，另一方面却知道他工作五年已换了四个单位情况，此时可向他提问：“据说你工作五年已换了四个单位，有什么可以证明你能在我们单位服务一辈子呢?”
6.引导型问题
这类提问主要用于征询应试者的某些意向、需求或获得一些较为肯定的回答。如涉及薪资、福利、待遇、工作安排等问题，宜采取此种提问方式。
例如：到单位两年以后才能定职，你觉得怎么样?
7.反称型问题(迂回型问题)
当主试者觉察应试者不太愿回答某个问题而又想有所了解时，可以采取声东击西的策略。
8.背景型问题
背景型问题目的用于初步了解应试者的志向、学习、工作等基本背景，并为以后提问搜集话题的问题类型。问题特点是让每位应试者都有话可讲，且能自由发挥，使应试者轻松、自然地进入面试情景;同时也考察应试者能否在短短的几分钟内尽可能多地展现自己的优势，又做到简明扼要，重点突出，能考察应试者的言语表达和思维的逻辑性。

1.Where do you live?
Well, I am living in Xiamen since I have job over there for quite some time. I really enjoy life in the seaside city like Xiamen.
2.Is your family important to you?
Yes, they are very important to me. Although I live alone now, I do go back to see my parents at weekends. I need their support and comfort whenever I feel depressed and I also need them to share my pleasure or success with me.
3.Who has influenced you most in your family?
